This company is a scam, yet Gulf News Appointment has placed many job ads on behalf of them despite of many people complaining about their scam.
please dont give them 100 dhs or 150 dhs which they usually ask for, they are only making money on you.
They do not have any real jobs to offers anyone, they just make up fake interview calls and ...you are never selected by the client!..

I have live in UAE more than 20 years and have seen agencies like these steal your money by running 'illegal' business of charging you any kind of fees, before you visit such agencies please read this ..

"Recruitment Agencies warned against collecting fees from job-seekers
The Assistant Undersecretary at the Ministry of Labour, Humaid Bin Deemas, said that it is illegal to collect fees from jobseekers as it is against the Labour Law and agencies getting into such practices will be shut down.
Bin Deemas mentioned that charging fee from job-seekers for acting as a broker between employers and the job-seeker is considered illegal not only under the law of UAE, but also under the international law and the ministry has the right to shut down all agencies involved in such an act.
The Minister of Labour, Dr. Ali Abdullah Al Ka’abi, has expressed anger over the manner in which such recruitment agencies are operating and mentioned that any individual who has fallen as a victim to such agencies should report to the ministry immediately. As an initiative to stop such practices, the Ministry has stopped granting licenses to any new companies for two years."

Yesterday, I got a call from Core Elements, and a girl with a Philippino slang informed me that her manager has gone through my CV and he felt that I am quite suitable for a particular position (wonder! they got my CV, which I never sent to them). She wanted me to go for an interview tomorrow and insisted that it should be tomorrow itself. When I was talking to one of my friends about this mysterious interview call, she informed me that she had a bad experience from these people and Core Elements take money from job seekers and never give job to anyone. She sent me this link and here I am.

I don't know how a company is cheating people like this, without any fear about the Police and legal Dept.

Thankyou verymuch to everyone, who have posted their comments, which help many people to save their time & money.

I just got a call from Core Elements, and just like everyone else, was very surprised as I am looking for a job for a while now. But felt weird cause I couldn't remember applying to this company.. but for a moment thought that I got lucky once :D

Anyways, a Filipino lady called me up, from number [protected].

I tried to search now for a number and to my surprise saw so many pages about this fraud :(

Well too bad..

Please join my group to fight Core Elements and sue them

http://www.complaintsboard.com/panel.php?action=groups&subaction=view&id=1098

We need all kind of supports, whether you paid or not, its not important, what we need is how they approach all those people and convince them to pay them money.

Bravo!, for those who are at least trying to write in an understandable way, no grammar mistakes, punctuation mistakes, etc.

Please people, if you are not sure about your English, go get somebody's help with that. I guess one should pay more attention to what he/she will say or speak, before jumping on a pen or typing.

By the way, English is not my mother language also.

If anyone has had a disagreement with core elements or feels they were not given the service they paid for, they should submit a complaint to the Dubai Police.

There is currently a case open at the Bur Dubai Police station. Please go down there and ask for Mr. Yousuf in room 19 I believe. The case # is 2009/21264 and please bring all the proof that you have. Receipts, emails printed, texts. Anything.

Hope that helps some people.

to those people who says that this CORE ELEMENT IS NOT FRAUD... well my friends you are WRONG...

CORE ELEMENT IS A CHEAT... A FRAUD.. A HOAX ... A SWINDLER

they are cheating those people who is already in a very bad shape of surviving and yet they don't pity these people...

they are seeking, searching jobs so desperately that in every opportunity that knocks they open their door wide open...that is why this CORE ELEMENTS IS ALWAYS HAVING A HAY DAY...

I HOPE THE AUTHORITY WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER... DUBAI POLICE IS VERY SMART IN CATCHNG THIS KIND OF PEOPLE .. I HOPE THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Core elements are advertising in some newspapers as @dxbservice.com . I had applied and they too called me. I checked the comments above and not to go. Now adays the jobs in the dubai offering very less salary in fact some companies where they are paying 5000 for sales is now paying 3000 ... that is why i think that core elements is taking advantage ...old companies and big companies are also paying less salaries...and market is not so good...even in construction first they pay 7000 for HR now pay only 3000 ...that is why the core elements is taking advantage of poor people whithout the jobs...

OMG! I've been just there this morning... I am so pissed off. I was told during the phone interview and I clarified that there will be no 150 payment. I've been there last year when i was searching for my first job... I never made any payment but still I end up as a loser since I paid for my taxi fare and loose my time...

Why I went there again because I trusted them since the caller came from the same country where I used to live. I will never ever come back to this scam recruitment again.

I hope the government will do some action on this...

Hey,

Core Elements is a ### place! I dont know but I was feeling while sitting in the office of Core Elements tht I am one of the fool living in DXB from a long time. Nothing was informed to me before inviting me for an interview.
I recieved the call around 8pm one day earlier tht u r selected by core elements and u need to be at crown plaza by 11am tom.
After waiting for around 55 minutes they finally called me for an interview. They asked me about my intrest of jobs and some technical question about my visa status and I was shocked when the lady(Khadiga) asked for AED 150 consultation charges and to enroll me for something.

Very unprofessional I never experienced this kind of interview before but luckly using a little common sense I refused to pay any money to them and after reading this page I am feeling a kind of satisfaction tht I took a right decision at the right moment!

