Cinapalace Free trial charged twice 50 euros - two perpetuators working together.

I heared in Portugal that this should be a place where you could watch films without cost. I gave info about myself under the premises that nothing should be charged unless I order any product. Inever ordered anything. Never used. Have no other contact of any kind.

Later I discovered that CINAPALACE.COM. LONDON. UNITED KINGDOM figured on my monthly Eurocard statement

Cinapalace Free trial that I was charged 45 euro for

I wanted to watch a film I signed up for a free trial no were said anything about any money I was never once contacted to say anything wud cost me anything and I just recieved a bank statement to say this website charged me 45 euro it is an absolute disgrace . I will be taking this matter a lot further I am reporting this incident . The 45 euro better be put back into my account asap and I want to unsubscribe to Any other very misleading crap you have on your website and an apology

Cinapalace Misrepresentation

In early October 2015, I visited the Cinapalace.com website and was informed by them that it was a free service, and I would not be charged for anything without my agreement. I never ordered anything or signed up for any offers that would cause a charge to be made, and thought no more about it. I have now found that I have been charged against my credit card for the past three months to CINAPALACE [protected]. For Sept 03 £32.68 plus Non Sterling fee £0.96. For Oct 03 £32.79 plus Non Sterling fee £0.96. For Nov 04 £32.35 plus Non Sterling fee £0.95. Which totals as £100.69 GBP. My e-mail address is [protected]@hotmail.com My Credit Card # is [protected]. i believe CINAPALACE has taken monies from my credit card without my permission, and I would like CINAPALACE to refund me £100.69GBP back to my credit card [protected]. Cinapalace Unauthorized transaction and taking funds

I was shocked when I received a message from my phone that CINAPALACE.COM has charged me $1.03 on 20/08/2015 after I tried a free trial as per the websites advertisement. I forgo that transaction but the second time I received another message charging me of $49.95 on 25/08/2015 for a transaction I did not authorize. I did not even watch any movie from that site and here charging me for nothing.

Please refund my money.

Cinapalace Unauthorised taking of funds

I have never authorised this company to take money from me. I have not used their services and i need the money refunded as I am not in a position to just throw money around My bank account says they charged me $70.62 . Please make sure this complaint is noted.

Cinapalace unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account

I bought a telephone at a cost of 1 euro paid by card and was offered a five day free trial by Cinapalace to download films on the net .I was not interested and did not even bother to read their advert sometime later I was looking at my bank account and found a withdrawal for 45.81 euros.I tried to make contact with them by phone several times to no avail eventually I did make contact by mail to be told I was now a member having passed the five day trial period.I told them I did not want to be a member and never authourised 45.81 payment.
They replied that they would stop my membership and offered me 3 months free to make up I imagine for the loss ( I would rather call it stealing ) of my money.This is obviously a scam on a giant scale as many countries are involved and a lot of money is being taken by these people...I was mugged how many other people are in the same boat ?

I went to buy something at work this morning only to find I didn't have enough because cinapalace had charged my card $49.95 what I don't know. I never authorized them to charge my card for anything. I want to make a complaint about money taken out of my credit card. I have never gave permission for you to take any money from my account. The amount is $65.99 a month and I want it back. I don"t even no what it is for. I hope I received a quick r reply. Not happy. Joy Rickwood

I'm so pissed off right now i went to use my debit card to find that i was declined because there was not enough money in there. I have online banking so was checking my transaction history to find that i was charged by a site i didn't even know called cinapalace. I had no clue what it was till i started searching the web to see where my money had gone to find this site. I am asking that my money be reimbursed to me due to not authorizing this transaction.

Cinapalace Illegally taken money

I signed up for a free now let me say again free as they state in their advertisement a free trial to watch movies. As soon as i signed up i looked at the account i had just set up with them and saw they charged me $1. 50. At that very instant i got their phone number and spoke to customer service and canceled. I explained to them what free meant and it doesnt mean $1. 50. She supposively canceled the $1. 50 and the free trial wihich is just a bait tacted for this garbage company according to all the complaints im reading about cinapalace stealing money from peoples accounts. It theft. . . Yes theft. Now, a week later i check my own priivate bank account and see that cinapalace withdrew $49. 95 from my account. I am on disability and dont get much to survive and they caused a slew of problems by illegally making an unauthorized transaction to steal my money. The owner will be a millionaire if not already by the theft he / she is allowing and committing. I spoke to my bank and i will not stop there. Bbb is just one of the many agencies and authorities i am going to report them to. Thieves i will put you out there. It may take time but its going to happen. I needed that money to fix my ac in my car in south florida in august do yo have any idea how hot it is and i have my 4 year old grandson i have to take everywhere with me and they robbed me and i have to suffer along with my grandchild by their greed.

