omg! Are you kidding me? I was with Chrysler Financial for my past 4 vehicles so about 12 yrs worth of payments the minute I came up late with a payment they put the screw to me. Let it be known I was NEVER more then 2 weeks late on some payments which I always included the $ 50 late fee with the payments. My husband had been out of work for a month after getting out of the Hospital for having phnumonia(sp) this put us behind on all the bills, SO i was running 2 weeks late every month for about 5 months Never once did Chrylser call me or refuse any of the payments. Then Wham out of the Blue on a Friday night at 8:30 pm I get a call saying they will except no more late payments from me and i had till 9pm that night to send the payment western union. I told them the payment was already posted online if they would just check -REFUSED said they will not except it and to pay now on the phone I refused saying that it is already set up on line for next weeks paycheck. still they refused said pay it now or else. Anyways long story short I dealt with this for everyday the following week and finally after being on time for over 12 yrs and getting hit with my husband being sick Chrylser financial could care less. So i turned my vehicle back in to the dealer which sucked but what i was hearing on the phone was they were coming to repo. Unbelievable I know people go months sometimes when they have fallen behind and dont get treated like i did. Of course now I owe a auto deficiency if they had just let me defer a payment or continue to be 10 days late WITH THE late fee My lease would have been over in another 2 months this feb.Never again . Thanks a bunch Miss Angela Jones! IM surprised they keep you working there considering all the voluntary surrenders you cause us to do so we dont get repoed at work.

Not everyone's complaint is the same s**t does happen! I had fraud with my bank my account was $1600.00+ behind the bank took my checks for one and half months until they got their money. I called Chysler to explain the situation, I wanted to defer the payment for two months till I got caught up. ( All the other creditors were understanding) neverless they do not listen. The women told me I should borrow the money. Well, I was borrowing money for the GAS HOG I bought from them ($10.00) a day( 10 miles round trip) just to go back and forth to work so I could pay them. I told her I could not even get my son anything for christmas! In her next breath, She said, " Can you get to a Western Union?" What part of I HAVE NO MONEY DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND? I never had any intension of not paying my debt. They continued to call repeatedly, my work (after I told them they could not call my work or I would lose my job and never be able to pay), my cell, my boyfriend's cell, which they call at least eight times daily, and my parents house over and over. We both spoke to them several times and always got a diffrent story from them. Do they document their calls apparently not. I sent them a check as soon as I could and they continued the calls over and over. I do not know exactly what the laws for harrasment are in Ohio, But I know in California they are not allowed to call your cell phone. ( Law attached below) but apparently they can call from there! (See Photo document) Don't get me wrong I have come from a Dodge family. I have a 69 superbee I love, but I would never go through Chrysler Financial again. If there is something that can be done, count me and my boyfriend in as we are in!

I just went through the same experience. Only I actually dragged the situation out and refused to pay the over-the-phone processing fee. It took two and a half months for the issue to finally get resolved. And now their declining to waive any of the fees and to fix my credit report. When thoughout the whole time of dealing with them, they promised once everything was resolved that the fees would get waived and correct my credit. NOT! They refuse to NOW do any of that and I am furious! Screw Chrysler Financial!

I had the same exact thing happen to me recently. Except my ordeal has lasted almost three months. I have faxed in the form 5 times and every time it is mis-handled. Nobody seems to know where it is and they can't find it on the system. Now they're tagging on inadequate late fees and incorrect credit reporting. I've had it with them. Screw Chrysler Financial!

I called Chrylser financial to find out about the balance for the FINAL payment on my loan. It was verified that I was calling from my own phone. I was made to wait for an operator. After being made to wait I was RUDELY told that the information could not be given to me because I was not my husband who was named on the account. My husband is ill and unable to call himself. This operator could care less. It doesn't matter to you that I am the one who pays the bill. She was rude and uncooperative.. I AM HAPPY THAT MY REALTIONSHIP WITH YOU IS ENDING SOON !

You lost a very good customer. If you review my record you will see that we never missed a payement and even paid early !

Try to pretend that you care about your customers !

o aussie john i regret to inform you that you are full of [censor] and need to get help, thats real help some sort of doctor fast . if you read all your posts and seach for info about your story you are skitz or losing your memory your story and dates and the amount of cash stolen from you keeps changing, if you are going to tell porkys and post them you should remember all your lies and stick to one story otherwise you look a fool, but if thats the look your going for hey you have got spot on, i have been working in criminal law for the past ten years and was interested and intreged with your story but once looking into it your story it doesnt add up, ive wasted part of my life reading your lies, but hey you can make a good story up, it was entertaining and it was cheaper than buying a book cheers

i am out of work & 8 days late on my jeep payment i am recieving threats to trepo my jeep. i bought it new in 06 & owe less than 3500.00 i am currently 8 days late. how can they do this to me when they refuse to repay 7 million of my tax dollars? screw them this may come to blows!
