Pitney Bowes Extremely poor customer service

Live support via phone is no longer available for customer service. Automatic answering services and unresponsive chat are the only options available to communicate. I've been a Pitney Bowes customer for over 20 years and this recent change would have been important for me to know before I renewed my lease.

I have an issue where my account is showing past due, but monthly payments are being withheld from my credit card. I've setup a case number (3 weeks ago), but have yet been unable to talk to a live person to resolve.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

I am trying to reload postage and cannot. It shows our credit limit as $48.00 but when i look at our account we are current . I tried to increase our credit limit but cannot. We have a large mailing and need postage. I hate not being able to
talk to an actual person for help.

Pitney Bowes Customer service and billing

We have had nothing but problems with this company have been going back and forth with them sense November of 2022. Yet can never get answers, can never get equipment to work, yet they will not send anyone out here to fix the equipment. They said they were sending us new equipment and show how they sent it the complete wrong address. We have been hung up on over 10 times and have never got a call back when they have all the equipment right in front of them. They told us to send an email to them and we have done that and still nothing; yet they want us to keep paying the bill when the equipment has not worked in months. We want to cancel everything with them as it never works, and we have to use our time trying to fix their provided equipment instead of doing things for our own company.

Desired outcome: I want the contract and lease completely canceled and we should not have to pay anything, or they should have to pay the invoice for all of our time we have used going back and forth with them.

LOST PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER 9261292700513560952428. The package has been in your facility in Irving, TX since April 13, 2023 and it has not been delivered to its destination. It was supposed to arrive April 23, 2023. It is now May 12, 2023! I cannot get a proper response since I keep getting redirected to the package tracking site which is useless since I can't follow up. I called your customer service number and someone named "Palak" was very rude, didn't offer any help, and told me not to call [protected] again!

Desired outcome: LOST PACKAGE TRACKING NUMBER 9261292700513560952428. Please refund the total cost of the items if you cannot deliver the lost package.

Good morning, I ordered clothes from Noracora, my package was shipped to usps in norton mass... And then to pitney bowes in mass. I cannot track my package on line, there is no information... My package was suppose to be delivered weeks ago.. I just called customer service and she said she could not track my order... Pitney Bowes SendProC - Leasse

The worst Customer Service or support department ever. You don't ever here from anyone by emails even though sending emails with case number or creating follow-up requests online.

They fumble customers calls to departments to departments since they have over crowded departments. No one owns anything. It's like you are a lot needle in haystack of employees at PB.

Issue is, we received renewal offer but, here I am trying to cancel the contract. After several calls, I figured out I had to pay for cancellation by phone since the cancellation invoice never gets generated online. Totally inefficient company in this time and age.

Then, 9 days after paying by phone, I am calling and calling to speak to someone about how to return the machine, I am getting fumbled again. Asking to speak with manager...not happening. We don't hear form them by emails, or calls or nothing but, when we call, you get fumbled around. I mean, what am I supposed to do now?

Desired outcome: I want PB to ask the people responsible for this kind of service and apologize to us with credible details and action plan to assure that they are not going to repeat this treatment.

Pitney Bowes Bath and Bodyworks Order tracking #9261292700552907832979

Placed a Xmas order Dec 2,2022 with Bath and Bodyworks shipped via Pitney Bowes. Delivery Date was scheduled for Dec 14,2022. Pitney Bowes stopped updating tracking information on Dec 12,2022. It is now Dec 19,2022. My package still has not been delivered and no further information is available about my Xmas package. After contacting Bodyworks to inquire and report Pitney Bowes, they stated there is no way they can contact Pitney Bowes concerning my Xmas package. Pitney Bowes does not have a number for customers to contact concerning their packages I believe this company is fraudulent and taking customer’s’ packages.

Desired outcome: I would like for this company to be investigated for fraud and fraudulent activities. I would like a refund of all items including stress, anxiety, pain and suffering I had and have to endure by Pitney Bowes and ruining my Xmas!

Pitney Bowes Shipping

i returned two at&t iphones. At&t only uses pitney bowes to recieve and account for at&t's returned purchases. The tracking number is [protected]. The package was picked up but is not known where the package is at the present time.

