Collins Management Company is a joke. They don't know how to fix anything and they take forever to respond to any issues. My apartment was a mess when I moved in and they didn't even bother to clean it properly. The staff is rude and unprofessional, and they don't care about their tenants at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a different property management company.

even went in person to the office and they told me they would take care of it. But it's been over a month and I still haven't received my refund. It's frustrating and disappointing that Collins Management Company can't seem to handle a simple refund request. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I've been living at Crescent Circle for 11 years now. But, for the past 2 years, myself and other owners have been getting more and more frustrated with Collins Mgmt. They don't seem to be in a hurry to fix issues, special assessments, and they use expensive vendors that we stopped using years ago. Last year, there were a lot of thefts in the building. People broke into mailboxes, stole packages, and even broke into cars. The mailboxes have been damaged for a long time and need to be replaced. We've talked about this at every HOA meeting, but they still haven't done anything about it. Collins Mgmt hasn't elected any new board members in 2 years. We keep asking when we can elect new board members, but they keep giving us the runaround. The board should have 3 members, but there have only been 2 for 2 years. A new board should start in October every year, but that hasn't happened in 2 years. Now they're saying it won't happen until January 2022. Just last night (9/26), mailboxes were broken into again and 4 cars were stolen.

This place is a total ripoff. My living room got messed up from the rain because of a messed up outside wall, and the people who run this place won't do anything about it. I tried talking to my own insurance company, but they said they can't do anything since it's an outside issue. I also tried talking to the management company's insurance, but they said they're getting legal advice and can't help me. I even hired a lawyer to send them a letter, but they ignored it. I've been calling and emailing them for almost a year now, and they won't even respond. It's ridiculous that I have to pay so much in monthly fees and they won't even fix the walls. I had to hire my own contractor and pay out of pocket just to get the inside walls fixed, but the outside wall is still messed up and causing more damage. They've known about this since last year and haven't done anything. Don't trust these people.

This company is really bad. They don't do their job right and they cheat people. They have a lot of fake reviews on Yelp that make them look good, but they're not. If you look at the reviews carefully, you'll see that most of the good ones are fake and the bad ones are hidden. They don't care about the people who live in the condos they're supposed to manage. They just take their money and don't fix anything. They're really mean to the tenants and they lie about everything. Don't trust them! They're not a real management company, they're just a bunch of crooks.
