Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Avoid this company at all costs

I ordered my holiday items on Dec 8, because Nomorerack's deadline was on the 10th to recieve all items before Christmas. On top of that, I had all of my items shipped to the location that I was going to be for the holidays.(11 hours away) I also received an email stating my items will be there on the 21st. I only received1/3 of my gifts and had to go out to buy others so my family wouldn't feel left out. (Kids) Some of the items trickled in on the 27, 29 and 30! Well today is Jan 4th, 2013 and still haven"t received all my items. I will never shop with them again and nor do I recommend them. My mother bought some items 2 days after Christmas from another company and she already recieved her items.. Still waiting... the crazy thing about this is that my mom is now having to send (ship FEDEX) to me...

I requested two orders be canceled in accordance with this company's posted policy which is as follows:

During each days deals, you have until 9 AM EST the following day to cancel purchase of any items that you have ordered. For refunds after this point, please follow the "Return Procedures" that we've set out above for guidance, as your items will already be in process thanks to nomorerack's™ quick shipping policy.

I submitted a cancellation request via the company's internal customer service email on Sunday, December 2 and again on the morning of December 3, well before their 9am deadline.
Following was the company's response:

Unfortunately, since the order details had already been forwarded to our suppliers we are now unable to cancel this order.

This is completely fraudulent since their website clearly states that if orders are cancelled prior to 9am (which mine were), they will comply.
Now I'm out this money with no way to get it back as following is what they state in their email:

As always though, within 30 days of receipt of the item, you have the option of returning the item back to us for a full refund of the purchase price of that item (excluding shipping). Upon receiving the item, a refund will be issued as store credits to be used on any future Nomorerack purchase.

I don't want a store credit, I want my money back!

i have been ordering things from Nomore rack for about a year and Never had a issue, hopefully it stays that way, i ordered the austrailian, boots, jewerly, juicer, purses, sandwich maker and a wall fireplace which is heating my daughters home very very well, i am sorry for all the people who are discouraged,

That is my exact experience with nomorerack as well. I told them I do not want a credit, because I have no intentions of ever ordering anything from them again. They told me the same exact thing they told you.They are a total fraud! If they only give credit for future purchases, they should say that on their site! Every response they make to the complaints here are the same too. They say they would do anything to make your experience better, but if you email them as they suggest, you get the same answer...only credit after returning product at your expense. Well, what if you haven't received your order? Too bad, they will not give you your money back! Stay away from nomorerack folks.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Fake beats headphones

Nomorerack.com is offering what appears to be a great deal on Beats By Dr. Dre products. However, upon receipt of their products there are obvious problems. First, the headphones arrive without a box. They are in their zip up case. There is no owners manual. We thought that perhaps these were customer returns, explaining why they were such a good deal. We called to enquire. We were told that these are being shipped direct from AJ Wholesale, a well known replica seller. These are in fact counterfeit. If you attempt to register the product on the real Beats website you need a serial number. Guess what? These have none and without the box there is no way to get one. Other beats products have a serial number inside the headphone near the earpiece. I am really disappointed that a big online retailer like this would knowingly do this. They should process immediately refunds. I am especially surprised today to see that they are again offering these headphones. They must know by now that they are fake! Online complaints date back two weeks.

FAKE Dr Dre Studio headphones, I spoke to a representative and they told me it was a final sale and that they were not going to help me after telling me to go out and get a letter from an attorney or from Dr Dre stating they are fakes then they will be able to refund me. This site is a fraud.I was stupid enough to think it was to good to be true.
They take your money and never send product.
Class action lawsuit is what I suggest, not even to get my money back but to get rid of them.
Big internet scam...DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Poor quality merchandise and no customer service

Today is 12/29/2012: On 11/21/2012 I ordered 5 pair of the "Premium Faux Fur Australian boots 1 pair of Australian style Eskimo comfort-fit Winter boots and one set of 100 series Egyptian comfort bed sheets from nomorerack.com.
The sheets arrived within 10 days: their quality is not what is advertised. I heard nothing about the boots. I inquired and received a form letter response. I got the same response to each of the five inquiries. The 5th one was today. They then sent a record of shipment with a tracking number that did not work with any shipping site. They repeated this scam each time I inquired about the delivery. Each time a form letter and a bogus tracking number with no shipping company site. To top it all off my credit card information was compromised and used illegally after using the card with Nomorerack.com
Four pair of boots with no labels, one pair with no box have trickled in over the past six weeks. So now I have four pair of cheap boots, one set of cheap sheets and no idea when the last two pair of boots will arrive. I am embarrassed to give these cheap boots to the homeless girls I got them for. I do not believe Pay Less would sell boots this cheap. At least I would know what I was getting if I got them somewhere like Pay-less. Nomorerack.com are Scammers so do not buy from them. Pass it on. Their address is listed as 381 Park Avenue South, NY, NY 10016 but when shipments do arrive they are from California.
They send you the same form letter over and over and the same bogus tracking number over and over.

hi, i do ordered a telephone from nomorerack on december 27th 2012 and up to this day the product still have not yet arreived and 23 emails a they stop respond to my emails . they have a office in new york i am going to court in the morning to file a claim against them. in brooklyn. new yok. i think they suck ..they"re fake FAKE poor quality . in furrier customer service...

I too have ordered 2 pair of boots end of November and have been getting the same run around. Asked for a refund, doubt if I will see it. Thank goodness I didn't order alot of things from these people and used a credit card with only a hundred dollars on it so I wouldn't be ripped off. Extremely glad I did not use my debit card.

I have had a similar experience; never received the boots I ordered; received one sheet set that was pretty nice in quality; ordered a second set and NOT the same product; terribly inferior; I have received no refund on the boots that never arrived; I will be filing every type of formal complaint i can that deals with Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and licensing agencies. No One should do business with them...or suffer the consequences.

