I dunno what's up with Dynamic Legal Recovery, man
I dunno what's up with Dynamic Legal Recovery, man. So, get this, I sent 'em my receipt showin' my phone bill was all paid up while I was chillin' in Germany. And not only that, I also sent 'em all the emails I had with the phone company, where they straight up confirmed that I don't owe 'em any money 'cause I canceled the service. They did stop blowin' up my phone after that, but they still won't take this debt off my credit report. It's like, seriously, this is the only bad thing on there, and it's totally bogus.
Absolutely terrible!
Absolutely terrible! Horrible people that work for a horrible company! Constantly calling and emailing harassing saying we owe money an we have a debt collection out of Europe! Never been to Europe! We received a notification in the mail we called explained it was not us an they said ok that's fine we will remove you from our computers. A few months later here we go again! Absolutely ridiculous! Leave us alone!

I got the same problem as other reviewers
I got the same problem as other reviewers. They keep contacting me every 3 months or so about a cell phone bill from when I was in Germany. I sent them a copy of the cancellation of the service, but they keep sending me the same email again. I compared the email I got in March this year to the one I got today, and the emails are almost the same except the "daily accruing interest" in March was $193.81 and today's amount was $199.02. They don't even deserve one star.
Dynamic Legal Recovery is like, seriously, the most unprofessional and sketchy place ever
Dynamic Legal Recovery is like, seriously, the most unprofessional and sketchy place ever. So, I'm in the military, right? And these guys have been hounding me for some dumb cell phone bill from Europe. I've asked them, like, a bunch of times to show me proof of this claim, you know? I even called and emailed them, but they straight up refused to provide any evidence. All they gave me was some lame invoice they got from buying this so-called "debt" from some foreign country. But guess what? They know they got no proof! The original creditor even admitted that they don't have any legit evidence to back up these claims. And yet, here's Dynamic Legal Recovery, fully aware that they got nothing, trying to blackmail me into paying $217 or waiting for them to check with the foreign company they bought the account from. Can you believe that? They're targeting us military folks, our families, and even veterans who just got back from overseas duty. It's like they see us as easy money or something. I mean, we're dealing with all this travel and moving stress, so it's way easier for them to squeeze a few hundred bucks out of us than for us to dig up receipts or contact some German company all the way from the USA just to confirm this nonsense. And get this, they're also knowingly breaking the law by going after service members under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. Can you say shady?

Erroneus charge with zero evidence provided and comes across as a scam
Erroneus charge with zero evidence provided and comes across as a scam. Remove from my credit report ASAP please! I noticed this on my credit report, when you call the *** number, they immediately answer, in further discussions telephonically, they want you to hang up and call a secondary number *** Because they continue to claim their work computers are constantly rebooting and can not provide any evidence associated to a charge off of some sort that when to their collections agency. Its erroneous and scam in my opinion and they want you to mail several *** dollars to them in the form of a money order, yet as you further discuss, their computers are still inoperable and begin to have a rude demeanor in form you to call back in 7-14 days as by then, they should have their work computers fully operational and can provide cold hard evidence over the phone. Its a scam in my opinion and needs to be resolved and removed from my credit report! Extremely sketchy...
On 6/28, I contacted DLR to get info about 4 accounts on my credit report that were "in collection
On 6/28, I contacted DLR to get info about 4 accounts on my credit report that were "in collection." The account numbers are ***. I talked to Mr. at DLR, and his direct line is ***. Mr. told me that all 4 accounts are "charge-off" from the original creditor and that I should work with him directly. He said this many times. So, I called *** to fix the info on my credit report. A *** rep and I tried calling DLR multiple times, but no one answered. Once, a random lady answered and said she was their "afterhours messaging service," even though it was only 2pm on the West Coast. Finally, we got a rep on the line, and the DLR rep told the *** rep that all 4 accounts are "in collection" from the original creditor, which is the opposite of what he told me.
Dynamic Legal Recovery collected 50% of the money owed to me from a debtor
Dynamic Legal Recovery collected 50% of the money owed to me from a debtor. That was a year ago still haven't seen my company's portion of the money. I'm the US representative for the Polish non-profit *** We hired DLR 2 and a half years ago to recover money from an American company that didn't pay their bill after we had performed the work. DLR collected 50% of the money owed to us over a year ago. We're yet to see our portion of the recovered monies. I've been calling nonstop for 6-7 months now and have spoken to numerous employees. ***, ***, ***. I can't talk to anyone in charge. I keep getting told the money is being sent, that it has been authorized for an international transfer, etc, etc. Unfortunately still nothing. It's come to the point that the employees are avoiding my calls as they don't know what to tell me anymore. No one ever calls me back or sends me any emails. I'm at a loss as to how to collect our money from a collection agency that's behaving like one of their own debtors.
