Children's Place Order never delivered

I placed an order online For order#[protected] in the total of $149.38. Total amount of items being shipped were 12. I had received a prompt that it was delivered on 4/15/22 but once I contacted my God-daughter, I came to find out the package was never delivered. After further investigation and after contacting the Children's place customer's service at [protected], I spoke to a representative and the Manager Edwin ID# C211375 located in Bogota, Columbia, I was informed that my order was returned because the delivery person attempted to deliver the package but was not successful. However my God-daughter was home waiting for the package and no one ever came. I asked the Manager that I wanted the order redelivered and was told I was issued a refund. I explained that a refund was not needed as I needed the items I had ordered to be delivered. I am extremely upset because no one not the courier nor Children's Place ever contacted me to inform me there was an issue. I demand a solution to the horrible customer service I have endured. Never in my life had I encountered a company not wanting my money. I find that ridiculous and if corporate was to find out, I wonder what they would say. I will be sending the email to Jane T. Elfers as well and will be posting the complaint all over my social media and children's place as well if this does not get resolved.

Desired outcome: I want my order processed again and delivered!

Children's Place False and deceptive advertising

I received an emailed advertisement stating Children's Place was having a one day clearance blowout sale. On that same email, I received another advertisement that I could receive 30% TODAY by applying for, receiving, and using their credit card. I applied for their credit card, received it, and used it. I was not given a promotion code, nor was 30% off applied automatically to my order. As I waited for some sort of code, items I wanted were selling out and being removed from my cart; therefore, I had to make a choice, lose my items or make a purchase and ask the corporation to resolve the issue. I chose the latter. I spoke or emailed with four different customer service representatives, and they all refused to apply the 30% to my order. I was told the coupon would come within 24 hours, but that was NOT what the big, flashy advertisement stated. This is clearly false and deceptive advertising. I was told I could return the items at a store and use the 30% off coupon they would send me, however, they could not guarantee the same price as the ones I purchased.

Desired outcome: I want 30% taken off that order, NOT a future Order.

Children's Place Rewards credit card

Good Morning. I wanted to make a formal complaint regarding the company's credit card application process. I made a large purchase last night and applied for a My Rewards Credit Card ONLY because I saw the advertisement for an addtl 30% off of my 1st purchase. I submitted the order thinking the 30% would be applied only to realize I paid for the entire purchase. I contacted Customer Service Dept this morning and was advised that I shld hv recvd a code in order to recv the discount and that they are unable to do anything on their end besides email me a coupon code. This is totally unacceptable and defeating the purpose of obtaining the card. My daughter will not need anymore spring/summer clothes due to the amount I already spent and I could have purchased the order on one of my other credit cards. I ended up giving you guys my personal information applying for the card that I couldnt even take full advantage of and now Im being inconvenced by having to make a huge return and repurchase in order to pay a lesser price then what the total bill amount cost. This was a waste of time especially since the order was placed online for a reason and I feel as though I was deceived into applying for a card. The issue should have been resolved in a more rapid manner instead of inconveniencing the customer into having to cancel an entire order or having to return items to the store or via mail.

Children's Place Package not received / inadequate customer service

I placed 2 orders (one from Childrens Place and the other from Sugar & Jade) that were shipped together. My package is lost and customer service refuses to help resolve my issue with reordering. I spent a total of 2 hours on the phone getting nowhere. The first attempt to contact them I was told to wait 10 days since the last package scan and call back. I waited the necessary time frame and was asked to wait another week which is unacceptable at this point. The website allows me to request a refund, but for reshipment at no cost to me it instructs me to request a refund and reorder the items. I wouldn’t have a problem with this except I used a $5 reward on one order and a $10 promo code I received via text message on the other order. By requesting a refund, I lose the $15 promotional credits. Customer service refused to help me reorder because rewards and promo codes can’t be reissued. They also said if I reorder the same items, they can’t manually apply the discounts as a refund. I should NOT legally lose promotional value since this is not a return and I am just trying to get the same items I ordered. I earned the reward and the $10 text promo shouldn’t be wasted on items not received. All of their direct competitors provide far superior customer service in situations like this! Childrens Place does not care about customer satisfaction or retention for that matter. Customer service is located in Columbia and the agents including a supervisor and manager I spoke with basically read from a script in a robotic way without helping. I messaged on Facebook and sent an email in hopes of receiving assistance with placing my reorder, but have not received a response.