Shipping was fast and tacking number was provided. However, I ordered dr. Dre Beats and they are fake. Had to contest te charge. Stay away...great prices but you are buying knock offs.

I had the same experience with ordering the beats by dre solo headphones right befor xmas and when they arrived they were thrown into a usps box with no retail box of any sort. I was angry but thought maybe they were factory refurbished or something and I just missed it. Well turns out I took them in after reading a review about the site and it was confirmed that the headphones are 100% fakes well when I found this out I contacted there customer service and they stated that since it falls outside there number of days to return they are not willing to compensate or do anything about the issue even though I let them know they were confirmed fake. There response was they came from a good seller. BUYER BEWARE

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Orders

Ordered on November 13, 2012, received half the ordered, still waiting for the remaining items and we have only six days before
Christmas. They did try to send me a sub on one item, which was not even close to what I ordered and when I tried to send it back,
which cost me $11.35 and standing in a long line at the post office, nomorerack said they would give me a store credit for these charges, but who wants a store credit, I just want to get this over. For the remaining items that I have yet to receive I asked for the money to be credited to my charge card and they informed me they could not do that, If I can resolve this I will never choose this site
for any future orders, I do not care how cheap the prices are.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Never again... Worst online shopping experience ever

I purchased some boots on 11/15 from nomorerack.com and received a shipment confirm with a tracking number on 11/19. A week go by and no boots so I decided to go to the website. I read the shipping policy on my order history page that states, "...ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Although, often times, items ship much faster than this." I also see my order state is "shipped". Fast forward to going into the 3rd week. I check the tracking number...no information attached. The tracking link led me to a blank page so I contact customer service via live chat. What you know? No one is online. I received an automated message mentioning their average response time is a couple of hours. HA! That's laughable since 24 hours later I didn't hear from them until I sent an email and another chat message. I also called twice but the automated system would hang up on me right after it asks me to hold for a CS rep. I had to go through all of that just for them to tell me that the vendor is shipping everything out on 12/5 even though I received a shipment confirm on 11/19. BTW, one of CS reps sent me a message asking me to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. I figure 1 or 2 things, I may never receive the boots or I will get them in the new year.

Update: Received a response from Nomorerack through the NY BBB within a couple of business days. I did receive a refund but no shipping label. A few days I received the order I had canceled. As promised to Nomorerack, I returned the merchandise. I did give them one last opportunity to email me the shipping label on 12/31. See note below:

"The order I placed 11/15 arrived after I received my refund. I have written "rejected-return to sender" on the unopened parcel since I have received a fund and have absolutely no interest in keeping the package. I am handing this package off to the mail person by 2pm today. If you would like a tracking number added to this parcel so you can track its whereabouts, then you need to email a shipping label by 1:45 pm today. If you choose not to do so or if I do not hear from you by 1:45pm today then the risk is yours and the package will be shipped anyway."

Nomorerack's response:
"Thank you for writing in. Always here to help. At NoMoreRack, customer satisfaction is our main goal.

Your such a good person..

We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service possible!

Happy New Year

Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to assist you."

The package has been sent back and not at my expense.

12/15 I asked for a refund. I was told that if my boots were not here by the 21st my money would be refunded and I would be given a store credit. BS

12/21 No boots...asked for a refund. I was promised a refund at the end of 12/21...no refund. Just more BS.

12/22 Nomoreracks decided to send out the boots on 12/17 after I asked for a refund and told them I no longer want the merchandise. I was sent a tracking number. I sent CS a message baffled as to why I was receiving a tracking number when I asked for a refund. Text from direct message: "Why am I receiving a shipping confirmation today when I asked for a refund yesterday? At this point I have no interest in continuing doing business with you guys nor do I want the boots. All I want is a refund."

12/23 Received a message from CS saying I can return them but I have to pay for the shipping. My response:

"Let me get this straight...

-You guys have had more than a month to get this crap right and you failed.
-You guys did not send those boots off until after I asked for a refund on Monday.
-You expect me to pay to get a refund by paying for shipping for merchandise I have already said I do not want.

Are you frickin' kidding me?! You guys have over promised and undelivered at every turn and everything has been at my expense...my time and money! Customer service is apparently something you guys do not do well at all. I don't why this is such a problem since I was offered a credit to go along with a refund on Monday. Just give me a shipping label instead of the credit.

Here is what I have to say...nomorerack has until December 28th to send me a shipping label to return merchandise that has been rejected prior to shipping (which has been documented). If I have not received one by then, the next communication will be from my attorney."

I have a feeling they mark the items shipped as soon as the money clears paypal or the customer's account. I received my shipping confirm 4 days after my purchase. At this point I am still waiting on my purchase from almost a month ago. I think they need to change their statement, " We aim to under promise and over deliver...". I think their aim is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off in my situation.

i have been ripped off on 4 occasion's. they chrarged my acct 2 time's wich overdrafted my checking acct. which to this day i have not ever recieved the bra's i ordered nor have i been refunded. they are a big rip off and when it come's to returning item's they will not pay the full amount of the shipping cost. save your money because i have lost over three hundred trying to deal with them.

