Expired dog treats and incorrect amounts shipped
Back in January we ordered a 72 pks of More Chicken Hide Dog Treat 5". They sent us treats that expired in July 2020. We contacted them via FB, since Amazon is worthless. Not only did they never resolve it, when I went to their FB message for our new issue it appears they never even read the message. It is still there with the photo of the expired treats since Jan (also attached picture). Although we were upset, our dogs don't enjoy anything else so we ordered more. On 20 SEP we order (through Amazon) (2) 72 PKS at almost the price for one with he deal they offered. On Sat we received a small box with 2 bags of treats that each have 72 individual treats, NOT 72 pks each. I tried to report to Amazon the delivery wasn't correct and it gives me a message stating they cannot be returned or refunded. We have order from this company for about 5 years and IF they do not answer our messages and remedy this we are done. I will also contact the BBB because any company that doesn't allow customers to communicate the good and the bad, doesn't need to be in business.
Desired outcome: I want the other 120 pks owed to me. IF they really want to make things right, they will also send an additional 72 pks to replace the expired ones we couldn't give to our dogs.
pig nose chews
They made both my dogs sick. One puked up shards of pig nose (picture sent to them)..
They didn't care that it made my dog sick. They wouldn't refund my money because they said it was on sale and on-sale items can be returned to refunded. I tried to dispute it with PayPal but they declined my dispute. Easy thieves they don't honor their product I don't even have contact information for you to work with them when they screw you over.

Our June 5 order via Amazon was never delivered. The tracking information stated that the order was shipped on June 7, and was damaged, and returned to the company on June 8. Amazon stated that the seller was responsible for re-shipping or refund of the $45.64. I have contacted Happy Dog Place twice but not received any answer and the company does not list any telephone number for consumer contact.

I have been basically ripped off for $50. I ordered pet sweaters for my several dogs, and very carefully used the sizing guidelines. When I tried them on the dogs, they were NOT the right size. Only one fit the smallest dog, and barely. I am not being allowed to return them, because the packaging has been opened. Let's look at this: I was sold defective items, and didn't discover the defect until the packages were opened - and now I can't return the defective items because the package has been opened. Merry Christmas. Thanks a lot.
return product got no refund
I ordered two mesh harnesses for my dogs. I had to return one of them because it was too small. I contacted the company and explained my situation. They instructed me to send it back to them and they would exchange for me. They provided me the mailing address which to send it to. To date, I have not received my exchanged harness it has been over two months. I contacted the place and they stated that they have not received it. Here are the last two communications I received from the company.
"Sometimes the packages get lost in the office and then they show up if that is the case we will let you know"
"If the harness you return was not insured and was not received by us we can not provide an exchange for something we did not receive"
I contacted the company and was told what to do and I did it. No where did they suggest insuring the package and you never get anyones name, it's always the "happy dog place". Needless to say I will never order anything from this company again and encourage you not to either.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
the specs on the harnesses are incorrect and refuse to admit it--- will not refund for incorrect info-- would not buy from this company since do not treat customers correctly---not truthful--- and no full refunds
dog treats stunk!
On their website, happydogplace.com. when ordering it states that their braided bully sticks are odorless. But when i received them they all stunk. Their response was that they might have a slight smell in the beginning but that it would go away and that they were expecting a new shipment in a month and if the smell didn't go away then they would have me send mine back and replace them... Sure i was going to wait 30 or more days and not give my dog any treats. I also had printed out from their website my exact order which stated that these braided bully sticks are odorless. I will never do business with happydogplace.com again and i received no satisfaction from this company so i hope others will heed this warning! I have purchased from other online companies with odorless braided bully sticks and the did arrive that way. It is very frustrating when paid more for odorless and didn't get what was promised. This is my very first complaint on any online company that i have purchased from so i feel ripped off!
Alex, All I was saying was that they were not odorless and that is what I paid extra for. Also, I did contact the company and they said I could ship back this large order and they would replace it but it would be for about a month. Never offering to pay for shipping on this very large order. How would you feel? I am also happy to hear that you and others have not had a problem. It is just buyer beware. Also, I still have some...and they still stink...not very odorless 10 months later...ya think!

Ordered dog boots of this company. They are impossible for any dog to wear them . Made completely wrong. The dog cannot bend its leg. They say you ordered them and they will deduct £2.76 out of my refund. What a shabby company. Don't use them.
Why the hell would you want to put boots on a dog anyway? >.