Desired outcome: I want the items from both of my orders reshipped to me at the same price I paid in my original order.

Children's Place Rewards credit card waive late fee

Hi,
This is Saikat and complain is regarding the rewards credit card[last 4 digits 3965]. Member ID: B10000853400450. You might see the Children's Place account on my wife's name, Amrita Deb.

We purchased around 22.57$ at OCT but didn't receive any email/mail/sms/phone notification that this is the minimum amount I have to pay or this is my billing date. I totally forgot about this amount and all of a sudden, my wife received a call on Jan that around 89$ is pending due to late payment. I am literally disappointed with this type of unprofessional behavior and it's a kind of fraud in my view. I have already closed my credit card and not interested to fall in this loop again but would request to waive my late payment fee as it was not informed ever by any communication channel. Looking forward for your support.

Children's Place Package never delivered

Hello,
On November 30 I placed an online order. On December 6, I was sent an email notifying me that my parcel would arrive the next day (Dec 7)- it did not arrive. There were clothes in the order that were specifically for my daughter's wedding on the 11th - they still had not arrived. On December 21 I received notifications that my package was delivered. It was NOT! I called customer care and they informed me there was nothing they could do. They said I could not cancel the order and insisted your carrier delivered the package on my porch directly in front of my door. That is NOT true! I informed your representative that it was not delivered and I have a video cam to prove it; they didn't care and said no refund or cancellation was possible. I asked to speak to a supervisor 3 times and each time I was told the same thing! The last person I spoke to (who was supposed to be THE manager, told me to get a lawyer! What kind of business are you running?! Every company I know of cancels or refunds if a package doesn't show up! I am attaching all emails and photos from my video door bell showing there were no deliveries. I know for a fact I am not alone in this and this happens to a lot of people! Please cancel this order and refund my purchase immediately!

Children's Place Service

On 12/18/2021, I made a purchase of ~350.00 at store #1287, at the register I asked the cashier ID# 116403 if they about military discounts. She affirmed they took it but after she began to scan, she asked how I was paying, when I said credit, she said - the credit card needs to be in your name. I am a loyal children's place customer and I have never had to pay using my own credit card, in fact, my mother-in-law usually pays the bill out of generosity. With that being said, she was paying the tab on the day of the purchase so asking me to provide a credit card under my name was not doable. After I tell the cashier that I had never been asked to pay with my own card, she said this was the store's policy. Then the cashier says, "would you like to apply for a store card and get an additional 30% off the purchase?" So I agreed, given that I couldn't make the purchase without my own card. The cashier then runs my credit and then tells me that she needed to confirm with her manager if she could do both the military discount and 30%. During all this going back and forth, she's texting on her phone, answering the store phone and walking over to other cashiers doing God only knows what. She's also wearing her face mask under her nose only covering her mouth. Baffled, I ask my mother-in-law, if I can't get both discounts, why did she run my credit? My mother-in-law was quite upset and really wanted to leave the purchase on the counter but aggravated that we'd spent over an hour rounding up the items she felt she was stuck. I have made numerous purchases at the children's place and never had I had such an experience with any customer service rep. She was conniving and misleading and lacked knowledge on store policies or regs.

Desired outcome: Refund for the additional discount she suggested I could get.

Children's Place Lost package/ wrong zip code placed on shipping label

I am so upset with Children's Place! Who do they have working in their distribution centers? I have been trying to track my lost package for almost a month now and just finding out they put the wrong zip code on the printing label. I received 3 out of 15 of my items because they were shipped from another warehouse but the missing 12 were shipped from one in Indiana. I took a lot of time choosing those items for my granddaughter and now most of them have sold out of her size, were gonna be her Christmas gifts. It makes me nervous to order from them again and I use to love Children's Place.

Children's Place Lost package and customer service

Terrible terrible terrible service! I will never order from again. I deleted the app and my account. I'm a teacher at a day care and have boycotted children's place clothing for this. I ordered a total of 14 items and never received them. A total cost of $141. I was told to go back and forth with ups and children's place to find out where my package. Every single time I contacted customer service, they did nothing but tell me to wait another 7-14 business days. And still to this day have done nothing. The customer should not have to do the job to find out where the package went. If your company can take my money then children's place need to be responsible for it till my items arrive. I shouldn't have to go on a man hunt to find the items you profited off of and I did not receive. You all missed out because I spent bank with your company. Never again.

