SCAM... Same as other bad reviews you read on here, they will likely say is fake, but I have all the email conversation and WhatsApp's with Andy. Same story as everyone else who has left a bad review, the car broken down the day before it was due and they offered a refund. Week later I'm still chasing the refund and now can't get hold of Andy. I'm potentially going to lose £2450.

Beware all.
We used this service several times and each time the security was not returned. We were not alarmed as we continued to use the service and had immediate replies and communication from Andy.
The second we made a request to return the amounts Andy at first gave us a false promise - then said he was out of the country shooting videos?! Like that is our problem?
Since, there has been no response. We have continuously been contacting Andy - apparently owner and manager of this company. He has not returned 9000 GBP in security deposits.
Emails have been sent for months and ignored. Lawyer has now sent a notification, and again ignored. Moving forward with notifying the courts now.
Office location is also a fake.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Well, this is rich coming from Andrew Brown who, as of June 2024 currently has 14 CCJ's totalling £75k as he keeps promising cars, taking people's money and then not supplying the car or a refund. This information is available via any reputable credit agency. Check out his one star reviews on Trust Pilot, he's just stung us for £3,200. So all that you're reading above is desperate projection from a pathetic, serial scammer who spends most of his time writing fake reviews for his failing business.

Failed businessman who can’t make a decent living so has to steal money off people, create fake ego boosting articles. Very sad and desperate Mr Brown. We were pleasured to have two excellent delivery drivers: Andy and Shaq. They made the experience memorable - we've hired from several Classic Car Hire Companies over the years, and they are a class of their own. Hopefully, the owners will recognize these two Andy and Shaq for their outstanding service.

Enjoyed classic car parade for many years. very good company.. been happy to reccomend to friends and family for business and pleasure. Business started off good and has been proper ever since. I am a professional chauffeur, so needed a relaiable rental compay to accomodate my needs for a lux vehilces in london and surrounding areas. I would like to put them forward for all car uses.
delivery/collection twice
We took a car from Classic Parade last weekend for our anniversary (03/11/2018). The car we booked arrived as planned to our home in Hampshire in tidy condition by helpful delivery drivers, however it turned up with very little fuel in it. For a prestige company we were expecting a full tank, but after speaking with Tom I was refunded £50.00 which was a nice touch. Their reasons for an empty tank was due to time constraints as the car was delivered at 7.30am.
Will use again.

I wanted to update everyone on here about the complaint I put up ref classic cars. After publishing the complaint on here Andrew replied and said he would call me to discuss my problems that I experienced and he stayed true to his word and called me to discuss my problems and now he can understand from my point of view what my frustration was at the time and upto now with no one calling me to apologize etc. At the end of the day mistakes happen all the time and it's how that company puts the mistakes right that matters yes the car was different but I did get a car on the day I wanted it and yes it was late but again these things do happen after speaking to Andrew all this was corrected on the phone in a nice polite manner and I find myself now knowing I would use them again in the future. We have been victim of classic parade last year and still dealing with this company. They are submitting fake reviews now under my company details. We would like to stop this people and need all victims to contact Action Fraud team that they can collect more evidences and proofs against Classic Parade

How is it fair when a business owner has to come onto a website called Complaints Board to respond to complaints. There's no way to respond to good reviews as they don't actually exist on here. Has anyone ever heard of a Compliments or Approvals Board? Does anyone actually have the time of day to search for such a website to go on just to leave positive reviews only? Complaints Board has been designed for low vibrational people who have nothing better to do with their time but to moan and complain. Half decent review platforms create a fair environment for people to rate positively and negatively - Complaints Board should really be taken offline. Life is part positive and negative but it seems that Complaints Board is just pure negative.
Could you imagine despite after paying our hard earned monthly taxes; our NHS Hospitals would ONLY accept healthy patients. Complaints Board has clearly been structured to only attract the negative and capitalise on it.

In February I was meant to get a Lamborghini from them for my wedding day so I arranged to have it the day before so I could run my future wife to Liverpool to have her nails done by a famous nail technician which was explained at the time of booking and I was informed this wouldn't be a problem. But the evening before this day at around 10pm Andrew said unfortunately there is a problem with the Lamborghini and we will have to let you know later if it's fixable by this time there is less then 12 hours until I need to leave my home to get my wife to the nail technician (who's fully booked for at least 6months) so we start to panic as this is too late to arrange another vehicle. 1130pm comes and I call Andrew to find out what's happening and he says the cars no good we can send an Audi R8 but there is extra charges etc I say that isn't good enough and that an Audi R8 is not in the same league as a Lamborghini. He then says the only other option is a red Ferrari which again by this time It was nearly midnight so time was against me so I said ok we will take the Ferrari but it needs to be here the very latest 10am which he says yes defo will be. So went to bed annoyed but at least we had a nice car for the wedding and to go to Liverpool in. 10am came and went I was call Andrew no answer now I'm really panicking to shorten the story my future wife was in the car on our drive her car about to leave at 12pm when the ferrari finally turned up then they say I needed to pay more money for the rental and a higher deposit and there was no fuel in it by this time as you can imagine stress levels through the roof my wife nearly called the wedding off so I had to go ahead with it or we wouldn't of had the nice car for the photos. By the time we got to Liverpool we were that late I had to pay extra for the girl to see my wife but there was no way she could have the nails she wanted due to time restraints so least she had them done but not to how she wanted but with it being her big day she was very upset. I think all of this is bang out of order and we should of had money back not had to pay extra money for something I didn't want. Moral of the story is do not under any circumstances rely or use this company as you will get let down on your big day.