My sister order boots as well from No more rack.com using my credit card, and to this day she haven't received her order...She received a email stating that the item had been shipped and a tracking number through Fed-Ex, well we tried tracking to find out that it was a FALSE tracking number...This is the BIGGEST SCAM...BUYER PLEASE BEWARE...I have research the web and has came across 1000 of complaints, from where item being shipped damage, debit/credit being charge more than once, and most of all they are NEVER getting the item...BBB RATING IS A F...BOTTOM LINE IT A SCAM...A customer service rep claiming to be apart of no more rack support team or visiting site such as this one jabbersite, posting too customer of negative feedback about that site, claiming to be concern and asking for you to direct email (Vincent) being one of the name. It's all BULL...Also they have a facebook page and it you post anything negative it will be removed and only result in too them blocking you so you can't post anything negative about there site...What a SCAM...

ordered a pair of boots on November 23rd, no boots as of yet ( Dec. 14 ) and I did receive a tracking number and an order #. Several E MAILS later they say they have been sent. don't know where they wer e sent, but they were not sent to me. I BELEIVE I WAS SCAMMED! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I ordered boots on 12/2, and it took awhile, but they did arrive on 12/20. I didn't get any email notification that they were shipping. They just showed up.

I've ordered from Nomorerack.com before and always receive what I ordered and no complaints. I suppose the only comments people take the time to post are negative, so good reviews are rare.

Chances are you will not get them...As of today 12/18 NO BOOTS...I've done away with that debit card and my bank did resolved the issue and I got my money back...I hope you can get you money back, but most important I wish it was a way we can STOP THESE CROOKS FROM STEALING OUR HARD EARN MONEY...

If I had the boots I ordered, I would send a picture! As of today 12/13 no boots! Went to the bank today and filed a complaint. Hopefully I will get it resolved in a timely manner.

My sister had the same thing happen to her...She order boots and using my card, NEVER RECEIVED THE BOOTS...IT'S A SCAM...BUYER BEWARE ...BBB rating is F...1000 of complaints all over the internet...And some one joining all the complaints site responding to the negative feedback, requesting you direct email...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...I have read so many complaints where shopper received damage good, or just HORROR story where one lady lived off a social security and had been saving up all year because she came across this website thinking it to be a legitamate site to shop and spent over a 1028.00 and only to find she been scam and she stated her kids and grandkids christmas has been ruin because of this...Lord Jesus what a SCAM...How can we stop these people? My sister have went round for round with htis people only to receive a email stating her money have been credited back to her card...REALLY?

I had the same thing happen to me. I ordered boots around 11/19 also and was sent an email that said my order has shipped and went to check tracking and it isn't a valid tracking number for UPS. I even called and asked the CS rep how it had shipped and she said it was scheduled to ship on Dec. 5th which was the next day even though I had shipping confirmation in November. I go email the CS and find out that my order isn't shipping through UPS but shipping through the postal service. I'm just glad I didn't order any Xmas presents through this site. I sent another email today and was told if I hadn'e received the boots by 12/21 then I would be given a full refund.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com They closed my account

I still haven't received a tracking number for my order placed on Nov. 26th. I complained to nomorerack about several issues with the product I ordered. They falsely advertised them as being authentic... After my complaints through email, post on their facebook page, and through customer support (the 1 time I got through) they have now closed my account. I certainly do not care since I will not be ordering from them again, but they will be hearing more from me and my representative (attorney) if they do not refund my money.

This company is a scam box! Please do not be lured by the luxury products they are advertising for the huge discounts! It is a total scam, and good luck in reaching their customer service!
I ordered " 2 Luxury 100% Goose Down pillows" and guess what I got? 2 100% polyester pillows wrapped in luxurious bags that state 100% Goose Down ! It gets better. Finally when I got an email for correspondence, I was informed that they only issue a refund to buy from their store! Really? Would anyone do a mistake twice? Why would I want to trust their products anymore? I will rather go to a 99c store and get my merchandise and place them in fancy packaging. Please pass the word around so that no one uses this website and waste their money and time; even when they are bored, which was the case with me.

On Jan 2nd I ordered a pair of boots they had advertised on Facebook. I received the boots a week later, right size on box and wrong size shoes inside. I told them I did not think my sending them back should be my expense since it was their mistake. The customer rep write me and told me I would be refunded to my paypal account the shipping charge. After she refunded the boots there was no refund on the shipping. Then I was passed to another customer rep. He stated to give them 3 to 5 days and money would be refunded to paypal account. Today was 7 days and still no refund and given another customer rep. I was told that to give the company 3 to 5 days again and I would be refunded. Now since Paypal transaction goes through right away any one want to guess what will happen in 3 to 5 days?
My advise unless you are looking to throw money away on cheap products ... Do NOT order from this company. The quality of the boots looks less then what would come from Wal-mart. They lie about refunding your money and treat their customers like idiots.

I recently bought a tablet from them. It looked great when it came. Shipping was reasonable time wise. I charged over night as stated. It lasted a whole 3 minutes. It then would not attempt to work even on charger. OK. Bad product. And then the fun began. I was informed through inquiry that my item was not in stock any more and they would have to refund. Ironically that day, my item was a door buster! Not in stock? We have been running around for days. Lets see if I really get refunded after I just shipped it back. My item received did not even match the description I ordered to begin with. Merry Christmas!

