Clothing Shop Online Great!

I ordered 200 microfiber rally towels to be able to sublimate for the high school of which I am a member of a parent booster club. They were shipped so fast (ordered on Saturday night, received Tuesday afternoon!) And they're going to work perfectly for our purposes!

Clothing Shop Online Horrible

I have ordered from here several times and never had any problems. I will no longer order from here again due to the problems of package being delivered. I don’t even know the company they used to ship but I have never had a problem with UPS or FedEx. I can’t get any updates on when my order will be delivered and customer service was no help at all. When I placed my order the delivery date was in reason and now nobody has a clue when I will receive my order. I will go back to using Jiffy Shirts now so I know When I will receive my orders.

Recommendation: Find another company

Clothing Shop Online Positive Experience with Clothing Shop Online - Great Prices and Fast Shipping!

I gotta say, I was pretty hesitant to order from Clothing Shop Online (clothingshoponline.com) after reading some of the negative reviews out there. I mean, I was really worried that I was gonna have to go through the whole rigmarole of disputing my purchase with my credit card company. I felt like a real dummy for not checking the reviews beforehand, you know what I mean?

But I needed some new Hanes t-shirts and sweatshirts, and these guys had the best prices and selection I could find. So I took a deep breath and placed my order, hoping for the best.

And you know what? It actually turned out pretty darn well! I got confirmations for my order and USPS tracking numbers for all my stuff, which was reassuring. But what really surprised me was that my order was shipped from four different locations all over the country. I gotta admit, that made me even more nervous - like, what if some of my stuff got lost or damaged in transit?

But I needn't have worried. Everything arrived in perfect condition, just like I'd hoped. And it all got here within a week of me placing my order, which was pretty impressive considering how spread out the shipping locations were.

All in all, I'm really happy with my experience with Clothing Shop Online. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to share my positive experience with you all. So if you're on the fence about ordering from these guys, I say go for it! You might be pleasantly surprised, just like I was.

Oh, and just to be clear - I placed my order on November 23, 2020.

Clothing Shop Online Buyer Beware: My Horrible Experience with Clothing Shop Online

I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a real doozy of an experience with Clothing Shop Online. Let me tell you, I learned my lesson - always think before you buy! I started the return process on September 28th, and boy was it a doozy. I sent my return to the address they gave me in Olathe, Kansas, but the US Post Office had trouble delivering it because there was no one there to accept it. Can you believe it? I mean, come on, Clothing Shop Online, get your act together!

So, I tried to get in touch with them, but let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth. I sent them emails and called them every day, but it was like they were avoiding me. Finally, on November 16th, I got an apology and a notice that my refund was being processed. They said it would take 3-5 days, but where is it? Today is December 26th, and I still haven't seen a dime. I mean, what gives? This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you have a problem with Clothing Shop Online, they'll have scammed you for sure.

And I'm not the only one who feels this way. Clothing Shop Online has a consumer rating of 1.68 stars from 50 reviews, and most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. People are complaining about customer service problems left and right. Even the Better Business Bureau has multiple complaints against them.

Let me tell you, folks, there are plenty of other great online companies to buy from, but not this one. Stay far, far away from Clothing Shop Online.

Clothing Shop Online Shirts from Clothing Shop Online Shrank in the Wash - Disappointing Experience

I bought a bunch of shirts from Clothing Shop Online to put some vinyl on them. I was really excited to get started on my project, but I knew I had to wash the shirts first. So, I threw them in the wash yesterday on a cold cycle with some laundry detergent, just like the tag said. Then, I dried them on the delicate cycle with low heat, also per the tag. But when I took them out of the dryer, I was really disappointed to see that almost every shirt had shrunk! They were so small that they might fit my 15-year-old daughter, who only weighs 125 pounds. I was really upset about this, especially since I can't return them now that I've washed them. Even though they're still plain shirts, just like I received them, the company won't take them back. I definitely won't be buying from Clothing Shop Online again.

Before this happened, I really loved the quality, feel, and look of all the shirts I had bought from this company. They were great! But now, I'm really disappointed. I've attached some pictures of a few of the shirts that shrunk, as well as a picture of my daughter wearing one of them. Keep in mind that these are supposed to be "adult larges." Clearly, they're not - my daughter usually wears a juniors small or medium. I've also included some proof of purchase, which is just a few snapshots of one of the two orders I placed.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Clothing Shop Online. I wish the shirts hadn't shrunk so much, and I wish the company would take them back. I won't be buying from them again.

