Presidential Dollar Coin Sets
I had ordered 2 Presidential Dollar Coin Sets that came with the Official Presidential Dollar Coin Display. I received 2 of the coin display frames with first 4 coins with certificates. I only received part of the coins for 1 display and no others for the 2nd. I was sent a letter stating that they could not provide the Jimmy Carter coin do to him still being a living president. I was told I would receive information on a replacement of my orders if I elected to do so. I responded stating I will accept the replacement. I never heard a word back from the WRME. Every attempt for years to contact the WRME has ended with phone numbers and emails that never worked. It has been many years since I last tried and about gave up. I just came across this site. Please contact me with options for the replacements.
Desired outcome: I want my replacements as promised.

Presidential dollars
I don't remember what year I ordered them but the last set (as I ordered both the Philadelphia and Denver mints) I received was for the 25th President. William McKinley. I have never received any more. I really would like to receive the remaining sets. If that is not possible I would at least like a refund. I'm actually annoyed that a refund was not automatic, especially if they were discontinued. I am owed for 19 sets. Obama was the last president that was to be included in these sets.
Desired outcome: Remaining sets or a refund.

Order fulfillment
November 2013 I received a shipment of dollars, but all three Denver mint coins were missing. Your packing list showed all on the delivery statement but also showed "certain items on your order may have been back ordered. They will ship separately as the become available". Just a little under 2 months ago I received my next 2 president installments, but not the Denver singles yet for McKinley, Roosevelt, Taft. Denver mint
Have been following every couple of months since then with promises of fulfillment. Now telephones not working and emails are not being returned.
Desired outcome: Order fulfillment.
Presidential dollar scam
My wife purchased a presidential dollar collection from the "the world reserve" and we have had nothing but problems with this scam company from the start. Now they say the dollars have been discontinued and will give store credit. That is not what she paid for and when you try to go to www.theworldreserve.com/store-credit. The internet this site can not be reached. Just another series of scams run by this company. All we want is our money back or the presidential dollars which was the agreed upon contract with this scam operation. I see where a lot of customers have the same complaints about this scam operator. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from this scam company to run away very quickly and save yourself the headaches that come with these thiefs.
Presidential Dollars Both Denver and Philadelphia Mints
I was suppose to receive the Presidential coins for the year 2015 both mints, but hear it is April 2016 and no coins. In all fairness to World Reserve I have moved from 3024 North Woods Lane, Rogers, Arkansas 72756 to 2803 West Center Street, Rogers, Arkansas 72756, but the coins should have been forwarded to my new address. They have not and I am still looking for them since I paid for all Presidential coins through the Presidential coins of Bill Clinton.

