After search high and low for a specific Vortex scope I found that Classic Firearms had them in stock. I ordered 3 and an air block and tube. Shipping & delivery was on time however the air tube was a defect. Here where a reputable company shines and where Classic Firearms does not. After sending pictures and jumping thru all the hoops Classic does I finally got a store credit. What I wanted was a replacement tube. Their last comment to me via email was they have forward my request to the appropriate department which is apparently the round file as I have never heard from them again. I've got my scopes and they can keep the $10 credit for the tube and shove it up their a*** Last year I spent well over $10K on firearms and accessories and they will never see another dime from me... AVOID CLASSIC FIREARMS AT ALL COST... they dont give a rats a*** about you or customer service and I no longer give a rats a*** about Classic Firearms. Go smoke a t*** in h

Order was placed on Jan 6th, 2021 No updates on the website, order is still in processing: ready for picking, called their phone number only to get an automated message and hungup on, no response from email support. I was informed from friends that have done business before with classic that they were a good and reputable company, but with how poor the service is currently I will not do business with them again. 1/26: Finally got through the phone line without being hung-up by their automated system. I've been told the reason for their delay is due to changing warehouses. Still doesn't explain why three weeks later the order has not moved out of ready for picking status. 2/2: Nearly 4 weeks later and still no movement on my order. I've called again and they gave me another excuse of a "programming issue" with their warehouse. Before I could get a response from the representative (Stephanie) she hung up my call as I asked a series of questions and saying this is unacceptable.
Poor customer service. Recently found ***. Entered several of the contests. Once I entered the 4th the entires and referrals wouldnt show to receive entries. Sent the link and those I sent the link entered. I received no credit. Would log into my account and no entries were awarded. When I contacted Classic Firearms about no one cared and last email to them has gone unanswered 5 days and no assistance. If a contest is this problematic then buying a firearm would be the same or worse. My goals was to buy, low prices. *** is a bust. Dont trade with these folks. Lost my business in buying any weapons or supplies from this very poor company. Goes to show that no one cares any longer. There are those who still care. Classic Firearms does not and should go out of business.
Bad place to do business with. I ordered a couple of .22 magazines that they shipped through *** On the delivery day I was home all day and nothing showed up. I called Classic and they filed a claim which of course *** denied. Another call to classic and I was told that's it no replacement or refund on order. I was told to file a police report and provide "proof" that the delivery was never made. So now I'm out $100.00 and I would advise people to read the many reviews that read the same as mine.
Good Lord, I had to put a positive review in here after seeing all the negatives.I have ordered two firearms, and several ammunition shipments from Classic Firearms, and have -always- received the purchased items in good shape/order, shipped and received in a timely manner.I only just recently purchased *** rounds of 9mm ammunition for a price that I thought was pretty good for JHP ammunition. Received in perfect shape, and in very short order, despite the recent issues with the shipping industry not having enough drivers.I'm extremely happy with Classic Firearms, and how they've served me.
Their gun giveaways are a scam. I was notified yesterday, 3/23/2022 that I had won the recent Geissele Green *** Duty AR. I was sent a friend request on *** and then a link in Messenger. I proceeded to click on the link and download the app on my phone. They wanted screenshots as proof I had downloaded the app and set up an account. I did and sent proof. Then they sent me another screenshot wanting to know if I made it to a certain screen, so I got on the app and proceeded to continue after logging back in. I stopped when they asked for my ss#. I continued my conversation on Messenger with them and told them I am not giving that kind of info. They replied that it is fine, it is needed to log in. I said no it isn't, I have already logged in, you want me to actually set up an account with my personal info and I will not do it. I then sent them a message giving them the *** info for where to send the prize. They sent a message back saying they will when I show them a screenshot of what they wanted. I then got ahold of the ComplaintsBoard.com and was having a conversation with them at the same time. They wanted to know what state Classic Firearms was located, when I asked, the answer I was given was "". I told them that was not good enough, I need a specific state because the ComplaintsBoard.com wants to know. Then I get a message from Messenger saying that Classic Firearms unsent a message and was no longer available on Messenger. So, I went to their *** page and their content was also unavailable. After a few hours it was back up, so I got their email address and sent them an e-mail explaining what happened and today I get and e-mail showing a new winner of the contest. I hope this review brings down this BS company and their false giveaways. Go on *** and you find several people posting vids that these are fake contests. I will no longer deal with this company or their content. I hope many others will too.