Clothing Shop Online Terrible Refund Process - Still Waiting for 3 Months

I gotta say, this company is pretty decent if you don't gotta return nothin'. We had to send back a whole box of shirts that we didn't even use 'cause our printin' company only lets us use their shirts for our business logo. We followed the instructions they sent us in June and sent the shirts back, but we still ain't got no refund. They said it would only take 3-5 business days at first, then they said 3-10, and now they're sayin' they don't even know when we'll get our money back. It's almost September now and we still ain't seen a dime. They told us a couple weeks ago that they were gonna prioritize our issue, but now they're sayin' they're backed up. How many people are returnin' stuff for them to be three months behind on refunds? This is the worst refund process I've ever seen, worse than tryin' to send money overseas. I've spent more time callin' 'em every week to find out what's goin' on than the amount of money we're tryin' to get back. This is my last chance to get our refund before I gotta go to the better business bureau.

Clothing Shop Online Terrible Customer Service and Glitches: My Experience with ClothingShopOnline

So, I'm a newbie to ClothingShopOnline. I usually buy my t-shirts and hoodies from another company, but I thought I'd give these guys a try since their discounts seemed better. I spent hours adding over 140 items to my cart. I was so excited to finally check out and pay for my order. But then, something weird happened. When I clicked on my cart, it showed "0" items! What the heck?! I was so frustrated and confused. Luckily, I had my cart open on another browser, so I didn't lose all my hard work.

I decided to create an account before trying to check out again. And guess what? The same thing happened! My cart was empty again! I was so mad that I decided to call their customer service. But when I called, I got a recorded message saying that they'll return my call in 3 days. What?! That's crazy! I don't have time to wait for 3 days! So, I decided to try their chat service.

The representative on the chat was helpful, but he told me something that I already knew. He said that I should create an account to keep my items in my cart. DUH! I already did that! Then, he suggested that I call my order in. But I already tried that, and no one answered! I was so frustrated that I told him I was going to cancel my order. And then, he just left the chat! What kind of customer service is that?!

After reading some of the other reviews here, I'm glad I didn't waste my money on this website. Their website has a glitch that drives customers away, and their customer service is terrible. I definitely dodged an $850 bullet! So, my advice to you is to not waste your time trying to save a few bucks like I did. Stick with a company that values their customers and provides good service.

Clothing Shop Online Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with Clothing Shop Online on Walmart Marketplace

I recently bought some Gildan long sleeve t-shirts from Clothing Shop Online, LLC, a seller on Walmart's marketplace. Unfortunately, the shirts didn't fit me right, so I decided to return them to my local Walmart. I had received all four shirts in one package, so I put them back in the same envelope and headed to the store.

When I got there, I was told that I had to return each shirt individually according to the Seller's policies. I was a bit annoyed, but I went ahead and bought some envelopes from Walmart and repackaged the shirts one by one. The store gave me a receipt and told me that I would get a refund once the items were delivered to the Seller.

It wasn't until I got home that I realized I was being charged $5.00 for shipping fees for EACH shirt. That's a total of $20.00 for shipping! I had only paid $28.00 for the shirts, so my refund was going to be a measly $8.00. No one had told me at any point that I would be charged anything for returning the shirts, let alone such outrageous fees. If I had known, I would have just donated the shirts to Goodwill instead of dealing with the Seller's ridiculous demands.

I tried contacting the Seller to see if they could do anything to help, but they refused to do anything to correct the situation. I was really disappointed with their customer service and felt like they didn't care about their customers at all.

Overall, I would not recommend Clothing Shop Online to anyone. Their policies are confusing and their customer service is terrible. If you're looking for a reliable online clothing store, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Clothing Shop Online Poor Customer Service and Refund Policy from Clothing Shop Online

So, I bought some sweatshirts from Clothing Shop Online back in August. They came in a box that was all soggy and wet, and my white sweatshirt ended up with a big brown stain on the back of it. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I took a picture of it and sent it to the company asking for a refund. I didn't hear back from them for a whole month! Finally, on September 25th, they emailed me back and asked if I wanted to send it back to them. I told them that I tried bleaching it, but it didn't work, so now it's just a sweatshirt for doing yard work. They responded back less than 24 hours later and said that they couldn't refund me because I washed it. I mean, seriously? It took them a whole month to respond to me, and then they just denied my refund right away. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you want good customer service.

