Terrible. I'm cancelling my membership Monday morning. If you're a small company, you won't save any money, and they actually charge you more than what the apps tell you. I'm done!

Very disapointing to continually have to wait on the website to upload data and provide the information promised. We do weekly updates to our job costs and our expenditures; more often than not CLC does NOT have reports ready for the previous week's transactions.
It is extremely frustrating and disheartening. I have to constantly double check to see if we have been over charged or if charges have been missed and have to be added to a job cost total weeks later. I understand that sometimes individual hotels do not correctly submit charges--this problem is with CLC not having their data ready in a timely and effective matter. Makes my accounting work as a small business much more difficult.
That being said, we find the app (specifically the hotel locator) easy to use and the reservation process very helpful. I regularly wonder if we didn't all just familiarize ourselves with *** or ***, would we get the same result and would it same me some agony in accounting each week?

CLC had a "billing issue" that caused us to be kicked out of our hotel at 6:30 AM EST - my whole team!
CLC had a "billing issue" that caused us to be kicked out of our hotel at 6:30 AM EST - my whole team! We initially made a reservation for *** in ***, but the rooms were too small. We called customer service, and they were willing to change our reservation and assured us that there would be no additional charges. However, that wasn't the case because now my card has two charges. There is a billing problem on CLC's side, and this Jenea I spoke with can't do anything about it. Now we're being forced to leave at 6:30 AM. After we finally moved all our belongings out of the hotel, CLC resolved their issue and said everything was fine, but they didn't compensate us for the embarrassment or wasted time. I'm disappointed that I trusted this company, especially since our stay here has been extended. It's because of CLC that my company is unprepared and will probably fail.

I got charged too much after confirming my cost less than 2 weeks ago. On Mon *** I made a reservation thru Corporate Lodging(CLC) for the *** on ***, *** dates of *** thru ***. I didn't know the prices at that time because CLC only shows up to 2 weeks of prices at a time as there are changes and they go by the lowest published prices. On *** I checked the prices and printed them out. On *** I checked in with my CLC card and got a room for the 4 nights. This was for a trade show with my husband and my business. On *** I was setting up for our show (which was the reason for our stay). I got a call from the GM saying I didn't have a room for the nights of the *** and ***. There was an error and those dates were blocked out for CLC special rates. I could only keep the rates if I paid the full price for them which was $***. I couldn't leave what I was doing to go back there until 7PM and I knew I didn't have time to check out and find another hotel for that weekend. I told them I would pay the extra. When I got back to the hotel, they said they were sorry but I could either pay for the 2 nights myself or run them thru my CLC booking which would have added extra fees. I had to cancel the last 2 nights of my CLC reservation and pay with my personal card for the last 2 nights. I talked to the GM at the hotel and the CLC personnel and both said they are very sorry but there was a mistake because the hotel had up until 30 days before the dates to place it in blackout. They were all very sorry for the mistake, but neither felt it was their fault. I don't feel it is my fault either and don't think the extra $*** should be my responsibility. I would appreciate having the $*** returned to me plus an extra $*** for the stress and aggravation of having to use my personal funds for this business trip.