Pitney Bowes Delivery services

My package has been sitting unprocessed for over 70 days.

It's asking for more details to gain attention, so... why doesnt your tracking service have a feedback section where the tracking details are provided? There seems to be no culpability for anything you provide other than this site which seems more for cathartic message in a bottle type of help. I paid over a $100 on an item from ebay which is supposed to insured and their response is tracking provided.

Pitney Bowes Recurring statement being mailed

I work for Beecher Surgical Associates. I have been receiving a statement from Pitney Bows for over a year for a $53 balance. We have not used their services in many years. The office manager they have on file left the practice over 15 years ago. I have called Pitney Bowes THREE times about this. They state there is no balance and I will not receive any more statements but I do. The account number on the statement isn't even valid per Pitney Bowes.

Desired outcome: Verify there is a zero balance and stop receiving statements.

Pitney Bowes pitney bowes ink cartridges

I have made several attempts to question why I am having to use 3 times the amount of ink with my new postage meter than I did with the old one when I don't even use the minimum prints it should allow for one cartridge. I have consistently used 440 prints per year when I should be able to get around 1,000 prints per cartridge. When I call, they constantly transfer me and then eventually they just hang up on me because they don't have any answers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am a very patient person, but this is absolute insanity.

It is clear that they receive many complaints about various things, and they seem to treat all their customers like trash. I have not encountered one person who had something positive to say about this company. I can't fathom how they are still in business with such poor morals.

Pitney Bowes amazon parcel delivary

The tracking # PBXSA038916116 for my expected parcel. The delivary person made no attempt to actually deliver my parcel. They did not use the buildings phone service to open the door. As a result of this neglect my parcel was never delivered. Amazon is going to refund the money.

I wish there was some way to complain about the actual person who claimed to make the delivery. All they did was get someone else to open the door and then they just throw it on the floor. The result is I have no way of knowing the parcel has arrived.

This kind of work is so unprofessional!

Desired outcome: Reprimand the person who claimed to have delivered my parcel!

Pitney Bowes Pitney Bowes customer service

We've been fighting with PB for over a month. We changed bank accounts so we made the changes on all three of our accounts as per their instructions. Suddenly we are unable to use our machine because they tried to deduct what was due from our OLD bank account and we'd run out of credit on our other (credit) account. We paid the credit account and they told us (after 3 phone calls) that there was still a balance due to the USPS of $250 for the amounts they had tried to take from a closed account. They then told us we had to file a new EFT form and a voided check and pay $100 to activate the new bank. Did that. Also the ONLY way to take care of the USPS $250 was check by MAIL. Overnighted a check. They got it. IT was received on June 28. We keep getting emails from Support stating that the case has been closed yet nothing has been resolved. I've been told I need to talk to a supervisor and one was coming on the line. I am put on hold for more than 30 minutes and nothing happens. Our machine still reads PSD Disabled. We cannot use it and we are drowning in order that need to be shipped.

Desired outcome: We want to use our machine, have postage funds drafted out of our bank account and get a refund for the lease time we have not been able to use it.

Pitney Bowes Postage Meter

Our postage meter had error 1825 and 200D. We contacted Pitney Bowes 5 times and spoke with various different reps. None of which could help us resolve the issue. Fortunately we had another machine with postage we temporarily have hooked up because we send hundreds of dollars of mail per day. Now that is out of funds and we are completely down.

It was not until we got to failed funding that the rep advised us this was shut down due to non payment of $149. Are you serious?

I was on the phone for over 5 hours and this is what the issue was? Pitney Bowes is one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with. You sure know how to iron-clad your contracts and provide terrible service to the people who are strapped into contracts for multiple years.

All calls are routed out of this country and you cannot understand most of the reps because of their heavy accents. It cost our business over $350 in salary trying to resolve an issue that should have been resolved in less than 5 minutes, if you had competent staff who can answer questions. And now we are completely shut down and have no more postage and cannot add any more?

I will NEVER EVER recommend Pitney Bowes to anyone and I will post all over Social Media about how incompetent your company truly is!