So, I had a bit of a rough time with Clothing Shop Online. I tried to make a purchase, but my payment method wasn't going through. I thought maybe my bank was trying to save me from a headache by blocking the transaction. After a few attempts, my third order was "pending" on my debit card, so I thought it might go through.

The thing is, Clothing Shop Online acted like they had already shipped my order, even though the payment was still pending. They kept assuring me that it had been shipped, but they didn't provide a tracking number. I talked to a customer service person named Sergio, who claimed that he personally went to the warehouse and assured me that it had been shipped out. He said he would reach out as soon as he had a tracking number for me.

But the order was never shipped. The payment didn't process, and my bank told me that the time had expired on the pending transaction and that the seller did not collect payment. So I emailed Sergio again to ask if they had really shipped the order, which was worth over $1,000 in sweatshirts. Sergio's response was basically "whoops, sorry, your transaction has been canceled because the payment could not be accepted."

Honestly, it was the most frustrating transaction of email customer support I've ever received. It felt like they were just lying to me and going back and forth. After over a week of dealing with this, I finally gave up and decided to spend my money elsewhere.

I don't know what's going on with Clothing Shop Online, but something seems really weird. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from their site.

Clothing Shop Online Shady Return Policy and Disputing Reviews: My Experience with ClothingShopOnline

Yo, so back in August I had to deal with ClothingShopOnline and their whack return policy. My son needed some plain black hoodies for work, nothing fancy, but they ended up being way too small. So we had to reorder a bigger size and return the small ones for a refund. But get this, they don't do exchanges, so we had to pay to return the hoodies ourselves. It cost almost as much as the original purchase! That's some shady stuff right there. And to top it off, they don't take responsibility for the quality of their products. Like, what kind of company is that? I'm sticking with Amazon from now on, at least they know how to treat their customers.

But that's not even the worst part. Just the other day I got an email from Trustpilot saying that ClothingShopOnline is disputing my review and wants proof that I actually bought from them. Like, are you kidding me? It's been four months and now they want me to dig up receipts from way back then? And Trustpilot is giving me only a few days to provide it or they'll remove my review. It's like ClothingShopOnline has found a way to cheat the system and get rid of any negative reviews. That's just messed up. I don't trust this company at all anymore. Their return policy is bad enough, but now I question their honesty and integrity too. Be careful dealing with them, y'all.

Clothing Shop Online Terrible Customer Service and Refund Issues with Clothing Shop Online

I am so mad right now! I ordered some clothes from Clothing Shop Online and they messed up my order. I contacted them three times about it and they still haven't given me my refund. I even gave them proof that I returned the items and they still won't give me my money back. They keep giving me different stories about what's going on and it's driving me crazy.

One of their managers told me exactly how to label the package when I returned it, but when I talked to another rep they said they couldn't find my return even though I had proof of delivery. Then another rep said they found one return but not the other, even though I returned both items in the same package. It doesn't make any sense! I told them I was going to dispute the charge with PayPal because they weren't being consistent with their stories and I returned everything like I was supposed to.

But then they threatened me and said I wouldn't get my refund if I disputed the charge. That's not fair! I returned the items and they have proof of delivery, so they should give me my money back. It's been two months and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've tried calling them multiple times but I always get a machine. This is ridiculous!

Clothing Shop Online Mixed Experience with Clothing Shop Online: Great Service and Quality, Poor Customer Service and Returns

I recently ordered a hoodie from Clothing Shop Online (clothingshoponline.com) and I was really impressed with their service. The shipping was super fast and the quality of the hoodie was excellent. I was so happy with my purchase that I decided to order another hoodie from them. Once again, the service was excellent and the shipping was super fast.

However, I realized that the second hoodie was a bit too big for me and I needed to exchange it for a smaller size. I contacted the customer service team and requested authorization for a return and refund. Unfortunately, this is where things started to go downhill.

