January 2nd 2019 i walked in CP in Florence SC and the employees don't even acknowledge the customers at all, they never asked if we needed help or anything. 2 girls at the register not doing anything but talking. Heavy set girl taking her precious sweet time to ring up one freaking item and doing it as if she has an attitude like wtf. Why are you working! So me and my family just walked out and didn't purchased anything.
returning christmas gift
Today my mom tried to return Pajamas to the Red Deer location in Alberta, Canada.
My mom purchased the PJ's for my daughter for a Christmas gift in November and when we bought them we asked if we can return after Christmas if they didn't fit as they were a Christmas gift. We were told we had until January 4th or 9th to return I can't remember exact date.
Today when she went in they wouldn't let her return the PJ's as it was longer than 45 days. We would love to exchange for bigger size but they don't have any left and there's nothing online either. My daughter and my mom left the store VERY UPSET as they should be because at this time of year it should be extended like we were told. This is very frustrating as we wouldn't have purchased the PJ's from your store if we couldn't return or exchange them and now my daughter is without a Christmas gift from Grandma.

I have 2 gifts cards which were deactivated. I had called 2 months back and was told by customer service that they activated both cards and shipped it to my residence. I have not yet received the cards.
I tried to follow up again yesterday but every time the call was getting disconnected after 30 min wait. I was on call for 3 hrs and folks were also not able to help me out.

I made an online purchase around last Monday. Half of my order arrives tomorrow but the other half shows it has not been processed yet. I need the other part of my order . It is for my nephews Christmas gift. I leave out of the Country to visit them on Saturday early morning. I live about and hour and a half away from one of your stores thats is why I order online and I have never had an issue at all! Hello. My name is DeShonnia Cooley. I am writing because I feel utterly embarrassed and humiliated by the way I was treated at your outlet store in Smithfield, NC on December 15, 2018.
Let me first start with how we were treated upon walking in: My cousin and I drove from Kinston to Smithfield to do some Christmas shopping. We were asking if the sales online would be honored in the store and the lady was confused about whether it would be, going back and forth between no and yes and finally to she did not know and we would have to ask a manager. So we went over to the woman she pointed to who was folding clothes. As we were asking her questions, she NEVER gave us eye contact or even stopped what she was doing to give any interest in the conversation. A young man by the name of Chris, another Manager who had also been folding and putting away clothes, actually stopped what he was doing to assist us and did so gladly.
Still continuing to shop, I walked past these metal things by the window and one ripped my pants and cut my leg. At first my cousin and the three workers standing around chuckled however, my cousin and two of the workers stopped laughing once they realized the metal actually cut into my skin, while the other employee continued to laugh.
I went to the bathroom to access the damage and told my cousin, who was still standing near the female Manager, that I had indeed been cut and was bleeding and no one, other than my cousin, asked if I was ok or needed anything or even acknowledged that it had happened at all. I was not offered so much as a bandage or antibacterial cream just in case.
Still feeling bothered by the whole thing, I explained to Chris what happened and even told him about the girl continuing to laugh even after she saw that I had been cut. I went on to tell him that he may want to do something about it so that no child or someone with less patience than I, went through the same thing. He immediately covered the edges.
I took pictures of the metal, the tare in my pants and the cut on my leg in hopes that I could send it. The hole may not be huge, nor the cut bad enough that I need stitches however, no one, especially one spending money for a service, should ever be treated that way.
(I tried to attach all of the photos however, I am getting a message that they are too big. If you will give me another way of sending them I will try that as well.)

I when to children's place in gurnee mills in Illinois and they had the promotion for every $20 you spent you get $20 in cash money I see other cashier giving all customers who spent more then $20 when it was my turn to pay I spend $72 but like the cashier was so rude to me he just gave me my receipt and call the next customer without even saying thank you...