I had purchased a fairly expensive firearm from this company on Friday April 10th
I had purchased a fairly expensive firearm from this company on Friday April 10th. I got my FFL to mail them a copy of his license the following Monday. I would get automated emails each day at 6AM Action Needed, we need your FFL to ship your order. I would resend 4 more copies, respond to every automated email and go through 8 days of this with zero contact (other than their automated ***) from them before the FFL was filed. Day 26, my account has an automatic display that my order is in line to be packaged and shipped (almost 20 days in line?!?!?!) I know things are super backed up; But, I get 3 emails a day to buy from them, zero responses from my emails and that is what frustrates me, they work from home and get lazy. They have seen my emails. They have my money. The want a 15% restocking fee; But, they are about to be empty handed. This is when you know if anyone values you, when things get tough and Classic Firearms is apparently staffed with people who are looking for pay day and have a not my job mentality. Too big to care, from where I stand.
Wish I could rate lower than One Star
Wish I could rate lower than One Star. I paid an extra $50 for Hand Select for 2 *** Carbines. I received one *** and one National Postal Meter. The Postal Meter carbine was the best by far and that is damning faint praise. Apparently Hand Select means pull the Worst Available at Classic Firearms. There was rust on the parkerizing, the barrels were freckled with absolutely No Finish whatsoever. One of the carbines that I was shipped was even missing the magazine..To top it off, I am out $50+, on return shipping & insurance, another $50, for FFL transfer fees. Classic Firearms then had the Cahones to retain $50, on one carbine and $75 on the 2nd carbine of my refund for the initial purchase ($125 total). Why ? They said to cover initial shipping and insurance. Finally, when I asked about it, Classic *** told me that they were being Generous. I shouldve read all the reviews on this place and I would still have $225, of my money. I have since bought 2 each, very nice carbines on Gunbroker that I could see pics of pre-purchase. Dont Deal with Classic Firearms unless you Love long shot gambling.
Classic Firearms is a joke
Classic Firearms is a joke. A literal joke. I bought an AR 15 from them, paid for it, and they sent it to an FFL dealer as required. However, they sent an AR with a different stock, hand grip, and magazine, essentially a different weapon. I paid $40 for this gun transfer. Their solution was to send a FedEx packing slip for return, disregarding the $40 fee. I trusted them to deliver what I purchased. I've spent thousands with them, only to be dismissed and undervalued as a customer. The staff was condescending, offering no customer-focused solutions. Now, I must either keep the gun and purchase the correct stock for $50 or return it and forfeit the $40. No consumer would find this acceptable. I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid this company; despite tempting prices and selection, their lack of quality assurance and mere role as a middleman is evident. Unlike Amazon, which resolves issues with third-party sellers, Classic Firearms leaves customers to fend for themselves.
I really wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing from this shady business
I really wish I had seen these reviews prior to purchasing from this shady business. I purchased a case of 9mm wolf ammo for 565 after tax and shipping. They shipped fedex but i never received the ammo. I followed the fedex delivery on the app and the day it was supposed to be delivered which I believe was a sat, it never showed up. then it went to pending and then to next day. This went on for about 3 days. Then on Wed the fedex app said delivered but delivered the day prior which was Tuesday. Well, I have cameras and no one from fedex showed up at my door any one of the days. Yeah, I was confused as well. I called fedex and put a claim in and they wouldn't do anything since it said delivered. I then took it uo with classic firearms and they said they'd open an investigation with fedex and ultimately did nothing cause FedEx said they delivered. I also bought the shipping insurance. So then I disputed it with my bank and I have lost that as well since FedEx lied and said it was delivered. This seems to be a running thing with classic firearms. Stay far far away from them. I hope they go out of business, this company is garbage. They have zero customer service and just don't care.
I'm not the kind of person who complains much
I'm not the kind of person who complains much. I understand bad things happen sometimes. But my experience with classic firearms is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I've made 3 purchases from classic firearms. The first one went fine. The second one, they neglected to tell me that the item I ordered was out of stock. After a month of waiting, I reached out to their customer service. They gave me a generic response that didn't address my concern. After reaching out to them again, I finally got a real answer to when I could expect my order. Okay, fine. I finally got my order nearly three months later. Recently I made another order that got lost in shipping. The tracking says delivered, but no where to be found. I reached out to their customer service again, and despite having purchased package insurance, they won't do anything about it. I'll reiterate that I'm understanding that sometimes things happen. What bothers me about classic firearms is their lack of any concern with trying to address customer complaints. Not only did they not do anything to fix the problems, they don't even pretend to care or make an effort to fix it. They will never get another dime from me and I would advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.
