On September 4th, 2023 I revisited the DARCAR dealership in New Carollton, MD to trade in my 2014 Chrysler 300 and to purchase a new 2023. I passed the closest dealership to me because of the outstanding customer service I received. I thought it was the same boy was i wrong.
I was offered about $10,000 of products. After I looked it over and realized it was to expensive. I went back to the dealership and ask for my car or remove the packages. The Manager came in all hostile and told me he can not take the packages off and that my car was sold he was only going to remove 3 of the packages and my note will remain the same and the refund will be sent to the bank and i don't want it than the bank will just come get my car.
I did not understand why he left the wheel lock and nitrogen package on for a charge of $295.00 when the locks where on the car when I got it. Also you left the Assurance on the car which included a tire check and nitrogen added at no cost.
The manager was rude and I would never advise anyone purchase
Chrysler if this is the way the treat senior afro American citizens.
I did not understand why I was paying $4.00 to destroy tires
$500.00 for dealer processing,
$874.00 for commission which sates not required by law.
I asked about this and was told this price was in the quote. What Quote.
The finance person did not see the wet paper that my salesman
James Asieud-pani said he had told and showed me which was lies.
This dealearship should represent Chryrsler. I wrote a bad survey and
was contacted by Ali he said he was going to reach out to the Manager
who was on vacation. I have not heard a word.
I need some one to reach out to me to explain.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my products not to the bank.. an apology and explain why I can have the products removed and money refunded to me.
