I've been waiting for 20 days and I still haven't got my custom controller. When I check the order status, it's still being processed! I've been waiting patiently, but it should have been done by now. Did I just get scammed?
Not worth your money
Not worth your money. I had problems when I first received it, so I sent it back for repairs. However, when they returned it, it still didn't work. They informed me that I couldn't receive a complete refund because it was a customized controller. But aren't they all? In conclusion, don't waste your money with them.

I bought a $140 custom controller from Controller Chaos. It took them three weeks to ship it to me. When it finally arrived, I noticed that the d-pad wasn't very responsive. There was also a smudge on the back of the controller, and the options button was difficult to press. I decided to send it back for repairs since it was still under warranty. However, it took a whole month for them to fix it and send it back to me.
Unfortunately, even after the repairs, I started experiencing issues with the right back trigger. It would sometimes activate on its own, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, after a few months of use, I noticed that the left stick had a noticeable drift.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Controller Chaos. The long shipping time, initial defects, and the additional problems that arose after the repairs made it difficult for me to enjoy using the controller.

Right out of the box, the controller don't work! STAY AWAY, find somewhere else to order a controller! order # *** order date 06/20 date received 07/26... ONE MONTH and 6 days, a far cry from the 10 day ship time stated on website. Received controller that was programmed wrong! the left bumper acted as the *** home button making the controller useless. Now that I returned it, they trying to keep a $70 restocking fee, I will argue with ***. As a side note, I ordered another modded controller from *** and not only it was cheaper but received in 10 days from placing order.

Nothing had been fixed, and with the lengthy customer service process and inconclusive fix, it just wasn't worth trying to get it repaired again. So, my brother wasted his money on a birthday gift that never worked properly.

I had a really bad experience with Controller Chaos. It seems like the person who owns the business doesn't care about customers at all. I spent around $750 on a Nintendo Switch, and they didn't care how long it took to get it done. Their website says it will take a month to complete the device and then they'll send it to you. That's not true at all! The owner, who I guess runs the business, told me they're not sure when they'll handle it. That's really shady and shouldn't be accepted in any business. I know we're dealing with COVID, but that's no excuse for a delay of over 2 months, like they told me on the phone. They should have sent an email to all customers letting them know about the long delay. The only thing the owner did right was refund my money because I was so upset. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. This company needs to be reviewed for their bad business practices and terrible customer support. The owner should learn how to treat customers who spend a lot of money. Don't buy anything from this company!

I was super excited to get it because I saw a YouTube video where they sent a special custom Xbox controller to a YouTuber (they must have checked it real good). They said I could either wait for better fitting buttons or send the controller back to have the original buttons put back in. Waiting indefinitely didn't seem like a reasonable option, so I sent it back through the courier pick up they arranged. It took a few weeks for them to fix it and ship it back to me. Yesterday, we opened it to test it out, and now the right joystick has an issue. After a short time, the game stops recognizing any input from it, and it only works again if you restart the controller. It's now March 2nd, and I don't trust that I'll get a properly working controller. I called to ask for a refund, and they said I would normally only get 50% back, but they would increase it to 80%, which is the best they can do. My son bought this controller with his own money from his birthday and Christmas, and it cost $314.02 Canadian. It's completely unfair that they want him to pay $62.80 for their poor workmanship, plus the cost to ship it back to them.