Children's Place Shipping

Reputable companies are going to go bankrupt very soon due to their negligence and ignorance in who they choose to use as shipping companies. I will NEVER buy from children's place again! The level of incompetence of these companies is absolutely unbelievable. I ordered weeks ago and have yet to receive my package due to the incompetence of Lasership, even though my package literally shipped the day after I placed the order.

Children's Place Package marked as delivered but not delivered

I ordered from Children's place on 11/15, by 11/16 I received a notification that my items have shipped. Great, right? Nope, almost two weeks had passed and no package so I check the status, my package was out for deliver on 11/28 and then on 11/29 the status was updated to delivery delayed so I contact Children's place, first is hard to get anyone on the phone and when I finally did they said the status would need to be unchanged for 10 days before they consider working out a resolution with me. So I then submit an inquiry with the shipping company because guess what, they don't answer their phones either. I received a generic response and then they marked my package as delivered when they never showed. I wait 3 days per the instructions on Children's Place website and when I called them back they tell me because the package is marked as delivered they cannot issue a refund and I would have to submit a dispute with my financial institution. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being on hole for 30 minutes he gives me the same spill. Children's place and the shippers they use are robbers. Do not order anything from them because they definitely do not value their customers.

Children's Place Non delivered order

Placed order on November 21, 2021, childrens place website shows order shipped November 22, 2021 to Lasarship but no updates since November 22, 2021 @3:18 pm. Lasarship says waiting for delivery of package from Childrens place & to contact them about the order. Have tried calling & emailing but absolutely no help. They tell me to wait. Their policy is no cancellation of orders but you can return the merchandise but how do you do that when you don't have it.

Children's Place Online order

I purchased several items online and accidentally put the wrong digit on my address. The package was delivered to the incorrect address because of my mistake it was a typo I get it. But very bad customer service they don't anything to try to help their customers. I wasn't asking for a refund or to resend me the items. I get it it was my mistake. All I was asking if they can contact their carrier Ontrac to see if the carrier can locate the package. But Yaider R.
The manager in customer service was no help all he did was try to rush me off the phone and have me contact the carrier myself. So disappointed for a company this big to have people like this work for them. People who don't care for customers. If it was for customers they would not have a job.

Children's Place Missing package

Hello,
I made a purchase with the Children's Place and the carrier left the package instead of scheduling a redelivery when they left the package. I called the Children's Place to inform them of this situation since this was the first time this has happened to me. I am a regular shopper who buys online with the Children's Place. The customer service rep who assisted me was rude and has poor customer service skills when dealing with my situation. She stated that I should called Afterpay to get a refund on the missing items because they don't issue refunds. I contacted Afterpayand they stated that they don't issue refunds and to contact the merchant regarding this matter. As a loyal customer I shouldn't be inconvenienced and have to spend money on items I didn't receive. I am disappointed on how the Children's Place treats their customers and how they are willing to lose loyal customerd due to their lack of service quality and overall customer experience they offer to their customers.

Children's Place Online order

I placed an order for my children's school uniform and received email that it was delivered but I hadn't received anything. I called and was told to contact lasership which they state is the company who delivered it and I was told it was left in the lobby of the building. I live in a 7 story building so obviously it was stolen . I need help I had to buy all those items again and at the store because it's needed and customer service says there's nothing they can do.

Children's Place Complete order not received

So over this place. I placed my son's uniform order and only received 5 Polo's and 1 Pair of pants when I should have received 5 pairs of pants. I called and I'm told they can send the remainder of the order which will come 7-10 business days or get a refund. I ask can the shipment be expedited since this is their fault and my son begins school on Monday the 30th and I'm told no and that's that. How ridiculous!

Children's Place Never received my order

I never received my order. I spent $122 for my son birthday clothes and they aren't here. I need some answers. My name is Ms. Stanley. Children's Place Did not send me the items I bought

I didn't receive 4 items from your company. I didn't receive item number [protected] and [protected]. It was 2 performance pants and 2 boys graphic tees. I am not receiving the items. Please email me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I am not paying Afterpay for items I didn't receive. They are putting the wrong weight on the packages and not putting the items in the bag.
