I had 1,879.075 USDT in my wallet. I wanted to send it to my account with BTCC. I was using the app on my phone. The only information asked for was the address to send it to and the amount to send, and to click either TRC 20 or ERC 20. I selected TRC 20 if memory serves me correctly because that is what BTCC wanted. I clicked send and all the USDT left my account and did not arrive at BTCC. I contacted BTCC and there was nothing they could do on there end.
I contacted Chat on the Coinbase wallet app. Everybody at Coinbase and BTCC asked for the Hash. No hash was ever displayed to me nor was any hash ever emailed to me.
Going back and forth with Chat took several days. The chat told me the Crypto was locked up in the blockchain and cannot be processed.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Coinbase Wallet was the last one in possession of my USDT Crypto. I checked with chat just now to see if there was a response to my last question.
No response has occurred since October 22. Today is October 24. It appears my wallet account is now closed. As far as I am concerned Coinbase wallet is responsible for return of this crypto. Since you were the one in possession of it. Chat said, if I remember correctly, that the transfer needed to be in ERC and not TRC. But if that is the case, why is TRC an option on the app?
I want my USDT back. Do what is necessary to get it back.
Find it please.
Thank you,
Greg Cribb
