I have used Zazzle before, but a friend at work had
I have used Zazzle before, but a friend at work had a coupon code for canvas art and shared it. I immediately ordered a canvas print for my son, of himself and his dog. It was produced very quickly and was perfect, he loved it. Two other orders, I had also ordered with expedited shipping and was disappointed when they didnt arrive by Christmas - I do think the website should be a bit clearer about estimated shipping dates. Also, I would like it if you could preview your items more clearly - its a bit confusing, to make changes and then go back and undo them. Other than that, the site is wonderful, the products turned out very well, and I am waiting on yet another canvas print for my daughter, due to arrive any day. The reason I ordered this last print was because a throw I ordered from a competitor turned out horribly, and this Zazzle order is to replace that. (the other company hasnt even bothered to respond to my note). Thank you Zazzle for consistently good products!... and for caring enough to ask your customers how they felt about your service. You can tell a lot about a business by how they handle
You can tell a lot about a business by how they handle themselves when something goes wrong. I've ordered from Zazzle several times and been delighted with the product. So I didn't think twice about spending $300 on shirts for my birthday party. When I opened the box, the coloring of the text on the shirts was all wrong, and there was less than a week to do anything about it. I assumed I was SOL, and though I hate complaining, I did send the company an e-mail expressing my disappointment. I really didn't think there was anything that could be done at that point. Not only did they get back to me right away, they were bending over backward to make it right. They gave me several options including a rush job to redo the shirts.
As someone who hates complaining, I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly their customer service handled the situation. As I said before, I've ordered from them several times and never had a problem until now, but its nice to know that if something does go wrong, they don't make you jump through hoops to get your money back. Will order from them again and again.

Update: No Christmas presents =(
I placed an order on 12/6/16 with an anticipated delivery of 12/8/16 to 12/9/16. I called on 12/9/16 and was told after waiting on hold for 45 minutes that they should ship out on the 12th or 13th. I tried calling again after that date came and went but got tired of waiting on hold. I tried requesting an update via email which simply said they don't know when my order might ship. I would just like to know if my shirts will arrive before Christmas. I paid a pretty ridiculous amount for 2 t-shirts with express shipping. This has been very disappointing.
Update 12/27/16:
I was contacted by Zazzle via email regarding my bad experience. They offered to refund the cost of my order and still ship my items when they were ready. They actually shipped on 12/23/16 via overnight but didn't arrive until 12/27/16 due to the holiday. The shirts turned out well and the recipient was happy so I am glad for that. I have not received a refund yet, but my order status does show as returned. It would have been nice if the shipping estimate was more accurate. I am overall happy with how things turn out as I was able to purchase an extra gift since this one was free.
Quick Delivery Time
Two years ago, I ordered two personalized T shirts from Zazzle to give as a Christmas gift. I ordered them on December 5 and the site said they would arrive by December 18. On December 18, they hadn't even shipped yet. Trying to make a long story short, the way that I got the shirts by Christmas was to complain online on a site similar to this one. At that point, Zazzle went above and beyond and got the shirts to me within a few days, on time for Christmas.
Three days after Christmas, I received a duplicate order. The same two personalized T shirts, delivered on December 28. That was the original order. If I hadn't complained online, I would not have received the order on time.
I was happy with the shirts, so I decided if I ever wanted a personalized shirt again, I would order from Zazzle but order well ahead of time, especially if it's for Christmas. This year I wanted another personalized T shirt as a Christmas gift, so I ordered it on October 22. I received it yesterday, October 26.
These two experiences have been like night and day. The shirt is great. I think this company does a fine job overall but that they can run into shipping issues at holiday time. So if you want to order anything as a Christmas gift, my advice is that if you are looking at the site in December, ignore what it says about how long the shipping will take. It's going to take longer and you most likely will not receive it on time. Order well ahead of time, by the middle of November at the latest.
I appreciate the quick shipping this time.
VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING
I purchased a groupon to be used on invitations on the zazzle website. When I purchased the groupon, I didn't realize that it was only for certain invitations on the zazzle site. The invitations I initially needed (wedding invitations) were not part of the bunch to choose from, so I ended up using them for something different (bridal shower). When I ordered my wedding invitations, I bought them on a day that there was a big sale on zazzle- it was a christmas in july sale offering something like 30% off. Anyway, I went on today to try and order the bridal shower invitations with my groupon code. It said the code was invalid. I had no idea why it wasn't working because I hadn't used it yet. I called customer service and waited a while on hold and then was hung up on. I called back and waited, not as long this time, and got a hold of someone. I spoke with Niall, and he listened to my situation and was very understanding. He looked at my account and told me that it looks as though my groupon code had been used on the wedding invitations, which is why it is invalid to purchase my bridal shower invites. I explained to him my situation and that I had never used the groupon code on any invitations... he reactivated the code for me and I was then able to purchase my bridal shower invitations. He was never once rude to me, instead super helpful and understanding of the situation and was able to fix it right on the spot! He even apologized and made sure the code would be reactivated in less than 10 minutes! I am so thankful to have had such wonderful help from customer service and very happy with the overall outcome! Thank you, Zazzle, for being awesome! I have had ZERO problems with you and your orders... I absolutely love them! Thank you very much! I will recommend you to anyone!
Totally satisfied with my iPhone case! It's stunning!
I placed a order last Friday for a custom Auburn University iPhone 7plus Otter Box phone case. Was absolutely thrilled because everywhere I have went like to bestbuy and different stores that sell that type stuff and everything I found was so boring and ugly! So I immediately placed my order with this company and paid the extra cost to have it sent 2 day air. Well like 2 days later I receive a email telling me that my order was not going to make it to me in the 2 day shipping due to the company being behind because so many orders for the new iPhones cases. I was so disappointed and sent back a email telling them if it was any longer than 3 or 4 days then just refund me my money and I'll order somewhere else. Well I got a email back fairly quick and was told that the order had been processed and they mail it next day air. I wasn't sure what to think but sure enough it was at my door on time. I absolutely love the Otter Box case that I got. The work is absolutely PERFECT, it's not just a cheap printed sticker or skin. It's made into the case itself. I am so happy and have gotten so many compliments on the case and people asking where I was able to find it. I was gladly proud to tell them the company name and web address. I would have hated to have had to wait for it but knowing what I know now after receiving it I would gladly wait 3 months if I had to. I would have just gotten a cheaper one at bestbuy till the one I ordered got here. I can't say it enough that the custom work these people do is absolutely stunning! I will without a doubt be getting gifts for family and friends from these people! I promise the quality and looks of the product I got was far beyond what I expected. So thankful I didn't order somewhere else because it would be impossible to be better than what I received! Thank you so much Zazzle!
I love using Zazzle
I love using Zazzle. It's very quick and easy. I have Zazzle Black so I don't have to worry about shipping prices, which is great because I've save over $200 a year not having to pay shipping. I use Zazzle for custom products, mostly cards, post cards, poster prints, and gift items. If I ever have a problem, like once I didn't get enough envelopes with the cards, I contacted customer service via email, and I got the envelopes sent a day later. Besides this, I've found that because of my loyalty to the company, I get more coupons and gift certificates than I can even use! I get about 2 times a month $10 gift cards from Zazzle, which I can use in conjunction with sale prices, and when something's half off and I have a coupon, I can basically purchase an item for a few cents. I just take it out of my Zazzle balance. And, then if I forgot I needed something else, like another Thank You card or more business cards, I just go back and order and I don't have to worry about paying shipping again and again. It's free throughout the year after I pay for Zazzle black. To me, it's totally worth it. If you don't need to use Zazzle a lot, then it might not be worth it. But if you are constantly buying things as gifts or for your business, I find it important to have Zazzle Black and to utilize the coupons to the full. I've sold a lot of Zazzle art prints, of which all my customers have been happy with the color, quality, prices, and shipping time. Also, the framing is done very well. I have a large 50x60 frame in my bedroom with a print from Zazzle. Mostly, however, I order cards because I do a lot of writing. And, I also like their stamps for special occasions. If you get them when they are sold for face value, it's a good deal. You get custom stamps without having to pay for the customization. I suggest loading up during that time. I do wish they had forever stamps, but we'll see if they add that in the future. Most products I've gotten are completely awesome, but again, I use coupons to the full and I get the products for well under their market price, so I'm always happy. Try Zazzle out. If you don't have the same experience with them, I am truly sorry. I've used Zazzle for years now and been completely satisfied with the shopping experience!
YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT ZAZZLE
I have ordered many personalized custom photo products from Snapfish, Shutterfly, Walgreens, and Zazzle. And Zazzle by far, blows away Snapfish, Shutterfly, and Walgreens. First of all, Snapfish, Shutterfly, and Walgreens charge astronomical shipping prices. I have ordered so many items that the shipping cost more than the item itself. Made many of the free personalized custom products that Shutterfly always offers, but the shipping always ends up costing me more than the regular price of the items. Same with Snapfish and Walgreens. To make matters worse, it always took one month or longer to receive my order from Snapfish, Shutterfly, and Walgreens. My photo book from Walgreens got lost in transit. Took over two months for me to receive it because they had to make and send me out another one. On March 31,2019, I ordered a personalized photo coffee mug from Snapfish because it was a special for $1.99 for the coffee mug, but the shipping cost me $9.99. Well after one month, I still did not receive the mug so I emailed Snapfish and was told it was lost in transit, so they said they would make another mug and send it to me. As of May 8,2019, I am still waiting for the coffee mug.
I have been ordering personalized custom products regularly from Zazzle for over 4 years. Never had not one bad experience. I have ordered personalized photo Christmas wrapping paper that was just absolutely amazing. The quality of the wrapping paper was unbelievable. I have ordered personalized photo clipboards, puzzles, kitchen towels, coffee mugs, slippers, watches, pencil case, notebooks, mousepads, table top photo easel, stickers, Christmas gift labels and cards, and many more personalized photo items from Zazzle and every product I have ever ordered, came out amazing. There were many photos that I would use for my products that had the yellow triangle and it would not recommend me using the photo because of the quality of my photo but I ordered it anyways, and they came out perfectly clear and flawless every single time. I live in Hawaii, so the shipping cost for anything is just insane. But with Zazzle Black, I pay just $9.99 for one year of free shipping on anything I order. You just can't beat that. And they make and process my order in a couple days. Once it ships, I receive it 3 days later. So I receive my orders within one week. Never ever had my orders lost in transit either. Once, I accidentally ordered 2 of the same T shirts and Zazzle refunded me for the second T shirt and told me I could keep it. They respond to there emails immediately. I highly highly recommend Zazzle especially if you live in Hawaii. You won't regret it and you won't be disappointed.
Zazzle Complaints 129
Zazzel is to be avoided and refuses to pay its designers.
I worked very hard to put up about 40 designs and sold an initial quantiy of product to early $149 dollars. It is set up to my EIN business and they refuse to pay. Then cancel the payments complaining about the EIN. I sent a copy of the EIN, they still refused to pay. I had my accountant contact them, they still refuse to pay and refused to communicate with him.
They refuse to explain themselves or to resolve the matter over the phone or give any resonable explanation. I am now consulting a lawyer and contact the attorney generals office. They are a slimball organizaiton. STAY AWAY from them
Claimed loss: They need to pay my business by check $149.66 and then they should pay me damages of $3000 for the time I wasted making designs on their platform that they refused to pay.
Desired outcome: They need to pay my business by check $149.66 and then they should pay me damages of $3000 for the time I wasted making designs on their platform that they refused to pay. And then they need to be investigates for criminal activity

Rubbish Product AND Stole Money - DON'T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS
In 2017, I ordered a t-shirt from this company after seeing some good reviews online. I was promised it would be there within a certain amount of time, but it actually took two weeks longer. This wouldn't have been a big deal if, after opening the box, it had been a good looking t-shirt - one I could actually use - but it wasn't. The best way that I can describe it is it looked like someone who was too big for the shirt had been wearing it every day for the past fifteen years without washing it. It even smelled terrible. It was absolutely disgusting. I called IMMEDIATELY and complained, only to be told that I was wrong. No one would even discuss replacing it or giving me a refund. I was just stuck with it. I even spoke to managers (and called back several times to try again, and did so for weeks). Their customer service was awful and no one would listen. Some of them hung up on me, and eventually my emails went unanswered.
