I got my Dune II Dimensional freestanding tub from Clarke Products, Inc on Feb 19, 2021. When I checked it out, I saw some scratches, dents, and cuts on the outside. I tried to get in touch with them through their website, Facebook messenger, and phone, but no one answered. I wanna talk to them about fixing the surface, but I can't seem to get through.

We got a clarke waterfall tub with skirt for our bathroom remodel. We thought it was new, but the base was cut and replaced with non-waterproof wood. The factory fiberglass dripped over the cut edges and onto the wood. We saw it in the photos. The tub is under warranty, so we asked for a new one. We've been trying to fix this since August 21.

I called *** and they told me to hit up Clarke straight up for the piece. On 12.27.2021 I emailed and started calling Clarke. It's been 2 weeks now and they ain't returned my email or the 2 voicemails I left. I called like 20 times (every day of the week, different times during their business hours) and nobody picks up the phone. *** tried to contact them too, but no dice. I spent mad cash on the tub and my plumber can't install it. Our whole renovation project is on pause and I'm stuck with a pricey paperweight. *** tried to help, but they don't know what to do 'cause it's just a part that's missing. I ain't just gonna let go of $2000 like that - I need that missing part ASAP 'cause this delay is costing me more money in construction and rent.