Company policy ripoff
Ordered the ballistic Vault Bag (U.S. Currency) . When I called to place the order based on the advertisement that I had received in
the mail, the person taking the order advised that one of the bills that would be in the bag would be a 1934 series $500 bill. Upon
receiving my order 4 days ago I read on the bottom of the statement that if the seal was broken on the vault bag then a refund was not possible. I have just called the Company asked how am I supposed to verify what I have paid for without opening the bag. I was just told that I could get a refund but there would be a 15% restocking fee plus all the shipping fees. I am putting it in the mail today in hopes of getting at least some of the money back . Who ever heard of being charged 15% in order to see what you have paid for? Upon opening the bag, I discovered that I had been ripped off as what I had expected turned out to be newer bills and there was no $500 bill. A total of $479.00 in bills for a price of $1304.00. There were a very few small $1 and $2 silver certificates and one $5 certificate. and one 1917 one dollar bill. The rest were newer bills. The Company should be named "World Reserve Monetary Rip Off". I can't believe that the people in Canton, Ohio have not run these scam artists out of town or at least shut them down . You would think that someone in the State Gov't would step up to the plate and take action against Companies like this.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Same thing happened to me. When I took the package to UPS, was told I cannot return money because I don't have a license to send money thru the mail. I was told by UPS World Reserve Money Exchange would need to send me a prepaid shipping label since they supposedly have a license to ship money. When I called customer service, Deseray said they would send a label, but I had to pay for returns. I said it's not legal for me to send money. Her comment, "don't tell them what's in the box." Telling me to do something illegal.
This company should be closed down.
Broken Promises
Bought 2 sets of the Presidential Coin collections and paid upfront for the entire collections. Agreement was to receive these on a quarterly basis. They changed their policy to sent out once a year in December. I have to basically call and call and call and beg to get these coins sent each year. It is now March 2014 and I have called 4 times and told the 2013 coins would be put on a rush order...still no coins. This company has NO credibility anymore and I can never continue as a customer. I only hope they fulfill my contract, even if not as promised. These type of companies are ruining America's reputation.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
in 2008 I purchased the two presidential frames for displaying my free gold clad dollars I ended up 16 short on one frame and19 on the other one I took a picture of the frames together and sent the pictures to you and I have not heard a thing from you. I have a contract signed by mary prince Hollingsworth stating the delivery of 40 coins per board. I thought that maybe who was sending them out, was thinking I only had one frame fill
just send it
RIP OFF
Mon got Ripped off big time by them!
She paid $553.02 to World Reserve Monetary Exchange for 18 rolls of Nickels face (value of $36.00) they billed her $3.86 each for shipping for 40 rolls But she only got 18 rolls. And they billed her for 20 rolls $360.00 then $154.40 for shipping and charged tax on shipping and sale at 7.5% sale tax is not charged on shipping and tax is 6.5%
She paid $18.00 a roll plus shipping and got $36 in NICKELS! To top it off she order 2006 Nickels and got the wrong thing when she opened one of the boxes. Ohio loves companies like this and most are in Canton Ohio all are RIPPING people off!
The cannot do anything right
I had ordered two presidential coin sets from these fools like 5 years ago! I got about 4 coins with certificates to accompany them. When it came time to get the Rutherford B Hayes coin, I never received it!
I called to figure out what was taking so long to get my order. World Reserve Monetary Exchange just gave me the run around on excuses. A couple days later I get a letter stating that I have to pay for the certificates now. They were free before! I decided to cancel ONE of the sets.
I have to then call them again because I still hadn’t received anymore coins including the Hayes! They look up their information and the records say that I had cancelled both sets! I promised that one set to my son! I would never promise him something and then cancel! Their records are crap!
I was then transferred to another person to reinstate my order! Only this time the price has gone up. They want me to pay the increased price after it was their mistake! I don’t think so buddy! It wasn’t my fault they didn’t understand english! I only wanted to cancel the one set!
I unfortunately I paid for this outrageous company scam, I did promise it to my son. I asked for all the back certificates that I didn’t get as well. When they finally arrived not all of the certificates were in the envelope. I can’t believe this company can’t get anything right!
They did not provide what I paid for!
I answered a national ad. for U.S. Presidential coins from World Reserve Monetary Exchange and I gladly - like a fool - parted with my $$$ thinking they were a 100% genuine company! They are ###! They did not send me what they promised me on pages and pages of documents! I am about to take them to court! I have a very professional filing system that allows me to fax all the approipriate information that they sent me initially. All I can say is that I only hope - as a decent U.S. coin collector - no one else gets scammed by these people again as a result of this website. It would be a pleasure for me to drive to Ohio and personally beat the crap out of all the people concerned in this SCAM! PLZ. PLZ. If you see World Reserve Monetary Exchange advertising ANYTHING... DO NOT... REPEAT... DO NOT ... give them ANY money for ANYTHING... they are a TOTAL SCAM!
I have paid for two sets of the presidential dollars and have yet received but one complete. I have tried calling but have yet received a answer after waiting for over 40 minutes. My order # is 3052452 for the case and 3395433 for the frame. I would like to receive my other set of coins

Sending me samples I didn't ordered
I am now receiving samples that I do not want. Their CS is very informal - one needs to leave a phone number so they can call you back. To avoid the do-not-call act. This company is out to take your money - do not buy anything from this company. Also, I see someone at this company gave an email address, but does not want to give his name? Dear Whoishelpingconsumers:
Since I have not heard from you since posting the first reply on October 4 I will assume that everything has been resolved to your satisfaction. I did want to comment on your remark of, "one needs to leave a phone number so they can call you back. To avoid the do-not-call act." We offer a callback feature to help our customers avoid physically holding on the phone for a representative. Whether you choose this option or the option of staying on the line for a rep is purely your preference. Leaving a number to be called back in NO WAY affects someone's Do Not Call status. You would only have been contacted regarding your account and for no other reason.
Please let me know if you can be assisted in any other way.

vault tube presidential dollar coins
Hello, My name is Herman Nichols, I live at 15131 Midcrest Dr. Whittier Ca. My telephone number is [protected]. I paid over $1000.00 for 13 one dollar coins packaged in a plastic tube. They are issued every 90 days. The total number of tubes issued are 40. I started this for my 2 daughters. I have been receiving the tube of coins steadily until now. I have...
Read full review of World Reserve Monetary Exchange and 6 commentsCharged $196 to my credit card without my authorization
I order a product (my state $2 bills) for $48 from World Reserve and was charged $196 for products (other state $2 bills) that I did not order, however, customer service refuses to make it right by arranging and paying for their product I did not order to be picked up and shipped back to them at their expense. I asked for a copy of the telephone transcript that implied that I agreed to purchase these products and I was given an excuse about legally they cannot send to me but when they pulled the phone call, they say I did agree to the charges... funny, as I think I would have remembered authorizing my credit card to be charged $196... and funny they won't send me a transcript of the phone conversation to prove it. By the way, calling customer service does no good. I was transferred several times and ended up with a supervisor that was very obviously reading a prepared script for I am sure the many pissed off customer calls they receive on a daily basis. Still working with my credit card company in hopes of getting this resolved. What a mess!

