Code brew labs developers were ready to go as soon as we signed on with them. They were able to follow our team lead's (me) instructions and understand the work that needed to be done. Communication has been excellent throughout and the code produced is clean, functional, and most importantly well documented, making it very easy for us to plug into our existing code base and get these projects up and running significantly faster then we could have without their help.

We searched online for international web developers and shortlisted around 4. After a few meetings with all of them, we chose to move forward with Code Brew Labs for the following reasons:

Their VP of Sales was extremely honest and helpful in our initial meeting and was based out of US so we could meet them in person,

their past projects were awe-inspiring, and

The cost estimate was favorable. Not to mention – all those we met were very polite and honest with us.

We had a few project walkthrough meetings to discuss the scope and logic behind our ideas with the team. Our wireframes and frontend were mocked up prior which made the process smoother. We were presented with a document outlining the technology used for coding, the backend, frontend, API setup, and data ownership.

Once all was set up and confirmed, the team discussed sprints and timelines, wrote out all of the features on Feature Map, and promptly walked through all of the details, sprint by sprint, with our project manager. Once the sprints were verified by our team, the work began and we were able to test the sprints individually to report if any bugs were found.

Once the MVP was finished on the testing server, we gave the go-ahead to push it live. Following the go-live, we were able to test and give the team our feedback and changes to iterate on the project. They would plan sprints around our feedback. The process was very straightforward and cyclical.

They could not deliver it on time which was first week of November as they promised. (Very unfortunate that I went to india to launch my app and fo marketing but nothing was delivered throughout the month)

Now the app and website has so many problems . Don't working well and they are asking to clear the final payment otherwise they will not do anything.

When I confronted them that this app is not working, website is not working and these are the problems . Their answer was why didn't I told them before that the product is faulty. I was like did you hired your client to find out the problems in your app . What your team has tested ?.

Earlier their manager said me to pay them ( she used all the things in the world to ensure I pay.. like saying I didn't payed earlier, the contract doesn't says that , if I pay she will deliver what they promised, then saying things like inauve the app from last one month (like excuse me ), and many more.

I am only left with option to enter into legal battle with them. Which I told them already but no response.

By all means, Steer clear of these scamsters. I was duped of AED 6000 on the means of false deliverables and an apparent ready made product that they showed was available and matched my requirement. They are super friendly and on top of the project till the sign up and after that don't proceed with any work and keep asking for extra payments. When I understood their unwillingness to work and only get money out of me - I asked for a refund since no work had been done or delivered, they stopped responding to me. The project first payment was done on 24th March 2023 and till date nothing on the work end has been done - It has been over a month and half.

If you want to save your money, please please please stay away from this company! They are incapable of even creating a logo let alone other things.
