They make you pay for things you don't need like lifetime nitrogen refills for $199, 3M door and cargo guards for $399, SWAT Vehicle Recovery for $995, and lifetime window tint replacement for $595. They say they have a good price on the car, but then they add these things to make up for it.

I went to Courtesy Chevrolet Center to get my truck fixed, but the workers and mechanics didn't do a good job. My truck still doesn't work right, and the store manager told me to contact GM myself. They worked on my car a few times, but it still has the same problem. I left it with them for almost three weeks, and when I got it back, it was scratched and missing things. They used electrical tape to cover up the bad work they did. When I told them about the problems, they just made excuses. Their stories didn't match, and they lied to me.

They are a real scam. I orderd 4 vehickles from them 6 months ago. Today they called me and said vehickles are ready. When I was orderin vehickles they said there wont be any mess up. Today vehickles arrived and they said there is $3000 mess up per car. It is really unacceptabel. I put $2,000 deposit for these vehickles and waited 6 months. It is not fair, even it is not legal. When I was orderin vehickles we signed papers and it was clearly showin the number. Why do I have to pay over price when I signed exact amount numbers already. Just this year I bought 11 vehickles for my company and I deal with dealers all the time. This dealership is the worst so far I've seen.

I was pretty bummed out by the sales stuff at Courtesy Chevrolet Center. I mean, come on, right? But I gotta say, the manager guy, *** was pretty cool. I told him exactly what I wanted in a car, but they couldn't find it. Then they got one in, but it was missing one of the things I wanted. I was still interested, though, and asked if I could put down a deposit and pay the rest in a few weeks. *** checked with his boss, ***, and they said it was cool. So we set up a meeting for the next day.
When I got there, the car was all ready to go, but then the guy asked if I wanted to finance it. I said no, and then he came back with a bunch of extra stuff they wanted me to buy, like nitrogen (which is just air, come on), clear coating, and a lifetime window tinting warranty. I said no thanks, and then *** came out and said they couldn't hold the car for me. I was super mad, because they had said it was okay before. I didn't even ask for a discount or anything. The guy asked me why I didn't want to finance it, and I told him I just wanted to pay for it outright.
I get that they make more money if I finance it, but they said it was okay before I came in. I left and complained to the ***, and they agreed that it wasn't cool. So yeah, I don't know if I'd recommend these guys.

I bought a new 2022 Bolt EUV from this dealership on 4/11/22. It was a car that was eligible for the *** EV rebate, but the salesman or his manager never mentioned it. I had to research it afterwards, go back, and ask to apply for it. I still haven't received the rebate. The battery broke down a month and a half after I bought it. I was told to bring it in, but the dealership has no rentals. They told me I could be in a rental if I brought it in the same day (5/28/22). Fast forward to 7/16, my car was finally ready after it took over a month to receive a new battery. The dealership then claims that they will not pay for all 49 days of the rental. However, speaking to a person at ***, I find that they should indeed cover the rental for EV/EUV drivers. The service manager on the phone repeatedly said things like "well if we did that for every customer, I wouldn't make any money" and "well, it's not my fault it broke down." I am on a very limited income at the moment and cannot afford a $300+ *** for a rental I was only in because my brand new car already malfunctioned. I find this dealership to be dishonest and causing their customers unnecessary costs. Lastly, I feel it is relevant that they offer slight price cuts in monthly car payments in exchange for 2 positive reviews on ***.

I had it serviced in 03/11 and Rafael R, the advisor, said there was a small air leak and did a temporary fix without my approval. He said I could bring it back if I had more problems, but it wasn't in my order and I didn't check. In 02/17, I went to Cummings Chevrolet because the engine light went on and they said the manifold, F-Hose, Coil, sensor, and valve needed to be replaced due to damage. I authorized the repair, but when I called George D, the advisor, about the warranty, he never called back. I called the warranty department and Victoria said the manifold was tampered and they wouldn't cover it. I talked to Ralph from Customer Service for *** complaints and on 10/20, he said I wouldn't get a refund because I went to too many dealerships for service and who knows which tampered with the manifold. I travel to Yuma and Las Vegas and have all services and repairs done at Chevrolet dealerships to keep the warranty valid. I have proof of all services and repairs since 2014. I thought Yuma dealership was at fault as they did the tune up in 11, but it was Courtesy Chevrolet. Rafael R denies it. I had to spend $1981.00 to repair my vehicle. The company should be held responsible for their conduct, no matter which dealership tampered with the manifold.