I also applied for a position on Execuland adv at Gulf News on 31.8.2009 and Yes it was an Indian but tough young lady who did the interview... I also thought the same about them that day because I went back home and read all of these notes... My wife said "Hah, you gave them 150 AED, I will pay you 1, 500 AED if you ever get a job through these people"... It was onle 2 weeks after that day when I got an Ok job in a Mid-size company in Dubai... YES YES YES It is a 100% true fact that I did get an Ok job through this company after their test... I paid 150 AED for their training which was a good one in Novotel Hotel which is a 5 Stars Hotel... It makes me think, if they were a Scam as you say:
How come I got an Ok job through tis company
They make these trainings in such good hotels
How come they have that nice office and staff
You can say anything you want, but my simple point is that I did get a job because of this company.

i had answered some job ads on a certain website and all those job ads were placed by recrutiment companies and i think they were all fake and placed by Core Elements. next day i got a call from the Core Elements front desk asking me to come in and when i asked this guy which job it was about, he would not tell me. i saw so many people coming in and put in these rooms to sit there. after an hour, this girl sees me and out of nowhere tells me it will cost me 150 dhs and how will i pay for it by cash or credit card? she totally caught me off guard and NEVER EVER she told me that it was optional that i didnt have to pay if i didnt want to. she told me about some job available with them and the pay was very good. after two days, i got a mail from her saying that i was not shortlisted for the job. i was not surprised at all because when i spoke with my some people about it, they had already told me that you will not get the job because they do not have jobs to begin with. they are fake jobs that they create.

Core Elements is a new age scam. they got fancy website which looks legitimate and business like. they make it seem professional by giving you user id and password etc. but they are nothing but a big scam.

oh by the way, when you see them, they act really professional by asking you tons of questions about your work experience etc. the girl never looked at me and the whole time was looking at the computer screen. no eye contact at all.

it is a scam because they are charging money for jobs which they dont have and it is illegal by UAE laws that recruitment companies charge any money.

funny thing is when i asked the front desk man who had called me that if they were recruitment company, he got very offended and told me they were consulting company, duh!

BIG BIG SCAM. ripped me off 150 dhs on the spot. dont even give you a chance to think if you wanna pay. just ask you casually to pay as if it is a normal thing to do. they place fake jobs and there are no jobs. then give you a user id and password to make it professional looking and legitimate. then after couple of days, send you a email that you didnt get the job.

playing with people's emotions and feelings and ripping them off with showing them high paying jobs.

crooks.

should be closed down.

I have just received a call from 04.328.9494 and the guy told me that I have applied for a job in MN company and he is calling me to arrange an interview. I asked him to please explain which company is he refering to as I do not recall applying for any specific position. This is how the convo went:
Me: I am sorry can you tell me which company did I apply at?
The Guy: I am not sure of the name
Me" So, what are you calling me for then?
The Guy: To arrange an interview with my manager for tomorrow.
the light bulb in my head goes on "wait a sec...tomorrow is a really short notice, no one does that"
Me: I am sorry but what company are you calling me from then if i need to have an interview with your manager?
The Guy: Core Elements
Me: Oh...(ding, ding)...I heard about you guys!
The Guy: What have you heard?
Me: Oh, I heard enough ...
The Guy: Tell me what you heard?
Me: I hear how you charge people for fake interviews so please do not call this number ever again! If you call again I will report you to Police! Beeeeeep!
I bet he didn't expect that! A@@@hole

Hey Razia Habibulla are you working for them? Are you their lawyer?
Your opinion is not required here. First of all because you don't even speak (write) a proper English and second because you don't know what are you talking about.
When you go to an interview they are lying to you promising you a training and that's what the fee is for. But 8 months later nobody phoned me or emailed me about any training. So yes, that is a lie, that is a scam. They con people into getting their money. I don't care about the job they promised. I already got offers without their help.
If you didn't go and meet anyone over there you are not allowed to talk.

First of all, I would thank u each and everyone by posting their valuable comments. Even i`am cheated by paying 400 AED Al Qabas Intl Sharajah. i applied for a post of Document controller and spoke to one lady named Nisha, who can`t even speak english and asked me to come over there for an interview. Once i entered the office it stinks with the cigratte smell, disgusting and happen to meet Sheikh, Buhera and Nisha. Made me to pay 100 AED for application and would receive a call after 2 days from Imran. I received a call and asked me to come with my certificates, 4 passport size photographs and 300 AED. With all excited i went and paid him coz im in a real pain staying in Dubai for 2 years couldnot get a job till now. Imran said that my cv was very impressive and defntly will be placed in an IT company and handover me a small receipt for paying 300AED which said “NOT Refundable” . i didnt even know that am being fooled and they are stealing my money without my knowledge. He also said the i will receive a call from JOY – [protected], filipno chick with in 4 days. I was awaiting for her call but !? . Finally i called up and the number was continuosly busy… even now. Whenever i call up Joy didnt turn up instead of her… a lady named Lisa answered my call… But till now no response.. Did any1 of you receieved your 400AED back? Please tel me……………… Its totally a ###ing company sucking poor job seekers blood money. Manager named Khalieda ###ing ennuch. I am cursing them everyday….. they have to deserve a severe punishment………………please file a case of those cheap ###ing ###……………………. the same applies with CORE ELEMENTS julia-[protected], Afshan Shaikh - Interviewer.. My name is Rita and i want also to complain about coreelements company.
I received a phone call from Julia from coreelement saying that she has an available position for me and we set an appointment for an interview. I asked how did they received my cv and they answer that the client send it to them.
I search thru their website and i understand that they are a management consultancy.
In my meeting with them i dicovered that they don't have my cv coz the interviewer thought that i'm russian, however she wanted me to sign on an agreement paper done by a lawyer and pay 150aed.
P.S: the people that they were waiting for the interview were more than 20 persons and all the persons i saw were more or less poor people or hungry for a job.

I assume that they have spies in other recruitment agencies and they are taking few data on each person.