I received a standard response from the customer service team stating that they had received my request and would follow up with me. However, after numerous emails and no authorization for a return, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I priority mailed the hoodie to the posted address in Kansas.

Unfortunately, when I checked the tracking information, I saw that USPS was unable to deliver the package because there was "no access to delivery location". This was really frustrating and I felt like I had wasted my time and money.

Overall, I would recommend that you avoid this vendor. While their service and quality are excellent when everything goes smoothly, their customer service team is not very helpful when things go wrong. There are plenty of other excellent vendors out there, so I would suggest that you look elsewhere for your clothing needs.

Clothing Shop Online Poor Quality and Communication: My Experience with Clothing Shop Online

So, I made an order on Clothing Shop Online (clothingshoponline.com) over the weekend. But, I realized that I had ordered the wrong fabric for what I needed. So, I immediately sent an email to request the cancellation of my order. However, I didn't receive any response from them. I tried to email them again, but still no response. I even tried to call them on Monday, but no one answered the phone.

Despite my efforts to cancel the order, they still sent it to me without any communication. When I opened the package today, I was disappointed with the quality of the tank tops. They were of poor quality and not worth the money I spent on them.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and I won't be ordering from them again. However, I did find a great website with much better prices, communication, and quality. Clothing Shop Online Poor Customer Service Experience with Clothing Shop Online: A Review

So, I decided to give Clothing Shop Online a try and ordered a dozen shirts. They all arrived in good condition, but unfortunately, I needed to return some of them. That's when I ran into some issues. I tried calling their phone number, but all I got was a voice recording where I could leave a message. However, I never received a call back. I also tried their online chat, and while I was able to connect with an agent, they never responded to any of my messages. To make matters worse, when I tried to email them, the message bounced back saying their mailbox was full.

I was at a loss for what to do, but then I found their online return form. I filled it out and received an email back from an agent. However, when I tried to respond to the email, it bounced back again due to the mailbox being full. I was frustrated and didn't know how to return the items I didn't want.

In the end, I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). It was a hassle, but I was able to get my money back. I won't be doing business with Clothing Shop Online again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. It's a shame because their clothes were nice, but their customer service was terrible.

Clothing Shop Online Stay Away from ClothingShopOnline: Frustrating Return Process and No Refund Received

I recently bought two sweatshirts from Clothing Shop Online (clothingshoponline.com), but unfortunately, I had to return them both for different sizes. I reordered the sweatshirts and paid for them, but it's been two months and I still haven't received credit for the shirts I returned. I followed their return policy, but it seems like something went wrong.

After some investigation, I found out that the post office they require you to mail return items to was holding numerous return items. It turns out that ClothingShopOnline was not paying the post office box fee, and the packages were on hold until the company pays up. This is really frustrating because it means that I'm out of my refund, and it's unlikely that I'll be shopping with them again.

I bought a few t-shirts from Clothing Shop Online (clothingshoponline.com) earlier this year. I was excited to receive them, but when I tried them on, I was disappointed to find that they were way too long for my torso. I usually wear a size small, but these shirts were about 3 inches longer than other shirts of the same size. I decided to return them and requested a refund.

Clothing Shop Online Terrible Customer Service and Incorrect Order: A Review

So, I was told that my order was sent, but when I got it, it wasn't what I ordered. I gave them my correct info and they said it would be there in two days. But, I never received it. They said my address was incorrect for some reason. I was pretty upset about it, but they told me my refund would be processed within 3-5 business days. I honestly forgot about it for about a week and a half. So, I emailed them again, and another day later got a response saying they had just received the return that same day (10/26) and that my refund had already been processed. So now we are another week out from there and still nothing. Not even sure why they have a phone number listed because all 3 times I've called, I've never gotten an answer or call back. Horrible customer service, and at this point, it seems like theft. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking about buying from them.

Clothing Shop Online Disappointing Experience with Clothing Shop Online: Communication Issues and Poor Customer Service

So, we decided to give Clothing Shop Online a try and placed two orders on December 1st. We were pretty excited to receive our items, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. We contacted the company to inquire about the status of our orders, and they replied saying that there was a communication issue with our bank. We were a bit confused since we had just checked with our bank, and they said that there was no issue on their side and that the funds had been paid to Clothing Shop Online.

