Wrong reporting I have no knowledge of this company or alleged debt
Wrong reporting I have no knowledge of this company or alleged debt. I have disputed this debt with the credit bureaus and it came back verified i have since then contacted the company and haven't received a response. Where are the documents that your company used to verify that you are reporting these accounts accurately? What is the name of the person in your company who verified the accuracy of this account? What documents did they use to verify them? Please provide me with the name of that individual, their company title, and telephone number as well as copies of the documents that they used to verify that this disputed item are being reported accurately. You are illegally attempting to collect alleged debts and money that I do not owe. As per the law, cease and desist all collection activity, including credit reporting. This account has been paid off

company reporting fraud information on my credit file
company reporting fraud information on my credit file. i have contacted this company on numerous occasions requesting that they delete these false accounts. The account number is . I asked for a contract proving that these accounts held me contractually liable to pay them. They failed to send any information requested. they only sent a letter stating the amount owed. In my certified letter #***- I asked for the contract which is in accordance with the federal rules of civil procedure. You failed to send it and ONLY provided a statement with the amount owed. I could have made this paper myself and sent to someone. This in in violation of my consumer rights and the FDCPA/ Federal Rules of Civil procedure and the Federal Trade Commission. . I will give them one last chance to produce proof that the account is indeed mine. I know that the FCRA requires them to have proof the account is mine in order to report it to the bureau. They are reporting this false information and ruining my life in the process. it also is a violation of the HIPPA law to report this information. I will give them 15 working days to produce requested information and if they don't- I will file civil suit in the clerk of courts. CEASE AND DESIST REPORTING THIS FRAUD ACCOUNT. Please govern yourselves accordingly

This company keeps sending me a 'Past Due' balance for an ambulance trip for $776.00 which the original creditor has confirmed that I don't owe
This company keeps sending me a 'Past Due' balance for an ambulance trip for $776.00 which the original creditor has confirmed that I don't owe. I had two ambulance trips earlier this year (one of which I am currently making payments on (I oweb about $700), the other one is still pending with my insurance company). I received a letter from the Creditors Bureau Associates at *** and was asked to contact 'Mary' on behalf of an outstanding balance for the creditor AMR- 'American Medical Response' Ambulance service. So I called AMR and they confirmed that I have no such balance and that I am indeed making payments and am up to date on the first one (4/14), and the second is still pending with insurance. So I called Mary and she answered it as her personal phone, and I asked if she was the collector and she immediately went into the 'This is an attempt to collect a debt, etc...' spiel and she asked to confirm my DOB. I then countered by asking her state license number (which she refused to answer and when I advised her that I contacted the creditor and neither they NOR their OWN collections company (which is definitely NOT the one she claims to involved with) had any outstanding balance for me other than what I was currently paying, to which she began to get argumentative. The conversation finally ended with me informing her that had Googled Creditors Bureau Associates and had seen numerous complaints about them being accused of scamming and taking advantage of people when Mary ultimately hung up on me. I have just received another notice in the mail asking for the $776.00 and providing places for me to remit payment information. They don't even have my address right on the second sheet of what they sent me but they do on the first sheet (SHEETS 1 AND 2 ATTACHED, RESPECTIVELY)