I had signed up originally for their subscription deal (spending $9.95 a year), on the same day I placed my order, but cancelled it a few days before the thirty day allotted time ended because I was just fed up. I was charged anyway. I complained and was told that they do not do refunds on subscriptions. I explained to them that I had called within the thirty days and cancelled it, but they didn't care, didn't listen, and it was another moment of their company blaming me for everything. I was ASSURED, though, that my account was cancelled, that my subscription was cancelled, and that I would not be receiving any more emails from them.
Fast forward to 2018. I got charged again. Again I called to complain, and again they would do nothing about it. No one listened, no one cared. All they kept telling me was that they don't do refunds on their subscriptions. Again I was assured that this would not happen again, that my account was deleted, that my subscription was cancelled, and that I would not be receiving anymore emails.
It's 2019. Can you guess what happened? Correct! I was charged again. This time my mother recommended that I go to Twitter, and when I did, I finally found someone at the company who would listen, and got a refund (they said 7-10 business days, but what they really meant was 3 weeks, I guess). After a little more complaining, I was assured that I would get a refund of my t-shirt, even though it had been since 2017, because someone should have listened to me then. I was also told that my account was closed, that my subscription was cancelled, and that I would not be receiving any more emails. This time, I even unsubscribed myself from the emails.
It's been about a month. I have not received a refund for my t-shirt, BUT I do get MULTIPLE emails a day from this company, telling me what I'm missing out on for no longer having a subscription with them I never wanted and pleading with me to "come back" to them. I sent an email wanting to know where my money is, and today I get an email saying that they will not be refunding my t-shirt money to me, even though their employee promised me that I would be getting a refund. Interesting that they can send me multiple emails a day, but they couldn't tell me this when they first found out. I was also assured that I would no longer be getting any more emails. But I received six, not including the one from this customer service agent, today. This morning. And it's only 10:30am. Six.
Since they will not be able to give me my refund, they offered me a credit for the amount that I paid for the t-shirt, as well as an additional $25 to use on a second order. Are they kidding? I will never purchase from this company again, have told family to avoid them, friends to avoid them, and have even decided to write reviews everywhere I can, and let people know on social media how awful their customer service is, how disgusting their product is, and how they steal money from their customers and then blame their customers for the theft. And, for a company in this day and age to say that they have no record of any of my previous conversations - well, we can add that they are boldface liars to the list of complaints I have about them. Unless, when they supposedly deleted my account, they deleted all that as well. And it's my fault that I don't have proof of the phone calls "and subject of the phone calls" I made at the time.
I learned the hard way not to believe all the good reviews they have online, because what I got was a t-shirt that the Dollar Tree could have done better, and that's before "someone wore it" - men's t-shirt with the neck stretched out, clothing wear in off places, shirt was an odd shaped when you laid it down flat, the design on the front was peeling off in places and looked like the wear you would have on the front of a t-shirt after excessive wear or long-term wear, the t-shirt was supposed to be black but it was a faded black (like you get from lots of washings), there were a couple of small holes at the bottom of the shirt around where the pants button and zipper would be - DID THEY BADLY PUT MY DESIGN ON A T-SHIRT THAT WAS OLD AND WORN?!?! - and it smelled awful. Like a terrible unwashed smell. A smell that hit me in the face the moment I opened the package, before I even pulled it out.
Not only did I lose $20 and the price of the t-shirt, but I also lost the money for extra shipping from another company because I needed it for an event and needed it to get to me quickly, after basically wasting my time with them hoping they would give me a better product.
Save yourself the heartache and the trouble and go elsewhere. The pictures they post online must be made by another company because they look nothing like the product they send. And that smell. Just thinking about it makes me want to vomit. To make matters worse, the customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with.
creators products being hidden from public viewing/purchasing.
zazzle routinely makes the creators products hidden from view so no one can purchase them until we go in and UNDO what zazzle has done. this ensure that we do NOT make any sales which hurts the creators who work very hard to create lovely products for customers.
they have also banned me from their community forum because I have dared to bring this to light and they want to silence me.