19th November NZ$76.39 Cinapalace.com 16, 14thOctober NZ$76.67 Cinapalace11 I signed up to get free movies online, thinking there would be a one of charge.I gave them my credit details, but didn't complete the process. since then iv'e been charged the above. I would like a full refund, as I haven't used the service .Also I have had email correspondence from them

Detta övergår mitt förstånd och är egentligen kriminella handlingar från Cinaplaces´sida som fortsätter att debitera och ta pengar från mitt konto för något jag aldrig beställt. Varför Cinapalace har fått tillgång till mitt konto är beroende av att man beställt ett engångsarrangemang för att se på fotboll via internet, för gratis visning eller 1 €. Det här är alltså inte förenligt med sunda affärsmetoder.
Ingen har från min sida heller aldrig sett på någon film via denna kanal eller på något sätt tagit del av eventuella arrangemang eller varor.
För att kunna ta pengar från ett konto skulle det behövas ett underskrivet avtal. Detta har alltså självklart inte skett.
Cinapalace är tydligen medvetet kriminella och lurar upp folk helt medvetet.
På något sätt har Cinapalace fått mitt kontonummer och fortsätter att stjäla pengar från mitt konto med ca 46 € per månad.
Varför jag inte har reagerat tidigare beror på att jag legat sjuk under en period.
Nu kommer jag att stänga av mitt konto.
Det finns tydligen väldigt många som blir bedragna och lurade eftersom det är massor av klagomål som sändes in via internet,

Cinapalace Money taken from bank

I wish to make this complaint on behalf of my son who, when checking his bank statement that the above company has been taking payments from his bank account. 4 monthly payments. Unknowing to my son, he had never registered wth the company. But he believes that his card had been used fraudently. He has contacted his bank, and they said to contact the company. Which doesnt make sense when he has never used the company. So we looked it up on google. Hence the phone number found on the webb page. Apparently the company rent films. T

Cinapalace automatically charging fee

CinaPalace asks me to sign up and says no risk free trial or something, it asks a credit card number which now i know is used for deducting money later. At first it seemed to be able to offer the movie i wanted but it was a lie, and it is very easy to forget to cancel its whatever a plan. Or it just charges you for about $50 after i don't know how many days, and refuses to refund. Act like it cannot be more normal. OMG

My Credit card was charged a fee of $55.60 by cinapalace without my consent on the 24/04/2014.

I did not download any movies from this company at all.

Signed up for free trial but cancelled before trial period ended. They still charged 8 months fee on my credit card! Stay away from this offer.

Cinapalace Steals money

This company is a complete and utter SCAM! Their is no information about monthly charges, and they automatically take money off you when you have never agreed to this! They charge YOU, the customer, to stop them stealing money from you! The movies they advertise as having, they dont even have them - this company is a gigantic SCAM! Do not use them!

I have a problem with this site it is a total scam I had problems with watching a movie and this site popped up to make me believe that if I wanted to watch the movie to watch it using that site with a free trial. Two weeks later unknown to me I was charged $76.00, now reading some complaints if I cancel I will be charged to cancel what a rip off I am not a happy camper and now I have to go and change things at my bank how inconvenient to me so annoyed.

Wanted to watch football but my sky subscription was not in place by then. So a friend recommends we use cinaplace website to watch for the match. Promise was it was free for the trial. Was asked card details and gave them. Later I rcvd an invoice saying £0.00 which was in line with their promise. A day later I got a bill of £0.16 didn't think much Abt it. Now Two days later my card has been charged £31.00. I've called my Bank to cancel card. Do not use their website to cancel lest the website will automatically charge you other fees.

I was charged USD49.99 on 4 February 2013 and again today on 4 March 2013. I was totally unaware that I have inevitably "subscribed to monthly membership" when I visited the site to look for online movie. Their registration required Credit card details for authencity, but no amount was specified and I never made any purchased nor tick any box for membership! This is definitely a very manipulative way of exploiting consumer trust and serious case of credit card fraud!

I ordered free trial online from cinapalace.com. I contacted their customer service before making order. They told that trial is FREE and I only have to pay for shipping. After a week I was charged $46 more and they behave like it is normal. They tell that I subscribed for weekly product delivery. Lie…

I did not ask for membership nor have I used this service. I was charged $49.95 on 418 and again today $49.95 on 518. I want to be reimbursed ASAP and no more charges!

I have been ripped off as well. The details on situation are the same as others ... Never signed up for anything and they have made it almost impossible to cancel or to contact anyone in their fake company! Something must be done they are stealing and are criminals!

I too have just discovered 2 charges to my credit card made by these people amounting to $99.90 in the last 2 months. I have never even heard of these people. Have no idea how they have my card details either. Had to contact my card issuers and get a block put on the card until I can call during office hours to lodge a billing dispute. From what I read on hear and elsewhere these people are just a bunch of crooks. Can never figure how this type of fraud is allowed to go on and the people doing it seem to get away with it. How is it that they are allowed to stay in business with all these complaints being registered? Are they above the law?

el 21 de enero de 2016 recibi un email de parte de google que decia que por ser la visitante numero ? me regalarian un mes de servicios gratuitos de peliculas, me pidieron que registrara la tarjeta de credito por si en el futuro deseaba comprar, que no me aplicarian ningun gasto a la tarjeta. en febrero me hicieron un debito de $49.95 no autorizado, llame al banco e informe. cinapalace dice que yo autorice la transacion y se niegan a devolver el dinero, pero yo no lo autorice.
