Money deducted from my account of which I didn't understand. I was never told that they gonna deduct money every month. That was sassa money and I got some things to do with. I can't afford this kind of policy. And I want my money back .

My name is majahane Ronny Mathabela ID [protected] ever since I lodge my case P1079130 on the 05th of August 2021 there is very little progress. Zine Jojo. Luleka. Dimpy. And their supervisor did show interest to help me they keep on telling empy promises. As I speak I don't have car since the company N4 Suspension failed to fix my car instant they worsten it can't even move. Good day...one month back, an agent from clientel told me to download an app, she said that its only for discounts at any retail store, but i saw R250 debit order taken from my account stating that i have a funeral policy which i don't know about, and that is unfair to me and i don't like it because i did not say i need any policy and i can not even afford it as i am a student so i request that my money is refunded to me and cancel that policy.

I took a policy is 2018 wealth plan, i then had to cancel it in 2020 but was adviced will only get the funds in 2023 cause i already did the withdrawal and was also told its because its a long term policy, im really not happy about this kind of service and was told since the policy is paid up theres some fees they will deduct monthly from whats currently available till then

I am getting daily unsolicited automated harassment calls from Clientele.
I have registered on DMASA, I have opted out on the Clientele website and I have asked repeatedly to have my number removed but I still get repeated daily automated calls advertising Clientele products that I will never use.
This marketing campaign is destructive and invasive. I want nothing more to do with the company.

I got a call from clientele mobile offering me a policy worth 300 per month the caller promised me 300 worth airtime monthly and a lot of benefits.i agreed to join.but told the caller to start debiting on the next month.but they debited in the same month unxpected.i complained on their watsapp line.no response .and now I see I dnt benefit from this policy I asked them to cancell it it's been four months nw.they never respond to any of my messages.i really don't need their services