At one point they had over 20,000 of my products hidden from the public for no reason at all. I am sure I am not the only creator who this is happening to and I have been begging them for YEARS to stop this hurtful practice but they have ignored me.
zazzle needs to stop hurting the people who are keeping them in business.
Claimed loss: hundreds if not thousands of dollars in lost sales.
Desired outcome: zazzle needs to stop this practice.

Zazzle used to be fantastic! Used them for a prior company and loved it! Responsive, great brands...everything. Move forward a couple years and tried again. Recommended them and when we got the hoodies (small company - 2 of 5 bought), the brand they are using is nothing like the old brand (Delta Fleece - yum!). They're current brand is not soft and the fit is questionable. Looking at other possibilities now, sadly.
Desired outcome: just letting others know. I'll keep it, but was disappointed!
Custom playing cards.
DO NOT USE. They were five days late with my Holiday order. I foolishly used them again and paid $25.00 for expedited shipping and the items were five days late. These were items for a first birthday. Customer service is useless and difficult to reach. My items were made on time, they dropped the ball on the shipping and did not offer a refund. I had to call and complain!
Tip for consumers:
Worst service I ever had. Incompetent, Unreliable.
The only way to resolve this problem is to go back in time to my granddaughter's first birthday. The Theme was completely ruined. I had to spend hundreds at Party City to redo the entire theme and games.
Desired outcome: Time Travel

I am a creator and customer service agents are not responding to me
Hi
I have sent numerous emails and a form which keeps getting returned to me with more questions and marked as incomplete.
I have sent 3 emails over the past few months and noone has responded to me.
I have requested more help to fill out my form but noone has the courtesy to respond or even point me in the right direction.
I have money due to me and they are not in a hurry to give it to me.
I am extremely frustrated!
My username is Anna Niks.
Desired outcome: I want them to respond to my emails and tell me what I need to do about my form and assist me with it so payment can be made before 15 September. I feel like they are purposely delaying this.

Express service
I paid for express shipping for my business cards 23 dollars and change and they didn't even start processing them until the day before I was scheduled to get them. I would like to be reimbursed 16 dollars, the price I would have paid for standard shipping which is exactly what they gave me, and since they didn't process my order until a day before I was scheduled to receive them, I question their intentions with offering their premium shipping services.
Desired outcome: 16 dollars please
Non-payment of royalties
Have been with zazzle company since 2008 and have never recieved any payment whatsoever. Haved requested many times throughout the years with no luck. Seems as though the company is set up to mae it as difficult to claim your royalties as possible in order to be able to default the consumer. The rules of payment i'm still unsure of but have been trying to understand and resolve for years.
Desired outcome: to be payed my royalties owed for sales
You sold my information
You sold my information to a bot company and now I get unwanted texts several times per day. Because I am sure you will just deny it I am not going to refrain from speaking my mind. You suck! Go [censored] yourself! Ill never buy a thing from you again you piece of [censored] [censored]! There, all better! Now, resolve that issue, then shove it up your [censored]! (was that specific enough)
Desired outcome: I stated that in the last sentence
Zazzle removes my selling design
Hi,
I am a graphic designer. I've been with Zazzle for 3 years now. I know the guidelines very well and i always do my best to follow them. Recently, i received an email from Zazzle Content Review Team notifying me that one of my most selling designs contains content that is in conflict with one or more of Zazzle content guidelines and that my design contains content that is not suitable for printing on Zazzle and/or Zazzle’s brand partners. Zazzle removed my design and all the other types of products containing the design. I emailed Zazzle many times for additional explanation but nobody responded to my inquiries. I did not violate any other user's property. My design is my own "intellectual property" and I created it myself and people really liked it and are still looking for it. I mean, what's the point? I have always liked Zazzle and wanted to bring more value and traffic to the marketplace, but this experience is horrible and not satisfying to me to say the least. Please do help resolve this issue for me.
Have a nice day!
Desired outcome: I like Zazzle very much and i will always strive to bring more value to the marketplace. People really liked the design, so i hope it will be back in the marketplace. Thank you!
