This company don't properly communicate to homeowners. I been trying for several months in getting a corrected copy of the amount that I owe as they sent cannot come up with. They recently sent me two different bills which are outrageous. My attorney even requested a ledger and to this day haven't received nothing. Now they blocked me from there website from making payments. I sent auto payments directly from my bank they rejected them as well. My bankruptcy payments from the trustee's they have no record of after payments was completed. This been going on for 5 years with no real resolution but adding fee's to an alleged balance.

Cherry Creek HOA Professionals and Dani *** are so unprofesh and don't even try to make the HOA community better. Dani always ignores big safety problems for years while fighting with owners about rule breakin'. I think she only cares about catchin' people doin' wrong stuff. She acts all unprofesh and gets all revengeful with owners. I really don't recommend hirin' CC HOA, especially if you get stuck with Dani ***. My deck has been a mess for over a year and Dani keeps sayin' she'll fix it, but nothin' happens. Architects say it's super dangerous, but she just ignores it. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't hire CC HOA for anythin'.

This complaint is about the shady business practices of Cherry Creek HOA Professionals. It's about how they try to take away properties from homeowners. I have a condo in a trust and every month, they automatically take the payment for the monthly fees. But then, the bank started returning the checks from the Trust and they tried to foreclose on us for not paying. The worst part is that we pay them to bother us homeowners. It's just messed up. What's the matter with people? These are leeches who thrive on greed.

In June , they threatened to fine $100 for cars with expired plates. The issue got fixed on time but the Karens in the neighborhood still wanted to call neighborhood services. The inspector came by and was satisfied with the solution and left. Payments, though, ain't being processed on time to purposely charge late fines. I asked for a return call from the office manager, but they NEVER returned a phone call. They're too busy to process payments, too busy to call, but not too busy to charge late fees. I'm wondering what they do for us for the money we pay 'em other than harrass people. I saved ALL the money order stubs and have proof that we've paid all the fines and fees due. I'll file for harrassment if I have to.

When we had the big snow storm in March, no one shoveled our snow. I had to pay a neighbor $80.00 dollars to remove the snow so that I could get to work. The manager said they would reimburse us for the snow removal. All year we had no one to remove the snow. They continue to add fees to my account. I have sent an email to the accounting, and they sent an email saying that the fees would be removed, but fees are still being added. I should only owe for July 1, 260.00, but they show I owe them over $700.00 dollars. Which is not true. They will not call to explain my account. I have gone down to their office, and no one is there. This is the worst HOA company I have ever dealt with in the 20 years I have been in this townhouse. I want someone to call me and walk me through all these charges. This HOA company should be rated an F.

I own a condo and CCHOA Professionals is the management company. I pay my HOA Dues $385.42 "monthly" via their portal. When reviewing my on-line banking account I noticed the months of June&July pulled my "monthly" dues out twice. $382.46 on 6/1 &6/5 Again, for the month of July on 7/1&7/5 -total of $764.92 of unauthorized payments. ( I have attached a log from the HOA portal showing these payments were truly pulled and confirmed their mistake by Holly S email dates 7/12 stating she will send refund request to Shane L for signature (email included). On July 12 Shane L sent email asking again for the address.It seemed levity of the situation was understood. To date, I have not received refund nor an answer from my emails on status. Aug HOA is due so, I paid as to not be charged late payment since I have had 0 f/u. Maybe, process takes longer or they want to credit account. meantime my account is close being overdrawn.

I tried to contact the HOA management company before listing my property for sale to check if the community was still FHA approved. I wanted to mention it as a financing option for potential buyers. I emailed *** and she said she thought it was still approved. She also said my realtor should contact *** when they were ready to move forward. But she forgot that I am the listing agent for my property. I told her it was really important to confirm the FHA approval status and asked if I should contact *** now. She never replied. The listing ended up attracting a buyer who needed FHA approval, but they had to cancel the contract because the community's FHA approval had expired. This buyer will be hard to replace because there are also issues with the property that *** knows about. I talked to her, but she hasn't followed up. Even her supervisor hasn't responded. This situation not only made me lose the buyer, but also cost me thousands of dollars.

I tried to make an account with Cherry Creek *** to pay my *** and see my assessments history. I emailed Cherry Creek HOA professionals on 4/5/2022 to explain that there was an error when I tried to create a login. No one replied to my email. On 4/6/2022, I called the business directly and spoke to Citas (employee) about my problem. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called again and spoke to *** who told me that my account was locked because of non-payment and that my outstanding *** had been sent to collections. She also said that I needed to talk to the collections agency before my account could be unlocked. I can't see my balances or assessments without creating an account. I want my account to be unlocked so I can see this information. I last paid my *** in February 2022, for over $600. I can't see if this payment was posted to my account without this login information. The collections agency letter I received a few days ago says the *** hasn't received payment since October. I'm not getting paper notices from the company because they didn't accept my change of address form. The property was originally owned by my husband ***, who passed away. The property has gone through probate and is now mine, but the *** company hasn't updated my address.
