Exellent instillation despite the age of the current systems. Estimate and invoice to the penny, work completed timely and satisfactorily. My expertise is not in the line of the work done, and I deferred to the judgement of the craftsman where it didn't conflict with my stubborn preconceptions. Learned a bit, got excellent service and I am confident, an excellent product. Am planning to schedule more work with Chapman to be done in the immediate future.

I highly recommend Chapman! I can't say enough good things about my experience with them. I was in a bit of a mess because my contractor quit halfway through a decent-sized remodel. *** and his crew showed up, gave me a quick and affordable quote. We figured out what needed to be done right away to get the project back on track, and they finished the work on time and did it right. I had Chapman take care of all my plumbing and HVAC. I trust *** completely because I don't know much about those things. He knew exactly which crews to bring in to fix my specific problems. Highly Recommended! Im relatively new to the Carmel area, so I am still learning about the services available to me. One would think that by having a newly constructed home I wouldnt require assistance with my HVAC system so soon, but unfortunately I did. I needed to find a specialist who could provide quality, accurate, and thorough service. Luckily for me, a family member suggested that I contact Chapman for help. It was the best call I ever made. Chapmans very capable and patient technician was able to identify and correct three different issues to ensure that my HVAC system would work properly and last longer. My Chapman technician provided the type of service that I believe that he would provide for a member of his own family. I been usin Chapman for a few years now and they the best company I ever worked with. My furnace always actin up when I gone for the winter but Chapman always fix it. I got a NEST thermostat and it stopped talkin yesterday. My neighbor checked it and said it ain't the thermostat, so I called Chapman. They sent someone by 4:30 and called to say they comin at 4:30. Keith the tech called me 'round 5 and told me what's wrong with the furnace and what they gotta do to fix it. Today they got the parts and gonna fix it this afternoon. I know we all hate spendin money on repairs but I think their price was fair. This ain't the first time I had this kinda help from Chapman. I told my friends 'bout 'em and they had the same good experience. They a great company! Great service! Great people. I don't write many reviews but this company deserve it. AK Indianaplois.

I had a water heater replaced, it was a little pricey, but the technician (Derek) did a great job with the install. He was very thorough, and professional.

They showed up on time and completed the work pronto. They even had to come back the next morning to install a part that they did not have in stock. Great job.

Keith and Robert arrived promptly, were knowledgeable about my furnace, gave honest answers to my questions along with advice on care and maintenance of my older unit. The men were efficient and professional.

Didn’t confirm 30 minutes before as I was told the day before. I’ve changed the number at least 5x and still called the wrong one when they were minutes away. Was told the tech would wear a mask, gloves and use disinfecting wipes during Covid-19. None of that happened. Won’t use them again.

We replaced our heating and air conditioning systems as part of our remodel. This was complex and required a lot of experience. The installation crew was outstanding. The re-engineering required exceed my expectations for both installations. They were on time and followed all the Covid-19 protection rules. We have been using Chapman for years. Their service and support has always been excellent.

Chapman Heating and Cooling done a fantastic job. Came out the same day for a quote, Scheduled the job at our convenience, done a professional job and I have been very pleased with the Bryant heatpump and furnace. This is the 4th HVAC system I have purchased for this house and the first 3 companies I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I will only deal with Chapman Heating and Cooling in the future. Highly recommend.

Since moving to Speedway, Indiana over a decade ago, we have tried a couple of HVAC companies. The last one, unnamed here, we had for a few years and was satisfied with their service until the pandemic hit. We called for our annual AC checkup and cleaning and were told they had several technicians leave their company for other jobs (that should have been a clue we might have trouble.) To make a long story short that company's new guy was in and out in minutes and left. One week later our AC quit totally. Desperate for help, we called Chapman. Doug R came to our rescue. He identified the problem quickly, had the correct parts for our Trane unit on his truck, and got us up and running. He was nice enough to snap a few pictures of the inside of our outside unit for me and it shown it was never properly cleaned, a lots of debris in various places. Thanks for Chapman and their tech Doug we know we have the right company now.
