Crown Honda review: Purchase of a new car

Complete crooks! I cannot believe this place has this many stars. Or maybe they got an honest sales representative.

The representative my son was dealing with took complete advantage of him and set him up for 100% failure did not give decent amount for trade in and basically lied to him. He just turned 19 and this was my sons 1st time going to a dealership as he was gifted his first vehicle. I called not even 24 hrs later outraged when I found out the details of the contract they had convinced him of with no options to back out ( they should have made that very clear at time of purchase by the way). I am in utter disbelief that the crooks of Crown Honda get paid a salary for taking advantage of young people with no car buying experience. It is greedy and completely crooked. I will leave reviews anywhere I can to save some other person from making the same mistake.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. There are so many more options. They have crooks that are selfish and greedy as employees and our experience is very very very disappointing to say the least. They should be ashamed of themselves. How does one sleep at night. Purchasing a vehicle is a life changing situation and this dealership should really reconsider the sales representatives working at this current time. Just awful. Please choose wisely when making a purchase and do not make it from Crown Honda on US 19!