Placed order for item on 11/17 for a M1 Carbine, Paid extra for "Hand Selected
Placed order for item on 11/17 for a M1 Carbine, Paid extra for "Hand Selected". Total came to $1,595.72 with shipping, tax and hand select option. Item received on 11/24. Item was in absolutely terrible condition (Rusted and pitted metal, Chunks of wood missing from the stock and a thick layer of dirt and grime covering the entire rifle). Contacted customer support on 11/24 and explained that the item description and pictures on their website do not match the item I received. They asked for pictures, So I sent 30 detailed pictures then got a return authorization. I shipped the rifle back and when they refunded me they kept $110.76. I called customer support and they said that was a shipping and credit card fee. Completely unacceptable. This company charges a premium then creates false advertisements in the form of stock photos and inaccurate website descriptions to lure buyers in. When I called to inquire about the $110.76 I was shorted I was given a run around by the agent, When I requested to talk with a manager I was indirectly told no and that I agreed to any return fees during purchase. This was my first purchase through Classic Firearms and it will absolutely be my last. Absolutely disgusted with the quality of products and lack of customer service.
Placed an order of 9mm ammo, **** rds/2 large boxes, and it was received on time, but then the fun began
Placed an order of 9mm ammo, *** rds/2 large boxes, and it was received on time, but then the fun began. I have to collect the shipment out of state, but the delay has no bearing on the quality of shipping preparation, and THAT is the sole responsibility of ClassicFirearms. The packages were not sealed to ship the weight. First, they were the manufacturers boxes, so contents were displayed for the world to see. Second, paper tape was used to "reseal" the boxes, and had not been moistened to adhere. What a joke. Third, one box had been tampered with, it had been resealed with clear tape over the paper tape (that got stuck inside under the opened flap), and a 50 round box was missing. Notified customer service and was supposedly working with ***, but after all the pictures and communication, was essentially brushed off and told tough luck. He said too late to file a claim with the shipper. No, not the true issue. If you had packaged properly, my order would have arrived intact and no claim needed. When the email came on what I thought of their service, I told them straight up, it was bad, including all details. They never saw fit to contact me, or make any type of adjustment for the stolen ammo or my trouble. For the value of my order, I thought they would have wanted to keep a customer, but they made it clear that all they cared about was the money and service be damned. I wont make a second mistake with them.

I ordered a Mdl 81 Beretta pistol from Classic Firearms on February 3
I ordered a Mdl 81 Beretta pistol from Classic Firearms on February 3. Note the following quote from Classic Firearms' purchase confirmation of my order "If you chose a Preferred Dealer or any other highlighted dealer from our drop-down list when you placed your order, then we already have their license on-file." My choice of an FFL dealer was then approved by Classic Firearms. However, although the FFL dealer I selected had notified Classic Firearms that they no longer held an FFL in May, Classic Firearms continued to identify that selected FFL as an appropriate choice. In my order placed on February 3, Classic Firearms not only included my selected FFL dealer on their internal list but also verbally approved that selection, even though that dealer had notified Classic Firearms 8 months prior to my purchase that they were no longer a licensed FFL dealer. Subsequently, the pistol that I purchased was sent to a non-FFL dealer, was thence returned to Classic Firearms (which return has not been acknowledged by Classic Firearms at this time), and has resulted in no refund of the purchase price plus a shipping and restocking fee. Basically, Classic Firearms abdicated their responsibility to be a reputable firearms vendor by not providing a guaranteed assurance that the FFL dealer which I selected and which Classic Firearms approved actually possessed a valid FFL and that there would be no mishandling of my purchase and would enable the appropriate delivery of that firearm. At this time, conversations with the representatives of Classic Firearms has resulted in the statement that my circumstance is not their problem. My recommendation to any potential purchaser of goods from Classic Firearms is that the purchaser should carefully weigh his or her options and determine if any cost savings that might be obtained from buying from Classic Firearms is worth the good chance that the firearm purchased will not be delivered as promised.
