I ordered a bag of dog food and a bag of cat food and sent to order through it went through was taken off my debit card I then get an email saying that my order was canceled because apparently when I called customer service they said that they canceled the order due to the fact that it looked like it was suspicious activity on the account well I just opened the account today being that it was Black Friday and I wanted to try to eat which I had never tried before I now have no dog food coming to feed my animals nor do I have the money directly back on my card could take three to five business days considering the fact that it is currently a major holiday it's going to be another week so when it comes time to feed my animals what exactly am I to do? I am on a limited income and spent the last of my money on this order. I have never had this occur with any other order online that I have ever made not only has this made it incredibly inconvenient and frustrating but concerning as well, I was told you canceled my order due to suspicious activity yet it is this company that who took my money and then cancelled The items I paid for, this to me is called theft, and suspicious activity.
