my debit card was charged and I never even heard of this website before
I was charged $39.90 today without my permission and I've never even heard of this before and I'm struggling as it is and I demand my money back and I will be closing my account and getting a different way! I have never heard of this website nor seen it before and I really do not appreciate this fraud/scam that has happened to me and this needs to be stopped immediately

For the last 4 months they have taken 39.95 out of my account. They won't stop even though I cancelled. I have called three different times to tell them to stop with no response or resolvement.. I want this stopped.. This is an unfair purchase to someone who is coffee lover the coffee isn't even good. I want my money back because you are stealing from me. I have paid for what I want and you took/stole from me by taking more money out for a purchase I didn't want.
Credit score charges to my bank account
Approximately, 1 week ago while scrolling through some qualifiers for a survey to win prizes from one of the many "work from home" sites recommended by penny hoarders, I was looking at the list of various options that you had to pick 2 products from before you could get to the actual survey.
It was all very confusing and I decide that I wasn't interested in continuing the process.
I did not go to the "cart" to finalize any purchase as I was simply looking.
Today, while going through my bank statement, I find this charge for $39.90 for a place called crscr.com... So I go to the web address and found all of this information about it being a scam!
I need help here... I never purchased this product and backed out of the system before ever getting to the billing page.
This is insane!
From what I have read here, I am not seeing much in terms oi f a solution.
Please, help before these unscrupulous [censored] continue to rob my bank account.
I don't know when I would have signed up for this but having checked my bank account there are several charges for $39.90 dating back to December. From this Crscr. I went and cancelled my debit card and thinking that was the end of it, but no, they are still taking it out of my account. This is absolutely insane! I now am pursuing on getting ALL my money back. THEY ARE TAKING MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

They informed us that they would pay off our former timeshare however we are still receiving the bills. They even told us we wouldn't have to worry about the transfer fees but looking over our contract now it says we are responsible for the transfer fees but that our loan is paid in full. Then why are we still getting bills from our previous timeshare. They are such quick and manipulating and we fell right into their manipulating lies, as I now see many have done as well. Then when you try to contact them, you can't get through to anyone.
2nd month of being charged when I have cancelled membership
On August 15th signed up for a 7 day free trial for credit monitoring. I cancelled membership the next day. I was charged august 28th for 39.95 and now again this month the same. I am thinking scam! When I called last month again after seeing the charge I was told that account would be cancelled and I would receive a refund. Neither of the two took. Place.

I did the 7 day trial for $1 and as life goes I forgot to cancel my membership before the 7 days was up but once I seen it in my account I called and apologized for being late and was told I will not get a refund, she was very rude and lied to me, she said there was no supervisor to talk too, really? I dont believe that. All I want is my money back into my account, accidents do happen

Sounds like I got the same run around from their representative. They would not even help me they just wanted to talk and confuse me. The same things happened to others has happened to me. They give you the run around and never cancel for they want the money and they do not care if you starve to death. This company is touched by the Devil himself. Anybody who starves people is destined to die and go to hell. When we call to cancel that does not mean we want to talk to you people. He could not find me with my BD, my zip code, my name and phone number; he wanted my card number so I gave him the last four digits of the card number and he still could not find me but they found my checking account for they took $39.90 from it . That representative did a good job of not doing nothing and charging the me $39.90 for nothing. I hate them for starving me and all the others starving for them, I bet all of these people hates them also. Karma is on its way to destroy your lies and deceit, anybody who works for such a place who causes so much damage to peoples lives go to hell.

I was checking the bank statement and found deducts for 1.00 and 39.90 for the same company. I am not familiar with this transaction so I googled CRSCR and found a phone number to call: [protected]. I called the number and it was answered with "member services". I explained the situation and was told this number was for a company that processed refunds only for other companies. I would have to call the ""other" company to request the refund. When I asked for the name of the other company, "Rebecca" said they don't have records available for the company they refund for. Red flag. But, she did say they would refund the $40 within 5 days. No confirmation number was given. I immediately called my bank. Customer service could not locate info on CRSCR and advised we cancel the debit card to avoid future charges. If the refund does not process within 5 days, Ithe bank will begin an investigation and I will report them to the Attorney General's office.

I wish to cancel my membership with your enity as it is totally useless. I subscribed on 7/16/18, member # [protected], received no scores as of this date or no service. The phones you have listed do not work and I feel you are scammers. I suggest you do not attach any more charges to my credit card. You should be ashamed of yourselves. membership cancellation
On October 23, 2017 I began the free 7 day trial. Upon seeing my credit scores I promptly called 866-331-0735 to cancel my membership. I spoke to a lady who was very nice...I even took the survey after the call for her wonderful customer service. On October 24, 2017 I had 1.00 deducted from my account. Nothing happened for months and now I have 2 deduction...
