I paid off my 2017 Traverse loan early on 6/8/22 and asked for a refund for the *** insurance. I've asked for it many times, but the lady at Covert keeps making excuses and won't send it to me. She said it could take 6-8 weeks to process, but on 6/13/22, she sent a letter saying it was being processed. It's been 10 weeks now, and she won't reply to my emails. I just want my refund.
