On or about 10/11/2023 I have a crown removed and another one installed. Several months before that I was told I needed to pay $1,032.69 in 3 months installments of $344.23 which I was ok with.
Later I received my insurance EOB which stated the cost and what my patient payment was of $450.50. I went to their office here in Pensacola and basically got the wave off.
I called and left a message with billing they returned my can and said they would get back with me. I never heard from them again. I have called several times left messages and still no call back. This has been going on now for about 3 weeks.
I visited the office again and they said that it's under review I asked for what I was told for possible other charges. I then asked what they were she stated it was in on EOB (they were paid for). She informed me she would send them a email (billing) and tell them about this.
They had also billed my Blue Cross Blue Shield the full amount. I was told before they did not accept BCBS.
Claimed loss: $582.19 refund due