World Reserve Monetary Exchange
Don't deal with them
Family Man 2009 if only I had ran into you about the same time 86 days ago. I too am a victim of the World Reserve Monetary Exchange Company. I thought it was a government agency also….as if you can trust them also. But that’s another story of another time! I fell for the full colorful article and the warehouse and safe and so on and so on! Well I got the safe, it’s an alright safe, don’t put anything in it your want to keep. It was not as heavy as they made it look, but that’s my fault. Now that feeling in my stomach is getting to me, calling me SUCKER!. In my safe was ONE, that’s right ONE roll of quarters about ten bucks worth. Now after ripping this box that the safe came in a new…..well you get the picture. I find a slip of paper saying “SOME ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPING SEPARATELY” and they are right about the “MAY”. Well I wait 1 week goes by Nothing from WRME company…not even a letter on a ship date. After 6 calls to an array of customer service reps, You should hear the opening line they use. They tell me it will take 10 DAYS! That was on Aug 25th this is September 23rd. You do the math and I still don’t have the 2nd part of the shipment, BUT be sure they took the 2rd part of the payment out $298 right on time before I could stop payment. I’m now told to give it some more time we have to be sure the package is lost! WTF I don’t have it its LOST! In short trust you gut DON’T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Tiestofan25 - you clearly have had a hard life walking around with clearly a genius level IQ and such a judgmental attitude towards others. Much time and money are spent on creating these types of ads which prey upon a person's "weakness" - whether that weakness is a lower level IQ due to genetics, or whether it is due to the overwhelming fear which is introduced by the media day after day. Do most people not fall for it? Clearly, the answer is no. Do some people get taken in for one reason or another, obviously they do or these types of low life companies would all be out of business instead of having the means to spend thousands of dollars for a full one page ad in newspapers all across the country. Why you feel the need to strike out at the unfortunate customers of these ### seems to be displaced anger. Your "holier than thou" attitude and complete disregard for those who are less intelligent and/or weaker than you displays what a jerk you are. The only part of your posting which is of any worth is the fact that you have left this country.
Anyone who fell for this line of [censor] is a full on idiot who got their deserts for their unquestioning gullability. I'm sooooo glad I'm qualified for Irish citizenship so I can exfiltrate from this morass of [censor]s.
Like P.T. Barnum said, there's one born every minute. Seems they're all popping out in the U.S. though...
Awful company
My father passed away this year in April. My mom found he had been receiving coins from World Reserve Monetary Exchange so she called and submitted a letter to stop delivery of the coins since the purchaser had died. They continued sending the coins and billing her for them. She kept returning them. When she called to find out why they are still sending them they told her they could not stop until she sent a death certificate. You can't just stop an order from this company... You have to die and then some... My sister sent it and told them all future shipments would be considered a gift since the credit card in my dads name is gone too. Hopefully they will get the idea now...