I ordered a pair of boots from theis site way back in november, I was getting theem as a gift for christmas. I did not get theem. Period. I was receiving emails from theis company up until jan 12the stating theey were sorry and thee back order but theat my order would still be coming. I emailed theem a few times. Once was thee day after christmas and theey theat one I theought got somewhere. They emailed me back withe a nice email on thee 27the stating theat theey were very sorry for thee inconvenience, theey were in talks withe thee vendor and theey would be issuing a credit of $24 if I wanted to order sometheing else while theis issue is resolved. I went and looked and did not by anytheing at theat point still wondering if I would even get it. On january 12the I did get anotheer email saying theat theey are sorry for inconvenience, but I should be getting my boots soon. Well, theen beginning of feb I called to ask about theis and theey theen state theat theey will contact thee vendor to see theat was going on and to give theem 5-10 days for a reply. March rolls around and notheing I call back and theat customer service rep tells me theat theey notes on my account are confusing and hard to follow. That it appeared theat I had gotten a refund on thee boots. I theen explained thee situation she said she understood and would have her supervisor correct it for me. Fast forward to today. I went online to see if theey did finally credit thee original amount back along withe thee inconvenience credit so I could look around thee web site. I had neither now. So I called and I spoke withe annette, what a horrible customer service rep. I have talked more to theese people theen my own family. She kept just repeating thee fact theat I got a credit on thee 27the for thee boot theat thee shipping department canceled on december 31st. Then she stated theat theey would never give a credit for inconvenience, theey would just refund thee amount. I asked her to please explain why I would get a credit on thee 27the for an order canceled on thee 31st. She stated theat some times theings take awhile? What? I asked theen what happened to thee $24 credit she theen told me theat I spent it? I asked her to look at my account and tell me went I did such theing. She looked and replied withe "its not showing here, but you must have. " that is thee reason? She kept putting me on hold and saying she needed to talk to a supervisor. After being put on hold many times and being told very passive aggressive theings like "you are entitled to your own opinion theere is notheing I can do for you. " or "the last agent did not notate theis" "i also show thee boots as being sent" I asked if I could just talk to her supervisor. I was theen on hold for 5min's so she could really actually track one down. Good girl annette. Her supervisor theen got on thee phone withe a totally different attitude and personality, her name was "lovey" she got on to my account to read annette's notes. Once again started to say thee same theings theat thee order was canceled theough on jan 11the and I was informed thee 12the but was never offered any more refunds. I explained thee whole theing over again about thee credit, thee refund thee everything. I told her I could send her thee emails. She stated theat yes theey had a problem withe theis vendor so thee vendor canceled all orders on december 31st and theat is why thee sent thee email on dec 27the to give thee credit to customers who ordered thee boots. Since theey knew most were for xmas and if theey were still in talks withe thee vendor theey were not sure when theey would be shipped. She still made it should like basically a gift to all, since all over it said for thee inconvenience for not having your order in time. I called her attention to theis she said theat many people took it thee wrong way and when I talked to someone in feb theey should have completely told me theat theere was no way I was getting theose. Instead my credit was taken off since it was "from last year" so bottom line lovey did give me back thee $24 credit after hours of my time and frustration talking to people theat have no idea what emails theey company is sending out and back tracking on theeir words. The company made off great if no one else caught onto what theey were doing. So, I am still stuck ordering from theem in hopes theat I get it. So theey get thee money and theey will not refund thee amount. Even theough it shows me keeping in monthely contact. Horrible customer service~poor notation~lack of communication~sneaky~they got my money if I wanted them to or not.

Ordered from this site a pair of pajama jeans - followed guidelines for size and when I received them they did not fit - I also had to pay a .75 international transaction charge that I was not told about - E-mailed their customer service to return them which I did at my expense and have NEVER received the credit. I have contacted them several more times and when I try to sign on thru the customer service web page it will not accept my sign on - but when I sign on like I am trying to buy something MIRACLE it will let me - This company is a total rip-off and I am very very upset that I just didn't take the product to the second hand store and be done with it - I surely would have been money ahead. Read the reviews, there is not even one good one - Don't buy anything from this place !

Ordered 2 sets of sheets - within 4 hours of my order, my previously hardly-used and completely spam-free email address had 57 pieces of spam. 24 hours later, it was up to 355. Called to cancel and the number rings then goes immediately to a pre-recorded busy signal. Emails told me it was "too late" to cancel the order, I would have to return the item (at my expense) and they would only refund me "store credit". I filed a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau AND the NY Consumer Protection Dept. Found their corporate office phone number online (it's [protected], by the way) and called, finally got someone on the line. They finally refunded my actual MONEY to my account after I insisted. The joke? Two weeks later, the sheets arrived! I emailed them, told them to send me a shipping label and I would send them back but I would not pay for it - they told me to keep them! The worst website ever!

I ordered a tablet form them and it was guaranteed that I would have it before Christmas, that didn't happen. I called and talked to 3 RUDE so called customer service Reps, NO HELP! I had ordered lots of items from them that were under $50.00 but when I order something that is a lot more expensive I never receive the item and NO ONE wants to help me and resend the item or refund my money. This has been going on for over a month. I'm so fed up it's silly. So to all that wants to do business with NOMORERACK, I would think twice...

I purchased a 4 night/5 day hotel stay in Orlando from Nomorerack last May 2017. I went to use the voucher for a trip this year and was told by the travel company that Nomorerack did not honor their contract with them on these vouchers therefore they are not valid. I called Nomorerack and finally got through to someone in customer service and was told they can't help me with "vouchers" that I need to contac the company through their email and someone would get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone at this company. I am out $99, no one is returning my complaint. I have filed a formal complaint with BBB of New York. Stay far far far away from this company and this site!

A class action suit should be filed on this company for fraud and dissipation. I order two orders with them just before the holidays on 12/12/13 and still have received everything we order as well as one of the items was defective and missing part as well as another was nail polish and was ship damage. We could smell the nail polish in the cheap packing with on stuffing in it and it was dripping wet. Our postal delivery wouldn't even let us send it back by return to sender. He said that it was a hazard to do so and we had to seal it in a zip lock bag and then buy a shipping box so we could return it. We sent both the damage nail polish and the defective I Pod speaker back certified mail. We have sent e mail after e mail as well as "Ha, Ha" try to call the 1800 number. We order two a bracelet that we never got but we got a e mail saying order has been sent and this is now going on 16 days and nothing. The company should be shut down by consumer affairs for fraud. I am looking for a attorney to take on a class action suit on Nomorerack.com and recommend any and everyone else to do the same that has been rip off by this company.