Thank you for you HORRIBLE support. You should really be ashamed of your business model and the terrible support you outsource to Indonesian, Columbia, and where ever else you can find incompetent workers who can only speak from a script!

I wish the partners of this firm would just pay the entire contract balance owed for the remainder of our term so we can just stop using Pitney Bowes. That is what I meant about an iron-clad contract. Never again and I hope that Pitney Bowes gets the karma they deserve.

Desired outcome: To get out of the 2 contracts that were signed by the prior office manager.

Pitney Bowes Shipping

I have ordered someone in Norway a gift over amazon on april 7th. It looked well until the day it was supposed to arrive there on april 22nd,but then it just said delivery attempted package is held to be picked up.The problem is that it is held 140km away from the person it is supposed to arrive to.Since then there wasnt a single update.When contacting amazon they want me to contact pitney bowes,when trying here just ends up referring me back to amazon. So right now my package is stuck somewhere in Norway. I just want it to arrive or be send back to amazon so I could get a refund at least and order something differently.

Pitney Bowes Package delivery

On February 08 2022 my package cleared customers in Vancouver Canada. It is now March 2 2022 and my package is still in Vancouver. Thus is an absolutely insane time waiting for delivery

There is no excuse for this that is valid or believable.

Your email box is too full to accept any new emails so I think you have to have an abnormal amount of complaints... Pitney Bowes Package Shipped to Me

Pitney-Bowes has lost two packages of mine within 3 weeks of each other. A company sent a replacement part to me Dec. 28 to delivered Jan. 9, never received. Was noted "lost." Same company resent same part again, but Pitney Bowes has managed to lose that package as well. This company should be SHUT DOWN!

Pitney Bowes Tracking

Horrible customer service. Lady can't even speak English. Keeps repeating "Ma'am we are un able to help when my tracking states Pitney bowes and the retailer stated to contact them because the shipment has been delayed 5 days at a facility 20 minutes away from my house. Will never purchase through them again. Use ups or fedex. This company is a complete joke

Pitney Bowes Trying to terminate lease #0012660673

Ihave been trying to terminate my lease for four months. Finally I received a settlement notice that is totally wrong, wrong lease term and settlement amount. Then when I emailed back I received a email stating I never responded and they cancelled the case. I now have spend over 30 minutes on phone only to have rep disconnect my call. I called back and now have been placed on hold for over 10 minutes. If id do nit hear from somebody within 24 hours I will be issuing a complaint with the BBB. I will also be contacting your CEO.

For some reason this never ends. The pitney bowes customer service is horrible. After many months and 25 phone calls and emails , we are still at a loss. Last week, after many hours on the phone, we finally got someone to email us a Postage Label to return the meter !

This info. was not correct. We paid the settlement by check a week ago. Then we logged into PB.COM and saw that we only had less than 30 days left on the lease. We would like to get the check back 375.49 as our lease was ending within the next 30 days. The lease was aprox. 87.00 every 3 months, so with simple math, that is 29.00 or less.

What bothers us the most is "Lack of Honesty" and "Lack of Customer Service" no satisfaction while trying to return the defective postage meter. Very poor business practice to give false information and little communication with customers.

We are opening a case with the BBB and filing a complaint. Small claims court is next.

We are downsizing and no longer need a meter.

This is possibly the worst company we have ever done business with through the decades. We are social media influencers and will leave comments .

Pitney Bowes tracking

We returned an AT&T cracked phone last of October, 2021 and was given a packing slip showing #610733661990020174337349. We dropped this off at the USPS in Tillmans Corner, Mobile, AL. We are now being charged $275 for a phone that you are showing no record of. The post office says that there is another number that is assigned to the label. We do not show a corresponding number on the packing slip. This is an ATT blaming the post office and the post office blaming your company. How does the above number get reassigned to your company?
We need to resolve this as soon as possible.

Pitney bowes has an internal tracking number that is different from USPS.

i use parcelsapp[dot]com/ which shows both numbers when it changes hands. Once USPS hands it off to pitney from what i understand they deactivate the tracking. it might be in their system but it wont show updated locations.

as for the charge i dont know how you can get that back if its lost in transit.
