I had used Verizon wireless virtual agent to close my account and move my phone # to a different provider by getting a pin #. I had been a good and faithful customer for years bur I have to find ways of reducing my debts due to disability. So when doing so, after receiving first PIN #, (needed 2), it (virtual agent) closed my account immediately, and then I stayed on the phone with customer representative for over an hour trying to resolve issue. to no avail! I was either hung up on or cut off with no return call, after making sure they had my contact #. After a 2 week time, I then received a bill through the mail, with late charges added on for services I never received. Since then, I have started getting debt collection notices and I have also seen on my home phone bill charges they are trying to tack on too Verizon fios account, that are totally BOGUS, because they are saying I had a bundle with TV, that I didn't even know they offered, by the way, but mine are for out of the USA... Had to be done through their customer service nobody else had my infomation, DO Not know WHO to trust...
Desired outcome: I want this dropped.
