My friend is a patient of comfort dental who recently had her upper teeth removed to fit a full mouth upper piece. unfortunately, after just a week her dog had a great idea of trying them on only to realize that they looked ridiculous. Snapping them in half. My friend is on a fixed income replacement pair would be full price out-of-pocket. She doesn’t have the money and had explained with the doctor all her options. One of the options is a program that will actually cover the cost. Should she be approved The only thing is the company that dental office is recommending clearly states that the dental office not the patient must initiate the application and apply for the patient. The ploys or staff at the dental office adamantly refused to believe the patient and is giving her the runaround and making it very difficult for somebody who desperately doesn’t need to get these replaced and truly is in need of the assistance just for the simple fact, knowing how expensive dental work is, and being so unhelpful to the patient, I wouldn’t recommend this place and I find it highly and should be embarrassing for the Doctor Who is practicing her this is at the Walmart on Powers in Palmer Park . So if anybody should have any ideas or be able to help us to find the situation, so I’m thinking it was she so desperately needs soon with greatly appreciate it.
Desired outcome: My friends dentures replaced by the company, or Dennis itself, and or being able to apply for the nonprofit organization has offered by the dentist office
