9 foot kennedy fir tree
I bought tree in January, 2017 paid $400 and stored in closet until November 27. After spending 2 days decorating tree on day 3 the lights began to flicker in the middle section and no longer work. I immediately contacted Christmas Tree Market. I am being told tree is not in stock- yet the website shows availability. I am also being told I have 2 options A- to return the tree before Christmas for a refund or B wait until next fall for a replacement section. Neither option is acceptable! I would be willing to receive a new tree immediately after Christmas but they will not do that. Did I mention it took me 3 days to decorate this tree?!? And they expect me to remove all the decorations, ship the tree back for a refund before Christmas! Something is wrong with this picture- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHRISTMAS TREE MARKET as they DO NOTstand behind their guarantee! Please spread the word! I would be willing to accept a replacement tree after Christmas but I do not have any vacation days left to undeclrate and redecorate a tree again before family arrives for the holidays.
Awful trees and seller wants to get more money from you
I bought Christmas tree from the company www.christmastreemarket.com. I got it on time, but the tree was awful. I wanted to return it, but of course the seller told to pay for the return and the price was higher than the tree’s price. I was surprised and decided not to waste money again, but the tree was awful and almost naked. Don’t buy from them. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Do not buy from this company they sent us damaged merchandise part of the xmas tree did not light up we have been working to resolve this problem since early December and have gotten nowhere.
The company has had our tree for 7 months to fix lights that do not work. They NEVER call you back. I tried to get to the owner and the managers won't give me any contact information. I still do not have my $320.00 tree back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Product Substituted was not Equlivent
I ordered an artificial Christmas tree with LED lights for $240. I was told the tree could not be delivered because it was out of stock, but I could cancel or get a substitute. I was told that the substitute tree would be $30 more, but that it had more lights and branches.
I asked if I would get a new email with the description and was told it might take a little while, but YES I WOULD. When after a few days I DID NOT RECEIVE an e-mail with description I called Christmas Tree Market. They gave me a verbal description and I fould out it DID NOT have LED LIGHTING! I indicated that that was not acceptable and I wanted to cancel. After further investigation I was told the tree had already shipped and the only thing I could do was return the tree at my own expense plus pay a 10% restocking fee.
I have tried to explain that I was mislead in two additional calls to several levels of supervisors and a supposed escalation to headquarters, but they refused to waive the shipping and return fees or to exchange for a LED lighted tree.

We ordered an artificial tree from the Christmas Tree Market and received 3 large boxes. When we went to put the tree up the day after Thanksgiving we realized that they had sent 2 identical boxes and that we were missing 1/3 of the tree parts. Needless to say it has been a continual nightmare. Originally we were informed that they had to have the extra box picked up and could not send the box that we needed to complete the tree (and paid for) until the extra box was received. After complaining about the RMA process we were informed that the box of missing tree components was shipped and that it would be dropped off and the surplus box picked up. True to their word, the box was picked up but there was no replacement box and now we can not even get a tracking #. Do yourself a favor and order from a different company!

Do not buy from this company! I bought a tree for $379 6 days before they reduced it to $249. They would not refund me any of the difference and did not care about my business at all. I ended up paying $130 more for a tree that someone else will get 6 days later. Also, there is pretty much no opportunity to return the product either because the customer is forced to pay shipping and a 10% restocking fee, so I would have to pay over $80 to return it. No wonder they won' t budge because they know once you have purchased, they don't have to make you happy because you're going to have to spend tons of money to do anything about it. DON'T BUY FROM THEM! THEY DON'T DESERVE UR BUSINESS!

Unethical Horrible Customer Service
Ordered a tree and when it was not shipping 3 days later I call to see why. Was told it was out of stock even though I have a order confirmation number. I asked why I had not been called and the service rep indicated they did not make those calls. Ask how long it would take to verify the status of the order and was told it could take 48 hours. The tree was never is stock.
No effort at all to resolve the issue without my attempt to do so... And they charged the credit card after knowing the tree was out of stock. Two weeks later and they have still not issued a credit back to the card and using the card funds for "float". Completely unethical given they were the issue from the beginning. And yes they tried the bait and switch as well.