This company over charges, double charges and does not send the merchandise, it is almost impossible to get them on phone, or get an approiate answer to emails. I have told them several times they are charging me for orders never made or receive, but they keep putting charges on my card. Just a complete failure as a place to deal with, all hype no merchandise.

This is a horrible company that offers zero customer service. I ordered a number of items on-line and they all came fine, but one of the items did not meet my expectations and I simply want to return it fir a credit on my credit card. Simple, right? And what one expects when the shop on line. But no...the only phone number goes to the worst outsourced company I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. I have been calling [protected] for 4 days now and I have been either unable to hold long enough to get anyone on the phone and when I have I have only been able to speak to the lowest class, uneducated, rude and unprofessional "representatives" I have ever encountered. After asking 5 of these idiots for a supervisor, mgr, or anyone in charge, I have only been told there isnt any. I have written twice to the "24/7 Customer Service email address" and have not been replied to. All of a sudden today as I struggled with yet another idiot, :"Sherry" to simply get directions to return the item, suddenly as all she could do was stumble and be confused, I was connected to "Thomas, The Lead" ( wooohooo). Another rude jerk who thinks he actually wields power but doesn't...guess what? I can only get a "store" credit! Not a credit on my credit card. Now I must dispute this with my credit card company, as the there is no way I will ever do business with these crooks again. NOMORERACK IS THE WORST! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE "DEALS" MAY LOOK...THEY ARE BAD NEWS!

I ordered a "microfiber" comforter and received a 100% polyester comforter instead. My other two items have not come yet and it's been approximately three weeks. Christmas is coming and they are supposed to be presents. I realize the site says 2-3 weeks for shipping, but this is ridiculous!

I purchased a tablet on the website for $69.00 dollars. The product was described as a google android tablet. Therefore I admit I did react off of impulse I immediately purchased the tablet thinking that i'm getting a good deal. However, when I got home I did research to figure exactly which model google tablet I just purchased. I realized that it wasn't a "google" tablet. It was a mid tablet which really cost how much I paid for it it was $69.00 dollars on other websites therefore the $130 dollars they falsely said I saved was a lie! Also, I researched the tablet I did purchase only to realize this tablet is cheaply made, poor quality, often shipped defective, and have many functional problems. Therefore I purchased the product nov 30, 2012 & dec 1, 2012 I decided that I wanted to cancel the order. This company "nomoreracks" refused to cancel my order starting that per policy a customer only can cancel a order "the same day' & only has till 9am the next day. Huh? Are you kidding me? You mean to tell me I just order a product on nov 30, 2012 & I call to cancel on dec 1st, 2012 & I can't cancel the order! Its too late to cancel the very next day! Huh? Wait... This company "nomoreracks" hasn't sent me any "tracking information" on the product & the product hasn't even shipped out yet but they told me I can't cancel my order! Thats preposterous! On top of that they sent me an email starting that it take *****2 to 3 weeks***** for an order to ship & no guarantees on estimate times can be given. Huh? I they told me I could return the product and receive a return for "only store credit" thats unacceptable I don't shop at this store this company is clearly trying to steal money for a product I don't want by ****force shipping it**** & then stating that I can only return it for store credit! This is absolutely the worse company that I ever purchase anything from online & I will stop at nothing to let it be known to everyone to not shop here! Do not purchase anything from this website they will not refund your money only store credit if you return the item! It takes 2-3 weeks for you to receive any item! They will refuse to cancel your order even if its a mistake & even if they didn't even ship it out! Customer service is only by email! This is a terrible company! Do not purchase anything from this company! At all!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The worst I've ever had to deal with as well! Their apology written right here is a lie to get others to ignore the complaints. I too bought this terrible "android tablet" that my daughter used for about 3 weeks before it froze up at the opening screen. No more rack told me I had to call Global Phoenix tablet. When I called this company they said this is NOT a tablet that they sold to no more rack and that no more rack is just giving out their number to keep their customers off their backs.. All I need is a firmware update (so I'm told) but no more rack argued with me to even give the specifications of the device they sold me! To be honest, I'm not sure they're even the correct specs. I took me 3 customer service people before I was even given them.
When calling the company I was refused a manager to speak with. The agent insisted that I must tell her why I want to talk with a manager. Once I did explain (she already knew exactly why before making me explain) she promptly told me there was no manager there anyway. To be honest, I sat for a few hours on the phone with this company I couldn't believe how horrible they were and the way they treated me and ran me around in circles. Never in my life have I been in such shock of "customer service". Unless you want to get ripped off.. stay away!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Still no tracking number

It has now been more than a week since I ordered the false advertised UGG boots from nomorerack. I still have not received a tracking number, no contact from customer support, and no response to my paypal resolution center complaints. This company is such a fraud. I am so hoping people will check out all these complaints, before they decide to order from nomorerack. I depended on comments left on their facebook page, and that was a big mistake. There were only positive comments there, because they delete all negative comments. I will never make that mistake again!

I filed mine with paypal as soon as I found out the boots were fake, back in November. Paypal didn't receive a response from them by Dec.14th, as that was the deadline they had given them. I never received a tracking number at all. Paypal will take care of it for you, they have helped me in the past when I got a bad purchase from...somewhere else. They are helping me now too.

I have the same problem. I ordered from them in November as well. I have not even received a tracking number. There are many complaints from people not receiving orders from them, and when they do, the items are nothing like described. I wish I had found this site before ordering from them. I hope PayPal will take care of this for all of us that paid through them. Nomorerack should be shut down!