I placed an order online on 11/26. I received 1 item in that order and the rest didn't make it through processing for UPS apparently. These were gifts for my children. Now I'm stuck a week out before Christmas and have to look elsewhere for these items. A refund to me is unacceptable as I bought these items on a sale and now they are more money and the fact that some items are no longer avaialable at this point. I shouldn't have to loose out on money because of incapable and incompetent service that is provided by this company. They stated they would give me a refund but after reading through this board it looks like corporate needs to clean house and start fresh with how they're working this business. I will never purchase another item from this place and I will be sitting and waiting for them to go under due to horrible service. I will try everything in my power to get this complaint to corporate.

I am a newer customer to TCP line of credit. I have made payments each month since opening my card account in September 2018. The first week on December I received an automated call saying I had missed a payment and to avoid issues I needed to pay 41.xx on the phone. So I did. Confirmation # 330717. I didn't think anything else about it until I checked my bank account 12/5 and my account was overstaffed due to a Comenity payment of $246.xx which had been my entire TCP balance. The automated system didn't draft the $41.xx that had been authorized and confirmed but my entire card balance which left my checking account in the negative. I called TCP customer service number and s/w Tad, employee#4379. He showed the problem and advised would have a refund of $223.61 placed in my checking account then and fkr me to email a bank statement showing the overdraft fee of $32.00 so TCP could refund that amount as well. After this call I went to TCP credit card website and viewed my statement and payments and found that I hadn't missed any payments and should have never even received an automated call requesting payment. I called TCP customer service again, speaking with Donita. She advised would refund the $27.00 late fee, which is showing a credit on TCP for the amount but my checking account is still in the negative. Because of the mistake, I haven't had any money for six days and counting. I have never been late and I even paid after being told I was late when I wasn't, only to have the wrong amount be taken and now I am left with no money. I have a daughter and this has been a very terrible situation for us. I am extremely upset to check my bank account today finding it is still negative because of this mistake by your company. I purchased a BG Tall Rider Tan Youth 4 boot for my daughter on blackfriday 2018. The quality is very very bad and the lather is ripping of in just 10 days since purchased. I placed a order on 11/26/18. I received a email 12/4/18 stating the order has shipped and i will received the package the next day. It is now 12/10/18 and i have NOT received what I ordered and I cant get through to customer service, after calling daily and getting hung up on. This is my second time sending a complaint through email which no one from Children's Place has yet to acknowledge.

I ordered items online on 19/11/2018, and the items didn't come. Tracking showing today items went back to sender. I rang customer service was on the phone over an hour and they wont give me my money back.Over $100 worth. I received terrible customer service even when I was passed onto supervisor in charge for this evening (06/12/18). She said its not they're protacol to give a refund until they receive paxlage back. I didn't receive my items, I didn't return the package. Not my fault therefore it's only fair I get my money back. I will never buy an item out of this place again and everyone I know who dhops there will be hearing about the customer service of this place.

Hi I have been a customer for awhile now with Children's Place. I purchased my merchandise on line and also in store, never had a complaint but the last two years products that are offered online stated that it's available but then once I purchased them it's not available . Why is it telling me available then not available 2 days later. I purchased them and did a Express shipment and didn't get the merchandise that I want and I can't never get a hold of anymore for customer service. I get recorded message saying high call volume the last 3 days and please update the merchandise every hour or so because it's consider false advertisement for not having the merchandise it states that it has online.

I made an order of $901.87 to be exact on the black friday sales the order number was [protected] soon after I got another email telling me the order was cancelled. I got through to customer service they said they didn't take any money what a blatant lie!

The $1 deal was a weekend doorbuster and the Augusta Mall location NEVER received any. It's getting cold out and I was ready to buy a good number because of the amount of children in my household (I took in a homeless family with 5 children). I'm upset because now the deal is over and I have to go elsewhere which is an inconvenience. I love the children's place and I've told plenty of people about it seeing I have 5 children myself. The prices are good with plenty of product. I was able to manage the horrible customer service but to advertise something and never get it was an edge pusher.