I ordered a 20 in barrel for my rifle that never made it to me
I ordered a 20 in barrel for my rifle that never made it to me. The package (which was a plastic pouch) and sent through FedEx was dropped off and the contents (the barrel) was no where to be found. I contacted Classic Firearms customer service explaining the situation and asked what steps do we need to take to resolve this. Spoke with Brett S. Via email and he asked for pictures of the package so they could file a claim on my behalf with Fedex. I responded back with pictures and asked for a timeframe on when I should expect a refund or a new shipment. I'm now 3 emails, 4 weeks in and $107.68 down and still have not received a response back (literally nothing) complete communication silence from CF. Now my first red flag was the plastic pouch the 20" heavy barrel was shipped in, never had a barrel shipped that way, they always come in a box and secured well. Today as of 25 July I find out that the ATF performed an investigation in A fedex facility in Bloomington CA. Because of firearms possibly being stolen. Now my second red flag- I read on here (ComplaintsBoard.com) that other people are having the same issue of not receiving the items they've ordered from CF and dealing with poor customer service. I'm starting to wonder if they (Classic Firearms) might be apart of some illegal gun ring and fedex employees are following through with it. I filed my own claim today with Fedex without the help of Classic Firearms, it says most claims are resolved in 5-7 days. It's been 4 weeks since Brett S. said he would file the claim. Now I'm a fisherman so I know when something smells fishy. I'm planning to contact the ATF to have a formal investigation into Classic Firearms and Fedex. I'm sure CF is running a legitimate business but their shipping department/ warehouse employees could be into some shady work (giving the way my barrel was shipped) Fedex or any shipping company should be accountable if firearms, gun parts or ammo are lost/stolen during the shipment. I don't want my hobby that I enjoy be the reason someone innocent gets hurt.

Classic Firearms
Classic Firearms. Record sales, Record profits. Crazy busy folding money hand over fist. To even cosnider offering ANY customer service. In March I ordered twenty 33 round Glock magazine's. I asked them to please box and package these items well. As the UPS and FedEx folks are very hard on packages. Then I paid for the Classic Firearms recommend additional insurance. When these twenty new Glock magazines arrived. The bubble wrap envelope had tire tracks from a fork truck or some type of large wheel. Many magazines were sticking out of the envelope. I phoned Classic Firearms then sent clear pictures of the tire track. Plus the many holes in the bubble wrapped envelope. In March Classic Firearms sent a return label. I drove across town to drop the damaged package off. later that week in March, I stated I wanted new magazines, boxed up for delivery. As I would not consider any magazine that had been driver over to be new. Or trustworthy. Due to the ongoing Virus. Until recently you could not speak with a customer service agent. Today I spoke with a Classic Firearms customer service agent. I was told that my (damaged) twenty driven over 33 round Glock magazines. Have been resold. To some unsuspecting customer / customer's as new. Now after six months with horrible customer service. I was told if I wanted my 20 new 33 round magazines. That I ordered in March this year. I would need to repay $15.00 for shipping a second time. Even though I bought the recommended insurance. To add insult to injury, besides the fact that they have had my Visa payment for six plus months. They stated that my replacement magazines would be sent out in a bubble wrap envelope. After I pay for shipping a second time. The magazines in question were $8.00 each. I have not seen any new 33 round Glock magazine's sell for anything close to $8.00 each since. So when Classic Firearms resold my paid for 20 damaged magazines. For $12.00 each or more. They have made 20 x @$4.00 each= $80.00 profit. (All with my damaged goods and my money.) I feel this is criminal. Please note my honest online Yelp report. Which has gone unaswered. Classicfirearms.com states that they are religious. Please tell me what religion, is built on the above actions. Reminds me of a place called Sodom. Please take my wife... but leave my children. I feel bad for any Classic Firearms customer or customer's who paid good money for new magazine's. Then we're sent MY damaged or returned items. As a long time >>> past happy customer. It seems now that counting money is more important than the customer. As a disabled veterian, read the reviews. Have a laugh at those who have learned a lesson. Roll the dice, it's your turn next. Good luck to ya. ( Still waiting for my new boxed twenty 33 round Glock magazine's ) I have saved this review if it gets deleted. It has been six plus months. I will speak with folks about you selling returned and used damaged items as new.

They had a sweepstakes (3/31/22) and apparently two *** entered and one won. The odds of two people with the same name as ***, as well as, having the same last name initial of W. have got to be greater than winning the sweepstakes itself! Their customer support just blew me off with generic, scripted answers and couldn't acknowledge the fact that this was an extremely odd situation. This is not a case of being a sore loser. It does, however, look like a scam! Two *** (In 2022) entering the same sweepstakes for a firearm. That has got to be bigger odds than winning the sweepstakes! I see now why they have a 2 star rating! Buyer beware!

I purchased a polish Ak-47 from classic firearms and when it arrived I was shocked by the condition of the rifle. This was a rebuild JRA rifle and the stock had been installed so offset I could barely hold the rifle. The condition was atrocious and I am not confident this gun will get the green light from the gunsmith. With what I paid for this rifle I am disgusted they could provide a product like this. I wish I had not accepted the transfer.
Dont buy from them! Their customer service is horrible, I ordered a ZPAP 92 that was supposed to come with a rail already installed, of course the one I received did not. After several emails with *** at customer service, the one and only solution to resolve my issue was to contact the manufacturer. They must work out of their Garage and never see or handle the products they sell. Buyers BEWARE! You definitely wont get what you are paying for.