@ nomorerack, I have already tried numerous times to contact you, with no reply. I see your responses to everyone's complaints here, and they seem like they are computer generated. Each response is almost exactly the same. The only response I have gotten from you was on your facebook page before I was blocked, because I was complaining. Why don't you respond to PayPal, like you are to these complaints? I put in 2 complaints with them, and you have not responded once. Don't try to pretend customer satisfaction is your number one concern, because your actions speak louder than your words. Of course you are going to say that here, where everyone is complaining, but you have told many people they can only get a credit for a future purchase. If you want to do whatever it takes to help us out, give us our money back, and close down your site. You or your suppliers are ripping people off, and there are many unhappy people. You don't seem to care that people are losing their money, and you expect them to spend more money with you! Why would anyone that didn't receive what they ordered the first time around, want to order something else from you? I am sure you will be hearing from some attorneys, and then we will see how you like going bankrupt.

Same thing here ordered 2 pair before Thanksgiving and received a fake tracking number for one and the other pair are still processing. Filed claim with paypal 3 days ago because nomorerack.com wouldn't return my emails. Paypal should pull themselves away from this horrible company.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Fraud/false advertising

Many of the items on nomorerack.com are made in China and other countries. They are also shipped and billed from other countries. I received an alert from my bank of a FOREIGN TRANSACTION. It was from an order I had placed at nomorerack.com. I ordered some boots that were advertused as UGG BOOTS. I found out later they were UGG STYLE BOOTS. They will not refund my money, only credit for future purchase. I have NO INTENTIONS of ever making another purchase from nomorerack.com. I LIKED their FB page and read comments posted, and noticed all positive comments. I now know why they were all positive. I saw people's negative post get deleted almost immediately after they were posted. I also posted some negative comments, and they were immediately deleted. I asked them why they delete the negative comments but leave the positve, as well as their views on customer service. They said they wanted to address these issues in private, however, all they did was block me from posting and commenting on their FB page. They have also ignored my request through paypal resolution center. NOMORERACK.COM SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. They have no respect for their customers, they only want your money. Once they have it, they don't want to deal with you anymore. They will not try to resolve any issues. They try to deny any wrong doing through their false advertising, and blame you, by insinuating you can't or didn't read it. When an advertisement says "UGG AUSTRALIAN STYLE BOOTS" what would you think? You would think the same thing many other disappointed customers have thought when they ordered these boots. The boots are not the only false advertised products though. YOU SHOULD AVOID NOMORERACK.COM. FOR ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE DONE ALL, OR MOST OF YOUR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING ON THAT WEB-SITE...GOOD LUCK, AND I PRAY YOU GET EVEN HALF OF YOUR ORDER, BECAUSE IT ISN'T LIKELY YOU WILL HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Nomorerack, I would like to ask, why is it some people, such as kirk715, have had such a positive experience with your company, but others, like myself, have had nothing but problems? How long has this company been in operations? Do you have some kinks to work out, or do you just not care, as long as you can make a few customers happy (just enough to keep u in business)? I work in advertising, and if our clients aren't happy, then we are out of a job. I would love to be able to give you positive feedback, however, that is very difficult to do when I myself didn't receive the products I ordered, nore did I receive any indication that they were going to be delivered. December 12th a refund was supposed to be issued, but I haven't seen it yet. As I am sure you are aware, success of any retail company comes from customer satisfaction, and as I see it here, and other sites, your company is highly lacking in that. I saw one complaint that stated "ORDERING FROM NOMORERACK IS LIKE GAMBLING". That statement says a lot. Are you aware of how many families trusted you, and purchased most or all of their Christmas gifts from you, and now will have to explain to their CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN, AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, that they have to postpone giving their gifts because of nomorerack? I am so glad I decided to see how my first order went before doing my Christmas shopping with you, and I assure you I have kept many others from making the same mistake. People that are posting their complaints here may very well be saving others from the long, difficult experience of trying to get a refund, or their products, from you. I hope you understand that people aren't being unreasonable, they just expect to get what they ordered, and a refund when they don't. Why is that so difficult for nomorerack to do?
Times are so hard for people right now, and if they spent all their Christmas budget at nomorerack, they don't have the money to go out and purchase more gifts to replace the ones they ordered from you. It takes too long to get a refund, if you can get one at all, from nomorerack. You should start giving everyone their refunds today, so maybe they will have a chance to go out and replace those gifts. Do the right thing, and don't ruin Christmas, like the Grinch. I would love to check this site tomorrow and see people saying "Thanks Nomorerack, now I can go get Christmas gifts for my kids!" or "Thanks Nomorerack, I got my order, and it is just right!" I won't hold my breath, but I do believe in miracles, so work on it guys!

Well kirk715, unfortunately, too many other people haven't had a good experience, and can't even imagine anyone else having a good experience. Your comment, as you wrote it "you get what you pay for" is like pouring salt in a wound for most of us, and is the last thing we need! All we want is for nomorerack to make things right for us, with a refund or at least receiving what we ordered.

