Please note yesterday afternoon 19th June 2023 time 12:37:01 shift 1 I ordered a rock my soul 6 soul fire. When I got home to have lunch with my kids i opened the box only to find that the chicken was old,hard and dry it looks like the chicken I was given was of the day before or even longer this is food poisoning my son and myself have stomach cramps and running stomach unfortunately I don't live in the area I couldn't go back to the store to notify the supervisor on duty I did sent a email yesterday to this following address [protected]@chickenlicken.co.za and until now I'm waiting for someone to get back to me I hope someone will get back to me today kind regards natalia

Desired outcome: I would like someone to get back to me and advise the next step forward
