Love the app but has some bugs
The app has been designed very nicely but for the last few days facing 2 issues.
1. When using it on 4G networks every time it says “connection failed” but it works fine on WiFi. BTW data option is turned on for this app.
2. Also the Touch ID does not show on 4G connection.

Very much secured and filled with many features
City touch is the best app I have ever seen with others bank. Very easy to use and more secured to keep my information hide. Just a click is needed and also have a fingerprint secured system through which I don’t need to press my password for every single time log in. It is just more than awesome.

This app is bothering me, when I open this app then it told me to check update for new version then I went App Store for checking but it show me that my running app is up to date, so why I can't login into it and why it told me again again for check update. It's really bad for all iPhone user like me.
Great app, needs few improvements
This app is a very easy to use and convenient one and is one of the reasons I have maintained my account with City Bank. However, it would be great if I could view account transactions of at least the last 6 months. Plus, it would be great if I didn't have to add separate beneficiaries for NPSB and BEFTN transfers.
No frequent update or bug fixes
I used to love the app because of it usability. But it seems now there is no frequent update or bug fixes. Currently, this doesn't work well. It loads for a long period of it. Also, adding the credit card option doesn't work at all. Hopefully, they will fix all the issues as soon as possible to better customer support.
The worst mobile banking app ever!
This is absolutely the worst mobile banking app I’ve ever seen! It doesn’t work with mobile data even the movile data setting is enabled! And moreover most of the time it shows the error that their server is temporarily down! Too much annoying for a banking app where people have their emergency needs for various services!
New version has serious issues
This new version has some severe issues. In the previous app, I could easily pay my AmEx bills but in this updated version of citytouch, I'm unable to do so. Also when I try to add a beneficiary for mobile bill payments, the app hangs. Although the new app is eye soothing and has lots of new gimmicks, it's functionality has dropped to almost 0.
signup problem
When I enter my account number and press done it says connection problem. My internet connection is working fine. Moreover there is no visible input for mobile number and email. Even the name input section doesn’t work at all. First time City with touch experience is the worst one. Even if you notice the review section no reply from tech support.

if any one uses city touch, he/she feels very reliable & safe with monitory terms. this the best app for withdrawal money even you can tk 1 can withdraw which other Banks does not approve u.
however, transferring money bank to bank, bkash, mobile recharge, buying tickets everything in city touch app you will find.

Displeasure interface
The app interface on previous version was much more attractive than the current version. While updating the app, I thought something new experience will happen whereas a complete dislike of interface arrived.
This is not acceptable at all. This impacts on my rating on this latest app version.
Hope they will bring an attractive interface in next update.

I like this app. Pretty simple, easy to use. But I believe this app will be better with notifications. When we send and receive any payments we don’t receive notifications. Also we don’t see endorsement amount in the app. I had to call service center for how much dollars I have left. These parts can be improved. FaceID and TouchID authentication would be a nice feature.
Not working with iPhone latest version
This app is automatically closed during the operations, and the credit card function is not working smoothly. Maximum time the data is showing loading... And closed the app. I am using this app for the last two years, but I am not happy with this app. I have two other bank app. There has no issue. They have developed the app properly. This city touch app is still now amateur.
The best in BD
From the beginning of this app launch, I am using this and have to say this app is great! I have also used so many other fin app of BD but no one is as much convenient as Citytouch app. It’s never been so easy to get a bank service without going to the bank but Citytouch just makes this more easier. Thanks to City Bank for this wonderful app and also others can learn from this app.
Credit card Bill
Paid my visa credit card bill through citytouch app and got message and email that my bill is cleared and even i called at your customer care and they told me “YES” my visa credit card bill is cleared bt in CITYTOUCH APP its still showing that my bill is outstanding , refreshed it but still show outstanding.
Talked again with customer care they told me that it takes time to update the transactions in CITYTOUCH APP and told me to wait.
PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE.
Skin becomes blank white
When making any transfer whether to mobile or bank, the skin becomes white after providing the pin and hide the keyboard to proceed next. The skin gets blank. I can only go back and start over then same thing happens. Can you please provide a fix? Can’t transfer money to anywhere.
Also the app UI a bit confusing. Whether a field is editable or not and where to tap on the screen to write text on a text field. Even the agent was struggling in front of me with the UI.
Very clumsy and prehistoric

I have been using this app for a year or so and from day 1 it was a headache. The app UI is awful and the whole UI fails as I still cannot believe how hard you guys have made to use. I use PRIME BANKS altitude service for years and man those guys know how to make an app that is user friendly and very easy to use. Also your security systems lack every single thing, you don’t have log in notifications and 2 way verification. I hope you guys take it in a good light and upgrade your app so that we “the laymen can have a hassle free day.

Legit Scammer
This app is a scam. I was trying to recharge my mobile, they showed connection error. Then I tried again and the same error was shown. Then I exited the app and few mins later I got 2 withdrawal text from the bank. The money was deducted from my account but I didn’t receive any money on my phone. It’s not the first time that it happened with me, it happened many times before. I never approached them for this little amount of money but they’re doing this dirty thing again and again. When the money got deducted and it showing in payment history then why I didn’t receive the money and why didn’t I get the confirmation email from the bank?
Value added service problem
After correctly adding all information in beneficiary for tuition fee for NSU. Then when I go to Value added services > select tuition fee > select nick name > after selecting nick name there showing wrong information (“in text field of student ID there showing my nick name “ & in student name section there showing my student ID”). App should represent Student id in student id text field and in the section of student name it should represent the student name. Because of this problem I faced “wrong id/ connection failed” pop up message. Please kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. In android version i don’t face this problem but in ios version I found this problem.

Dysfunctional App
This app has been dysfunctional for the last 6 months. Totally unacceptable from City Bank Limited. Most of the options don't work. They should fix these bugs or take the app down from App Store
Login problem again
What is wrong with app again? It shows loading every time I try to login. I tried many times deleting and reinstalling the app for logging but it’s still the same. I might have to change my mind.
Don't connect
After updating the app v.3 today it looks stunning, but after login when I'm trying connect that time it says connection failed & no OTP received in my mobile/mail. Developer team please check that problem.

Stupid app
For last 1 month the app is just going uselessly, can’t log into the app, every time showing the same issue, whereas i have given the right id & pass its showing a meaningless bug, fed up with this app.. giving 00 to this app
2 MONTHS, NOT FIXED!
How devs are ignored is that users are saying that the app crashes while opening. IDK other devices are happening the same but my device *iPhone 6as well as other users of this model facing the problem. Waiting for the next update.

App keeps crashing right after login
Whenever I enter my credentials and login, the app crashes and it takes me back to home screen. Same thing happens to another iPhone (different model) user at my home. This keeps happening and we are unable to access our Citytouch account. Please fix the bug asap.
Disappointing
The new restriction on how many transactions I can do is very cumbersome. It took me 2 days to settle my credit card accounts because the app insists on 10 minutes gaps between 2 transactions. I did one then waited and forgot and this did later. I hope they change this feature soon.

There is no way you can retrieve your password if you live abroad! Poor and old SMS method works only for the domestic client! There is no way you can retrieve your password via email! I'm gonna close my account asap i go back to BD

Deadly Slow App
The app is too slow to use. It’s not usable anymore. Each operation in the app either gets timeout or something went wrong type messages or takes minutes to get data from servers. Please improve the app performance like NexusPay or similar.
