My Father purchased a brand new 2023 van from Mobility Work. Less than 6 months later the radiator blew up. Mobility works came and towed the van back to their store in Waukesha. To make a long story short. They had the van for 6 weeks! When my Father finally received the van back, which I had to drive to Madison to pick it up( 65 minutes), it was filthy! Grease everywhere! All over the nice light gray ceiling and basically everywhere. I called and sent pictures and of course no one bothered to call us back. Also, we used one of their rentals for 1 day and I assumed since the van wasn’t even 6 months old that it would be free. Nope! They charged 250$. and of course the manager Dave refused to speak to me or return our phone calls. We will NEVER purchase a van from then again! Sincerely, Elizabeth DeGrush
Transmission issues
I was coming on saturday, what I got ready to go on the green, I heard some type of pop, and then the van would not go forward. So I tried to go backwards and it would not do that either. I have a daughter in a wheelchair, which was the reason I decided to get the wheelchair van. It has been a nightmare. I have no way of getting her to adult daycare, doctors appointments, dental appointments or regular outing. I need someone to call me. My number is [protected]. This is not fair. I has to wait 3 hours on saturday for a tow truck. I could not go anywhere, this is not fair, I make my payments on time.. It is sad that my disabled daughter and I have to go through this. I am living on a fixed income, and I cannot afford to buy another van. I would like for you to come at my home, 40 stillwater avenue, stamford, ct and pick the van up, repair it, an leave me with one to use while that one is being fixed. I have read so many recalls alone on the 2011, many of which are about the transmission. I have never gotten any letter regarding any recalls. I have put brakes on the vehicle and fix the windows and the window motor many times. I need your help asap.
poor service / attitude
Took van for PM, Preventative Maintenance, and upon return home the van door/lift would not work. Back down two weeks later to find that wires had pulled apart. Service Manager stated it's a common problem and could be fixed temporarily. He said best to have the wire harness replaced. So back down two weeks later for the install. Keep in mind, two hour...

van
Bought a used mobility van from Mobility Works. It was broken from the first hour and had stayed broken. Had to take it back repeatedly for repairs, but problems continued and continued. Their motto is "love it" my response is "loath it". They finally agreed to buy the van back, but I didn't get all my money back and it cost me so much having to hire transportation service while paying the monthly van payments because it was constantly broken. No response. My actual review is ZERO stars for ZERO integrity - stay away from them!
Fraud
Company supplies handicap vans, we purchaed new van about 5 years ago, needed a new seat belt devise that holds my husband in. They sent me a used piece of equipment...well okay...billed my credit card over $200 then when I went to use it Monday it bell apart. When I called on Tuesday to complain the service guy tried to tell me I was crazy that it would not fall apart...I had three pieces in my hand...should be only one. Watch out for this company. pick another if you can...used equipment at high end price that does not work.

Your lucky, at least they didn’t totally rip you off like they did to my Vietnam Vet hubby! Stole his grant money and no one would help. Just outrageous. Good luck.
Why aren't van accessible parking enforced? Ever time I go to any store, cars are parked in van accessible parking spots. Only way I see to enforce parking by changing the color of van accessible sign to a different color. (like the color of a school zone.
I am a Viet Nam Vet totally disabled due to service injury.
I bought a 2016 handicap dodge caravan equipped with wheelchair ramp and hand controls.
The van stopped working at the end of November and was sent to MobilityWorks in Marietta, where I bought it.
Called o get an update and was told it was being worked right the.
This is Jan. 2, 2016 and I still do not have my van my power chair was in the van ( I could not get out, no ramp)
This is the third van bought from them, the only ne to give me trouble.
I have a new van and I have to beg for rides to my doctor., etc..
Help me please, I can’t take much more.
