You have a points system advertised on your site but there is no way to redeem any of these points. I tried talking to your live chat and was passed on to a different person 3 TIMES. Each time took 5 minutes for a reply, only to be told that they couldn't answer the question and they tried to pass me on to someone else. When I asked the first person about points they started talking about promo codes. It got worse from there on out.
It was clear from the start I was being passed on because while you advertise this points system you don't want people to get the benefit of it. It seemed calculated like I was being fed the runaround and sent on so I would get fed up and stop asking. It worked. I wasn't sure if I was going to renew my passport but I now have an answer. I won't be.
Then I was reminded of something that happened when I first signed up for the passport. I ordered flowers for my mother last October. She was turning 80. I signed up for the passport so I wouldn't have to pay a shipping fee and another fee, and I was charged for it anyway. I meant to complain, but life got in the way. I realize this is my fault but they were like 80-dollar flowers, so it wasn't cheap and you charged me for shipping and another fee that should not have been charged. i realize it's late and also my fault for not complaining when it happened, but life was hectic for me at that time and I forgot.
Desired outcome: My passport ends in 5 days. I would like to redeem my points before then. i also want my fee back from 1800 flowers