I got the presidential dollar coins for my son. He really likes them however we were missing some, so last month I called the company. I was on hold for 2 HOURS! I told the gentleman I had a new address, I was missing some coins and we had the new Reagan coin but it was scratched on the surface. They used to just send replacements. But now he told me I had to pay $12.84 for the 3 missing coins. Fine. Oh, but they are not allowed to take credit cards any more. I had to send a check. Fine. And I had to send the Reagan coin back to get a replacement. Okay, I guess... So a month later, I get my check back, sent to my old address, (and even that was the WRONG old address), with my check and a short letter saying the coins are no longer available. Also, no Reagan coin. So I tried to call them again. Maybe they are shipping it separately? They are supposed to be open now, but the answering machine says they are closed. WTF?
I have been a member of this scam since its inception and am disappointed at the their lack of being able to complete the program Now they offer a cash back deal and give a web site of www.theworldreserve.com/store-credit and when you type it n there is not web site that matches that direction. If it is there it is purposely hidden. My Store Credit code is WVT0001 - please send my refund. I would really like to have all of my money back and I will return my incomplete collection and box to you. This has been the worse coin collection deal I have ever been involved with. Tony
I called the company The World Reserve Monetary customer service center and was placed on hold x49 minutes and I finally hung up. No one ever came to the phone and different messages of some one trying to sell you something. I was calling in regard to the notice I received through mail for store credit for redemption beginning February 1, 2017. My letter stated to enter store credit code. Please assist me with matter. There is on line to enter the code
I purchased the complete set of $2.00 bills each encased in hard plastic and contained in a wooden box for that purpose from a 3rd party. The set is intact except for the Michigan $2.00 bill which is missing. I am interested in purchasing the Michigan note from anyone willing to sell theirs. Please contact me. Thank you. rdelain@new.rr.com. Phone [protected]
I saw the ad for "bags of cash for only $99" in USA Today. I cut it out as an opportunity to teach my son and my students about unscrupulous business practices and deceitful advertising. I spent 30 minutes with my son helping him discern all the propaganda devices used. However, the biggest red flag of all is, what reason would a company have for selling a collection worth more than the sales price? My dad taught me that there is no such thing as a free lunch, and it has served me well. USA Today should be ashamed of itself, though, and if will rethink buying this paper again.
I guess I am a sucker too.I saw an add in our newspaper, I wanted to be the first to call . I did not look at the add close enough but now after the fact, they just plain out false advertise. I had to open the sealed bags to see what I got, but of course it was to late to return them without my word against them. I bought Indian Head Nickles from them, they are so bad the date cannot be read.Lesson learned never again, stay away from these people. Neal Kehaya Macon, Georgia [protected]
I'm looking in today's paper 8/14/2013 at the scam ad for the bag of coins containing one Liberty half dollar which could be in any condition. The so called vault bags are their own vault bags containing 100 coins for only $99 dollars but $149 if you miss the 2 day deadline. Now the 100 coins in the bag could be 100 pennies plus the half dollar. Therefore you might be paying $149 for $1.50 in coins with the half dollar thrown in. If you carefully read the adv. and take the time to understand it you will find no illegality in the wording. This keeps them safe from prosecution by states attorney's general. It is your misunderstanding of the meaning of the words in the adv. that are leading you all astray. The advertisement is very cleverly written to lead you astray, no doubt about that. What if you put 100 pennies in a little cloth bag and called it a vault bag and put your own seal on it with a warning no returns if the seal is broken. Then you could invent a little name for your company that seems legitimately associated with a government agency but with a disclaimers at the end of the ad. Then you put a peppy little ad in a newspaper and sit back and watch the money roll in. For Shame, For Shame.
I'll be talking to BBB, these people suck. They sent a website"www.theworldreserve.com/sgem67" and a claim code for me to purchase some $5 2006 Federal Reserve Note, Cabral-Paulson, printed in Fort Worth, SUPERB GEM, CRISP UNCIRCULATED, GRADED & CERTIFIED-67. None of this is real. Don't waste your time with them like I have.
I'm receiving new quarters for 2012. On the back of my last shipment they put the website www.theworldreserve.com/sgem67 with a claim code for some $5 bills, non-colorized, last series, graded superb gem-crisp uncirculated 67 for me to purchase. Website or claim code exists. I'll never buy any more from these people.
We also got the letter stating that we owed for the certificates and I would not send them any more money because everything was paid in full up front for 4 sets of the presidential dollars in 2008. Then I was shocked when I recieved another letter later in 2011 saying that the US mint had stopped producing the presidential dollars. We opted for the refund. Guess what I just recieved in the mail? A check for $16.00 WOOOHOOO. And after reading the letter I willl get a check for 16.00 every year until the remuneration is complete. I paid in full up front but apparently my refund has to come in payments. What a rip-off...I noticed one complaint said that he would get a refund of $20.00 So shouldn't I be getting a refund each year of 20.00 for 4 coins x four sets. If there ever is class action suit against them I will jump on the band wagon in a heartbeat. I basically got a refund for 4 sets of 4 dollars that are supposed to be mint? If I take them to an appraiser and get told they aren't mint I'm going to blow...An Expensive Lesson Learned.
A and B Stupidity
Total rip off
World Reserve Monetary Exchange. What a complete fraud. I feel like I have been mugged; over and over and over and over...
I don't know why my husband thought it would be such a great idea to buy from this company, but I do know I don't want to add up what he spent.
I told him to sell this "garbage" stained bills and other junk that he bought from them. His idea, take it to an estate appraiser.
The estate appraiser told him to take it to the grocery store! "At least there he'd get something for his money..."
Do Not fall victim to this company. This stuff just keeps coming. I finally had to report the credit cards stolen to stop them sending and charging...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered the National Park Vauly tube and free coin set with display case.I never received Florida ,Oregon, Utah,Colorado ,Vermont. I am getting nothing but a run around with customer service! These coins are paid for! These coins would complete my set they are paid for and I want them! They were never sent to me!
Roosevelt was the last dollar coin I received. I ordered one from each mint.
I wish this company was sceened and graded by governmental scruitny for transparrency. For instance, what makes their presidetial coins any more "uncirculated" than a roll of coins from the bank? Also, why are their alleged "free" vualts not air tight and fire proof?
u idiots need to read the articles as soon as u call in to order they will explain everything to you the prices what u will get ect...stop blaming them for your stupidity and learn how to read the articles they put out