You get what you pay for? Hah, except when you don't get it! When you have no idea what it feels like to be taken by these people, DON'T COMMENT! Nomorerack has not even sent a tracking number to some, and others received fake ones! The biggest issue for alot of us is WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING FOR OUR MONEY! Well I hate to say I'm one of the many who did not receive any of my items I ordered on Dec 6th for christmas! They said it was guarenteed delivery if ordered before Dec. 9th! Well now I'm curious about what that guarentee is? I really would like my sheets I ordered ( 6 sets) but I expect to be fully refunded like all the other stores are doing for people who also didnt receive their items even if it was UPS fault I've heard other companies are still giving the customers their items for free! But I do not believe this is an UPS issue due to our Ice storm, because I received my items from other stores only 1 or 2 days after Christmas! But with Nomorerack- I have NEVER even been sent tracking numbers or any notifications that any of my items were ever shipped! I have been purschasing items from Nomorerack for several months now and have been VERY pleased with ALL my items and even the time frame in which I received them! That's why I decided to buy all my family members the 1800 Deelina sheet sets! They are wonderful and so soft and Durable and fit so well on my deep mattresses! I never dreamed I would have any problems having them arrive in time to give as gifts! But here we are on Dec 28th and I still do not have them! I'm also curious of what the customer service PHONE # is that someone stated is clearly on their site! I'm going to go back and see where I overlooked it, because all I could find under customer service was a email page which stated would be a 24 hour response but due to holidays 48 response! I was very disappointed to find that to be the case! If I would of known a phone number did not exist i would of never started ordering from this company! I feel that is a horrible way to operate a business and refuse to communicate via telephone with their customers! So now I have started communication via email that will probably take over two weeks to relay our information back in forth thru all these 48 response times! I even gave them MG number and asked for a phone call back to get this problem resolved but they are still choosing to respond only by email! So so disappointed in this company! I really thought I had found a great place to start frequently shopping! But I hate to say, unless I get a full refund they have lost me as a customer!

Understood...but as I see it they are fine by me. Today I had a question about an order and I called them. The phone number was not a mystery, it was displayed prominently on the web site. The customer service rep was pleasant and helpful and the call was answered promptly.
If I fail to receive my order or if I am unhappy with my products I will be the first to scream SHAM! from the top of the highest mountain and rain hell upon the evil doers that smite me. Until then I gotta give props...

I have ordered stuff from them and I received my order. It was not of the best quality but it was a five dollar charm. Then I ordered a 100$ necklace. It also arrived. It did not come in a jewlery box but it is nice. As for the uggs. All the boots I have seen for sale clearly state ugg style boots. I ordered a pair of ugg sandals and they were real uggs. Remember folks..nomatter what or were, ya get what you pay for.

I ordered 3 Balance Bracelets. They were junk, but they were only $7 each so I was just going to through them away. 4 months after I had ordered them, I received a survey regarding this product from NoMoreRack directly. I responded, and received an email back apologizing and urging me to return them for a refund. I did so a MONTH ago (tracked by USPS) and have heard nothing nor had a refund! So today I called them, and after a very long hold, a woman named Meria speaking very broken English proceeds to read repeatedly from her script, "I am sorry mam, but there is a strict 30 day return policy". I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she stated that they were going to tell me the same thing. I told them that I wanted to speak with one now! She put me on hold for several minutes, and came back and stated that the supervisor was on the phone. I told her that I would wait and she put me on a long hold again. When she came back on, she stated that the supervisor was still on the line, but that there was a strict 30 day return policy". I asked her why it was then, that the company sent ME an email 4 months after I purchased them, apologizing for the quality of the item, and urging me to return them for a refund? She had no answer. I immediately sent a long email to nomorerack.com and explained what had happened, along with a copy of the original email from them. Let's see what they do now. I asked them if they were willing to lose myself and my 5 co workers that order from them, over a $21 refund? Now I wait for their response...I'm holding my breath. Guess it is time to jump on my social sites to let everyone know about their customer service. Too bad.

I just tried the site fir the first time. I purchased a beautiful leather handbag. When it arrived it was better than the picture on the site. Just over 21 days the hardware on the strap broke. I emailed customer service along with a photo and was first told by customer service that there was nothing they could do, but when I insisted on this being a defect with the bag they told me to ship it back for an exchange. I asked for the address to send it back to all of the sudden I'm sent a link of the site policies. I was always Leary about buying things online won't do that again.

I have ordered from NoMoreRack.com around 20 times in the past 5 months, totaling close to 100 items. I have had mostly positive experiences. It is one of my favorite shopping sites!
Some of the negative reviews are old, perhaps they have improved? I'm going to comment with my experiences in detail, including items people mentioned in other reviews.

1. Returns- I haven't needed to return anything-no experience

2. Jewelry - I ordered 2 necklace chains and they were even better than I expected.
But, I ordered a bracelet & necklace w/ pendant. Both items looked better in the online picture than they did in real life. Honestly, at the price I paid I was only mildly disappointed and chose to keep them. ($7 & $12) I know jewelry is photographed in such a way that it always looks different in person. This has been my experience with other sites as well. I probably wouldn't buy "real jewelry" online from anyone.

3. Shipping- most of my items came very quickly, I only had one order that took longer than estimated, it was about 2 days later.

4.Stuff selling out- it warns you on EVERY page that items are sold on a "first come first served" basis, they are NOT saved when you put them in the cart. They suggest you check out quickly if the item is important. I believe this policy is why the shipping it set at a flat "per item" rate. If you make an account the checkout takes under a minute! During the Black Friday sale I hit "checkout" after every 2-3 items so I didn't lose them. (If the checkout process wasn't so quick, I would find this annoying! But, its so simple that I am okay with it. I suggest keeping a tally of how much you spend if you checkout after each item!)

5. The 1600 series sheets: I have 4 sets of these! This was actually my first purchase on the site, I ordered 2 sets and when they came I loved them so much I went back and ordered more! So I have been using them for months. They are the microfiber type and they say 1600 thread count right on the package and the inner tags match the outer package. (I also got 2 sets of 1800 series sheets).
To be honest there was 1 issue with a sheet, out of 6 sets of sheets I got 1 fitted sheet that is slightly crooked and the seam is off a little, but it still works and looks fine. I actually assumed that they might be "irregulars" at such a deep discount. These are hands down the best sheets I have ever owned! I can't even find sheets of similar quality in the stores near me. The king sized sheets in the stores cost at least $10 more, and are nowhere near the same quality. (I do launder them according to instructions, if you wash them incorrectly they are going to wear out quickly and probably rip.)

