This is in addition to consistently keeping the common areas in excellent condition. Thank you to Jeff, Eddie, Braydon and Vanessa for their dedication in keeping *** one of the best maintained properties in Saint Petersburg. We appreciate your efforts.

I wrote to compliment The *** on 3rd St. management and maintenance staff, part of Condominium Associates, on the outstanding job they did arranging and scheduling the removal of absestos, and installing of new carpeting, in the 9 floors of hallways in our *** condominium in St. Petersburg. The excellent service by the *** staff, as well as the choice of excellent vendors by the *** BOD, made this project a very big success.
The *** on Third's outstanding team with Jeff S. as Manager and Eddie and Brayden Maintenance and Vanessa housekeeping went beyond their usually high performance during the recent major project - removal of old flooring and installation of new carpeting and painting of all hallways. This massive job was completed earlier than expected with a minimum of disruption. Clear constant communication ensured cooperation & understanding. This association has failed in every way to provide a safe environment for the owners. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. The condos have numerous code violations and there is not response they collect their fee and do nothing. It is so bad that raccoons and opossums walk the property day and night. trash is piled behind units non residents park in the assigned spaces and there is no reply. would not even give them one star by the review makes it necessary
Marsha R. fielded my call and was very friendly, professional and efficient. Even at the point our senior female German Shepherd decided to bark when a member of our HOA board came to the door. She was very patient as we took care of the visitor and got the dog calmed down and then we were able to complete our business. So satisfying to occasionally run in to a voice on the phone that truly desires to assist and will give you the time to explain your situation and then formulate a plan to accomodate your needs. Thank you Marsha!

Marsha R. was helpful in assisting with an address change which seemed difficult to execute without direct involvement from a person. She was quite helpful though and worked through the issue with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Condominium Associates and Bobbie have been a key part of our building's ability to successfully manage all of the day to day activities that home owner associations face. I recently bought a house that this company manages the association. I was struggling a bit getting the fobs, gate and just the information all set up. I called on a few occasions but no one seemed to help me. I called and was so upset and Jordan B answered the call. He was so amazing! He was calm, helpful and solution based. He took the time to explain the protocols and procedures to get everything set up. He also followed up with me afterwards. He was the best! If you need help ask for Jordan you will not be disappointed!

Bobbie T., with Condominium Associates, has worked for our association for over a year. She is a pleasure to work with. She is always available by phone, email, or text and returns requests in a timely fashion. We find her to be very observant as to keeping up the quality of our property, even at times pointing out issues before we even address them. Her follow through is excellent and she is hands on when someone is dispatched to handle any problems we might have. Bobbie has led us in the right direction as to finding quality people and companies to address a variety of issues. It's a pleasure to give her our appreciation and stamp of approval.

is a wonderful place to reside. las *** is off *** and *** and here there is access to the UTC, 75, Whole Foods, Banfield and every store or restaurant you can imagine. The condo is also 25 min from Lido Beach and St. Armands and 30 min from Casey Key. The Condominium Association is excellent. FOUR STARS on communication, activities, timely repairs and helping the owners and renters anyway they can. They run a tight but well oiled ship. Also the food trucks and community events are really great! The second story condos are beautiful and well kept. I also love access to Nathan Benderson Park and the pools are spectacular. You feel like you are living in a well kept resort. Also there is plenty of parking!