I don’t believe these problems that I’ve had and by the looks of things a lot of other people have had too are “genuine business problems” and I do believe your business is based on promising the world and delivering what you want to deliver or “can deliver” after the final hour leaving customers over a barrel and with no choice but to go with your other option which most of time is another choice of car and to pay more money like I did for a car of less standard then expected and not even any compensation but to have to pay more for the inconvienience and not even get the first time customer offer of a full tank of fuel is bad business which is why everyone should look else where if they want to hire a good reliable vehicle for there special day. Thanks for your reply but I feel this is just damage limitation. You should of trying to sort the problem out before I posted a bad review as you did say you were going to send a Lamborghini for me another time which hasn’t happened and you failed to reply to the email I sent you to request the cost of fuel to be refunded as I was a first time customer to you I get a free tank of fuel. Plus I understand about moving assets the problem I had was I got extra charges put on for a different vehicle and extra deposit the day before my wedding plus extra charges for extra mileage. This is what I say is wrong and you have people over a barrel at this point. Thanks joe.

So I had put down money to rent a Lamborghini Huracan with Classic Parade although I was really excited - I had read alot stuff on Complaints Board which panicked me a little.
Despite the doubt I had after reading all the negative things about Classic Parade - the Lambo arrived on time infact earlier and I had a thoroughly enjoyable 3 day hire over the weekend. After my hire, I received my deposit back with 2 working days and I found Andrew and his dispatch team very pleasant to deal with. I support Caren and the others who have had good service from Classic Parade.
Don't let the others on here bring you down. Classic Parade is a reputable company! See you again soon.

This company are very sketchy.
I made an enquiry online, they took my money for a rental, and deposit of £2000. Hours before the vehicle is due to turn up, I receive and email, to advise there is an issue with the car, and they will no longer be able to rent this to me. This is not my issue, as I have worked in car rental for 6+ years, I am aware, that sometimes these issues to come up, and there really isnt to much you can do. My issue is, they did not have the courtsey to at least call me to advise of this. In his email, he has asked for my bank details to refund the monies I have paid. I emailed back with my bank details, as this vehicle is needed for a wedding, asking for an immediate refund, as we will need to book another car elsewhere. This shouldnt be an issue, as they expect their customers to transfer money immediately, they should be able to do the same. I have no been calling Andrew for approximately 3 hours and have had no reply. This deeply saddens me, due to the fact that I am now £3200 out of pocket, and do not now have the money to rent another vehicle to drive a bride to their wedding tomorrow.
It seems as though the 1* reveiws on this page are correct. They just appear to be making interest on our money sat in their bank accounts.
Avoid at all costs.
Classic Parade have now been in touch and refunded all monies paid.

SCAM! FRAUD! BE AWARE!
Andrew Brown is a scam, he took our deposit for car hire and not refunding it.
Car was not delivered as agreed, car was in unacceptable condition with technical faults.
Complain made ASAP no response no money back no deposit back.
After done some researches online, there is a lot of stories about Andrew Brown from Prestige Car Club (it same people 100 %) who work under same fraud scheme, please have a read. You will be lucky if you have his dirty and faulty cars delivered to you! Andrew is now keep threatening us about putting our reviews online and asking to take it off, then he will refund our money, no way! We need to tell innocent people like us, not to be a another victim of this SCAM! We have all e-mails, photos, SMS to prove.
Police is involved already. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

Rented a car from Classic parade for an event! Recommended to a friend who told me about this website, was shocked to see so many bad comments and reviews. I’ve used Classic parade before and everything about my rental was absolutely fine. Car was delivered on time and on good condition.

I hate it when decent companies and staff get a bad reputation due to websites like these. I have used Classic Parade twice this year and both times have been meet with great service and excellent prestige cars.
I used classic parade to rent a car for my birthday, unfortunately due to external circumstances we had to cancel a day before. Andrew was very kind and understanding and sorted everything by end of the week.