The company itself
I got locked out of my account while working, this square came up saying press and hold to prove I am a human, it doesn't work, I called zazzle, and the agent never helped either, he kept saying it was a standard procedure, which is a joke might add, I still cannot log into my account, this box keeps coming up, I even cleaned out the cache, restarted my pc, twice, and still zazzle has me locked out, this proving your a human and not a bot measure is a j0ke, there is not need for this, and you cant even get back into your account or email zazzle, anything. The only thing you cna do is call them and they give you the runaround, this isnt fair,
Desired outcome: my account to work

Designers and creators: do not join this website! Claiming earnings for 6 months now, payment not received!
I am a designer from EU, I was with Zazzle for a few years, creating designs. I used sometimes my earning to buy a mug or something, which was not a problem. Now, after many years, I asked for my earnings, I had to re-do W8 form many many many... times, as always they found something wrong with it. Then, I was told, I should accept additional 30% US tax charge on my earnings with Zazzle, which was not true. (Designers, read and research the internet, specially if you are outside of US). Of course, treaty between my country and US has no additional tax in USA on earnings/roalties. All earnings I make, are taxable in my country, not also in the USA, but Zazzle wanted me to accept it, which I didn't after I did my research. After my form was finally accepted, I was told that my earnings will be paid to my Paypal, within 2-4 weeks, which of course, it didn't happened. This process of asking for my earnings that I earned from sales of my designs, has been 6 months with no payment up to date. I deleted my whole portfolio a month ago (over 800+designs), I no longer wish to be part of Zazzle, after this experience. Yesterday, they send a new group email, that designer who are not actively creating designs, will be charged monthly fee from their earnings, until it reaches 0 usd. It is horrible. Not only you cannot get your earnings, now they will take it anyway. This is not worth it. I would save myself time and all of this, creating my own designs elsewhere. Save yourself time, worry and money, create your own designs and sell them elsewhere, instead. Your design will be yours, you can sell it on a different platform or create your own website and sell them there. You have more options and full control! Best luck to all of the designers out there.
Desired outcome: get my earnings, delete my account.
Hello, you reached out to see if I was able to resolve my experience with them.
I ended up using my personal bank account and handled it as if I were an individual selling on the site, rather than as a business. They were having trouble matching my ssn# to my business ID number and claimed that was the issue.
Once I had the payout to my personal account, I closed my account with Zazzle and deleted all of my art from their site. But it got me my payout! They were extremely unhelpful, but handling it as a personal withdrawal rather than a business withdrawal resolved the lack of payout.
I hope this is helpful! We didn't have any taxes or anything applied on the back end so I can't speak to the unexpected tax piece you mentioned.
Best of luck,
Claire
Zazzle black
Going through the "Zazzle Black" ordeal, but trying to nip it in the bud. Nowhere on the site do I find Zazzle Black settings, or any ability to stop it cancel everything. Does anyone actually know how to cancel it? After reading all these complaints I do not want to do business with them. If it cant get resolved on here, I will at least make it known to the BBB.
Desired outcome: Zazzle Black cancelled . Account cancelled .
Hello Daryl,
I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble trying to find the Zazzle Black Settings option on your account. That is definitely not the kind of customer experience we strive for and we would love the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our customer service department for assistance.
We can be reached at social@zazzle.com, or give us a call at [protected].

black membership
November 30, 2021 deduction from my bank account for a black membership that I did not order. Must have been fine print. I want this cancelled as it's not something I would use. I want a refund for the amount of 9.95. Do not defraud me of this amount in the future. I haven't ordered anything from Zazzle in quite a while and will not order anything again. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Linda J Higgins
Unauthorized credit card charges
I ordered a couple of t-shirts and badges off Zazzle website. The website accepted the purchase and deducted the money from my credit card.
The next thing that happened - some items were removed from my order, with an explanation that they are subject to infringement copyright. My first question was, why were the problematic items exibited with a price tag on the website, and they answered that many creators sell their products through the site, so they don't keep track with all of the products. So they pulled the items out of the site, and sent me the items from my order which were ok by legal terms. BUT, I don't know how or why, instead of reducing my initial payment (around 60$), my account was additionally charged for the reduced amount (around 30$) without my consent. Of course I immediately sent an e-mail pointing the anomaly, and they answered that they had review my case, and apologized, promising to refund my initial payment of 60$. But that refund never reached my account. I wrote them again, and they kept sending me a transaction number, asking me to give it to my bank clerks, but there was no sign of any refund whatsoever. They supposedly issued a refund on 12th August, and they now stopped answering my emails, so I have no choice but to complaint and urge for a refund in other ways. Hereby I enclose the screenshots of the email corresponding with the Zazzle support staff.