6. Other items I can think of that I ordered and I am happy with:
I got 2 comforters @ $40 each. A waterproof Bluetooth shower speaker. Clothing. Winter boots.

A friend of mine introduced me to this site. I felt the deals were too good to be true, but a few items popped up that were interesting enough to look into. While browsing the site I opened new tabs to view the items, after going through everything I began adding items to the cart. I walked away for five minutes to tend to my dog, and when I came back and began the checkout process there were items removed from my shopping cart that were unavailable for purchase. There is no possible way that more than 20 items could all be unavailable in a matter of five minutes. I was looking at sheet sets, not iPods. I went to contact support and was forwarded to a pop-up of porn when submitting my email, that's not something someone needs to see when supposedly dealing with a reputable business in Housewares...

I know for a fact that it is not my computer, I'm a computer tech and it's pretty hard at this moment in time to come up with some type of a trojan for Mac, on top of the fact that the only other site visited was Google.com at that moment in time.

Stay away.

I order from them all the time. I have spent hundreds of dollars on their products. So have a lot of my friends. I have never had a problem and neither have my friends. It has been my # 1 place to shop. Today I received the most beautiful leather tote by Mark CIEL. THE PRICE WAS SO LOW THEY ALMOST GAVE IT AWAY. I also bought a watch same thing. These are all expensive items. I spent Less than 75.00 dollars. So I looked them up on line to see their regular price. To my surprise the regular price would have been over 500.00 dollars. There are some people that just can't be pleased !

I've had similarly bad experiences!
I bought a set of sheets advertised at 1600 series, which I thought meant 1600 thread count. When I received them they were synthetic material and def not 1600 thread count but I needed them and only spent $30 so I decided to keep them. Unwashed them and when I went to put them in my mattress for the first time the electric in the fitted sheet snapped. Now that they are out of original packaging and "used" because I washe them they are non-returnable.
I bought a watch from them advertised as "Unisex", and it showed up a large clunky piece of crap. I was then told by
"Customer Service" via email that the item was "final sale" but that was not on their site when I purchased the item. When I threatened them with bad publicity an loss of customers they replied with the option to return item at my own expense for shipping, then I could wait for them to determine if my item, and my return shipping costs were eligible for refund.
Oh and I'm still waiting on another piece of junk from them that has been at the post office 30 min away from me (according to their crappy tracking via DHL) for nearly a week. I can't wait to see what POS I will be receiving.
Oh, and rather than returning the $15 watch and paying $5 to ship back with tracking, I took it outside, nailed it to a post, and hit it with an axe.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SHOPPING ONLINE.
I wish I had read their reviews beforehand.
And the "customer service" department needs to be renamed to "Customer Disservice".
Horrible. Awful. Terrible.
I'm very very angry I have them a single cent of my money.
And no, No More Rack. DON'T CONTACT ME.

I went to the site when they first started. Ordered a couple of things and everything was okay until last December. Ordered something three months later, I called and they did something and I received it a month later. Last month they had a special, I tried to order it before the time ran out, but it wouldn't let me. Today, I used online chat to inquire about a product. ordered stuff, no the same as pictured, when I said something about it not saying in ad that the tripod wasn't included, they replied...it doesn't say it was, , , real bad customer service ...ask for refund, said they would issue a store credit...so I kept my junk, why pay to send it back only to get more junk...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE...!

I ordered Ugg-like boots on November 26th. and on December 12th and December 18th, when I called, my order was still processing. Their customer service pretended to escalate. On December 23rd, I reported them, the NOMORERACK Page, to Facebook as a SCAM which is where I found these sorry people. on December 24th, Christmas Eve, they pretended to ship my order via the United States Post Office which I know is a lie. I used Paypal as I always try to, and got my money back. Use Paypal, not your credit card if you can help it. Paypal will get you back your money. and in addition, these thieves will not have your credit card account in their compromised files. their files were compromised, at one time.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Can't remove my billing, shipping or credit card info from their site.

I have tried to delete my personal account with nomorerack.com, and there is no way to do so. I want my personal billing, shipping and credit card info REMOVED and permetaly deleted which is not letting me do so. Action from nomorerack.com needs to take action immediately since it's at my request, the customers to disable and delete my account all together. This nee'd to be done with an e-mail confirming this has been done immediately! Thank you!

I have tried to delete ALL of my personal info regarding my nomorerack account. It will not let me delete my billing, shipping or credit card info and would like all of MY PERSONAL info deleted and account "CLOSED"! I have never dealt with any company that makes these simple changed impossible to do. This needs to be fixed and confirmed it has been deleted by customers request ASAP! Thank you!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Traveling shoes

ordered one pair of women's shoes. three weeks later they arrive from utah. They have gone to Calif. and then to Ariz and back to nevada...ridiculous. And topping it off, got blamed on /Fed Ex..and not Fed Ex fault at all...shoes are lousy and cannot even get shoe onto foot...opening is made for infant...rotten made and rotten materials...ready to return and after reading a zillion complaints, already know nothing will beget nothing...too many Good companies out there on line, wish I had never placed an order with this business...They did not include shipping invoice, nothing to prove where or how the order existed.

I ordered:
Leggings - They smell like diesel fuel & they want a picture to correct the problem? Is anyone aware of a pic app that SHOWS disgusting smells
Bed Sheet Set - It is missing the Flat Sheet & they want me to take a picture to correct the problem?
Cardigan - Color showed Black/Gold...what showed up was Brown/Gold.
I would return the items, but they will not pay for shipping and considering the customer Non-service I have received from "Grace", I would probably get the same order back.
Stay Away From This Company!

This company has too many complaints, and needs to be investigated. This continued consumer violations and customer dis-satisfaction has to stop. If might have protected me from what I have run into. This company appears to need better business to investigate.