We decided to contact the company again, telling them that they were lying since our bank had just informed us that the funds were paid, and yet our orders still said processing. We went back and forth with them for a while, but it seemed like they weren't really interested in helping us out. In the end, we decided to cancel our orders and look for another place to spend our money.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with the whole experience. This wasn't the first time we had ordered from Clothing Shop Online, and every time we did, there was always some sort of issue. It's like they pick and choose when to give a damn. We're definitely going to be contacting the BBB and State Attorneys office to let them know about our experience. We wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Smh.

I recently had an experience with Clothing Shop Online (clothingshoponline.com) and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I had to wait for half an hour just to get through to someone on the chat because no one was answering the phone. It was frustrating and time-consuming.

To make matters worse, I ordered 7 towels and they were shipped to me in 3 different shipments. Two of the shipments had only 1 towel each. The last single towel that I received was not the correct one. When I finally got through to customer service, they told me that they no longer had the towels in stock. I was shocked and disappointed. It seemed like they just shipped whatever they had left, without any consideration for what I had ordered and paid for.

As a result, I lost my order for my customer for the 7 towels, which cost me $56. I was told that I would be refunded for the towel that I did not receive, but I was not sure if they would refund me for the shipping as well. It was frustrating and disappointing.

In my opinion, this company needs to find a customer service that cares for their customers. It is important to have a good customer service team that can handle issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I hope that Clothing Shop Online can improve their customer service and provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

Clothing Shop Online Disappointing Experience with Clothing Shop Online: Urine-Stained Tote Bags and Unhelpful Customer Service

So, I recently made a purchase from Clothing Shop Online, and I gotta say, I was pretty excited about it. I ordered a bunch of tote bags, and they arrived pretty quickly, which was great. At first, I was really happy with them - they looked good, seemed sturdy, and I was excited to start using them.

But then, disaster struck. I was working with one of the totes, and I noticed a really awful smell. I mean, it was just terrible. I held the bag up to my nose, and sure enough, there was a big urine stain on the side of it. And the smell - oh my god, it was just unbearable. I couldn't believe it. I smelled the rest of the bags, and they all had the same smell, because of that one bag. I was so disappointed and disgusted.

I immediately contacted the company to let them know what had happened. I told them that I was going to try washing the bags to see if I could get the smell out, but unfortunately, that didn't work. In fact, all the bags shrank significantly after I washed them. I let the company know about this, and they told me that I would get a refund when it was processed.

But then, things took a turn for the worse. I started a chat with a customer service representative named David, and he was absolutely no help at all. Instead of treating me like a person and a customer, he just kept cramming policies down my throat. It was so frustrating and infuriating. And to make matters worse, he actually cancelled my refund, even though I had already been told that I would get it. It was just complete bull$#*!

Overall, I have to say that my experience with Clothing Shop Online was pretty disappointing. While I initially liked the products and appreciated the quick shipping, the fact that I received a bag covered in animal urine was just unacceptable. And the way that David treated me when I tried to get a refund was just the icing on the cake. I don't think I'll be shopping with this company again anytime soon.

Clothing Shop Online Terrible Customer Service and Mistakes: My Experience with Clothing Shop Online

So, I ordered some clothes from Clothing Shop Online (clothingshoponline.com) and boy, was I in for a surprise! When my package arrived, I opened it up to find someone else's order inside! Can you believe it? They even included the other customer's invoice and contact info. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get an order right?

Anyway, I contacted them right away to let them know what happened. But instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, they told me that I would need to return the wrong item before I could get credited for what I actually ordered. And get this, if I still wanted my original order, I would have to REorder it! Like, seriously? This was not my mistake, yet I have to go through all this trouble?

To make matters worse, my original order was part of a bigger order that included shipping. And because of their mistake, I would not qualify for free shipping unless I ordered $60 worth of stuff. Can you believe it? They messed up, but I have to pay for it.

And to add insult to injury, they won't even credit my credit card until 3-5 business days AFTER they receive the other person's item that I'm supposed to send back. I mean, what kind of customer service is that? I wonder what that other customer got instead of what they ordered and what hoops they are making HER jump through?

All in all, this experience was just ridiculous. I will not be ordering from Clothing Shop Online again. They need to get their act together and start taking responsibility for their mistakes.