Thanks for your time,
Sincerely;
Nenad Božić
Desired outcome: a refund
Update: Actually it turns out it wasn't their fault at all! Terribly sorry I filed this complaint and If it could be erased I'd be more than happy! Apologies...
And the two charges Zazzle made on my account.
I can send you all my bank listings for the previous three months to prove that the refund didn't go through
The order from the website
MONTHS requesting payout of funds, no actual help/resolution from customer service department.
I have been trying to get a payout from Zazzle for months. $53 in earnings.
All they tell me is that something is incorrect between the name on my Zazzle account and the name associated with my EIN (which I have re-entered multiple times from the IRS documents I have from my business' inception and have sent Zazzle a PDF copy of to help me determine the issue.)
Even with that document, they keep telling me they can't look at my account to tell me what the discrepancy is between my IRS documentation and what they have on file and to call the IRS.
How is the IRS going to know what Zazzle has on file and compare the two to tell me what the issue is? Is the text "SOLE MBR" at the end of my name on my IRS paperwork the issue? If so, which box do I put that in? I have no idea. Zazzle won't tell me.
Every time I make a fix or change to my account to try to correct the issue, with no guidance from Zazzle about what the actual exact issue is, it takes 30+ days (or until the 15th of the next month) to discover the payout has been canceled again due to some error they refuse to actually identify, and I am not paid. Then the cycle starts over. I reach out to get help, they tell me to call the IRS and continue to hold my earnings hostage.
I regret attempting to use them as a sales platform. They will not send me a check to my legal business address, or a PayPal payout to my business Paypal account, and the security questions they ask me are not related to me or my business so I cannot confirm my identity for them. All because of this mystery issue that they refuse to identify, which I then cannot fix because I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS and no one will actually talk to me about it. I get bounced from one low-level rep to another who send me copy-pasted answers and no actual information.
I have asked to speak to a manager, supervisor, literally ANYONE who can look at my account information, compare it to the legal document I sent them a copy of, and actually HELP ME resolve the issue. It is mid-July, I have been trying to be paid by Zazzle for months. My first email from their support team came back in early March.
All they have to say to me is that the name they have on file doesn't match the IRS info for my EIN, which cannot be true. I'm looking at the physical paperwork in front of me and comparing it to the account info on Zazzle. My name is on both. Spelled correctly.
If I make a change to try to figure out what the issue is, they supposedly can't tell me if it's correct until the payout fails in 30+ days. That's an unreasonable amount of time to determine if I have fixed the problem.
I don't know what the issue is and their only response is for me to call the IRS (which, again, cannot see Zazzle's end of things, so how could they possibly tell me what the issue is?) Yet here I am, on hold for an estimated 30-90 minutes for the IRS
They owe me $53 and have profited off of the sale of my designs.
Attached are screenshots of the 30+ messages exchanged with Zazzle Support, my name/business name on my IRS document, my name on my PayPal Account, and my name on my Zazzle Account. They all look like they match to me. Tell me where the issue is.
Desired outcome: 1) Send my payout OR, 2) Acct mger CALLS ME to resolve issue together
I resolved this issue myself by making a withdrawal as a personal individual rather than a business. I had it all sent to my personal checking account.
Zazzle fixed nothing, but this resolved my problem.
I deleted all of my designs and closed my account immediately after payout.
Something Has Changed
I reading some of these complaints here about zazzle and there really needs to be a class action lawsuit against zazzle .Due to the former lawsuit/and or suits against them something has changed either in ownership or management the quality is not the same its poor quality they have been ripping the designers off they collect 90% of the income and the designers get 10% and most times not even that..My concern is upcoming promising students who want to be designers will believe they can earn oodles of money and in return get nothing, , The designers do all the work all zazzle does is create it and send it out and lately the quality of their products the value is not the same ..Something has changed designers need to gather together and bring a class action lawsuit against them or they will continue to rip them off ..
