Order lost in transit, terrible customer service.
I ordered a clone and paid the $99 rush fee to have it before my dog passed of cancer. Not only was the order delayed, then lost, but the customer service representative who told me they would help me and track it down- told me she would call back after neglecting to take my phone number. This was after she said my ‘rush charge’ could not be refunded, even though it was way past the promised date. Every attempt I made at contacting customer service since (by phone and email) has been ignored. I am heartbroken that my 4 year old won’t have a cuddle clone to remember her best friend.
Recommendation: Good luck receiving your order. Hope your luck was better than mine.

I placed an order a month ago for 2 items on their website. One item was delivered, the other I have not received. I reached out to ask for a status update on the second item and have yet to hear back from Cuddle Clones. I received tickets for my request by email (2X) but no response from the company. I called and their customer service department says it's not taking calls at this time because they are trying to fulfill holiday orders. I also tried to go through the main operator to see if I could speak to someone, and her answering mailbox is full. There is no way method of reaching this company. They took my money though...and I doubt I will receive the second item.I do not recommend buying from this company.

I received a CuddleClone as a gift. It is a perfect replica of my sweet Baxter who passed away suddenly a couple of weeks ago. I cannot say enough about the smile it brought to my face.

I ordered a custom stuffed animal of my sweet Alice the one-eyed catty who left on a great heavenly pirate adventure. Aside from the fact that the standard plush is bigger than she ever was because she was tiny, everything else about her is perfect. The team that designed her took care to read the special notes about how her fur was a little long and how her tongue was always hanging out and her single beautiful green eyeball. The little pocket insert is just big enough to hold her ashes. They kept me updated throughout the process on how the design was going, production, quality review, etc. and it was delivered within the stated timeframe. It's such a lovely way to remember my sweet girl and they knocked it out of the park.

I'm really happy with my cuddle clone. My service dog was with me over 18 years. When he died my life was dark and sad. When my cuddle clone arrived my world looked bright again. When in sad I put him in my bed and we cuddle. Like ole times he lifts my spirits even if he is just a clone now. It really helped me to readjust and stay positive. I'm so happy with my cuddle clone.

I ordered my wife a pair of pajamas. I had to order it in 2 different sizes as her top is a large. I received the small pant that I ordered. 2 weeks later I received a small top. This is not what I ordered I reached out to customer service and was told basically to bad they would give me a 20% credit on the messed up top. that my "sets" were shipped out as ordered. I explained I never received a SET of anything. Just a correct pair of small bottoms and a incorrect size top. I knew I would pay a bit more as I had to order each separate but $140 bucks for a pair of pajama pants is a bit ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU NEED SEPERATE SIZES. YOU WILL PAY FOR 2 SETS OF PAJAMAS BUT ONLY GET 1 ITEM. THIS IS A RIPOFF. I AM POSTING THIS TO EVERY SITE I CAN.

The reproduction of the dog(s) I had put on custom jammies was excellent. Both pair came out perfect - and a big birthday surprise. The quality of the fabric was also a surprise. Did not expect them to be as comfortable and attractive as I am being told they are.

The loss of my IG was terribly heartbreaking
The loss of my IG was terribly heartbreaking. She was a tiny little girl and her normal position as she laid on the sofa/bed was hard to capture with such fragile little legs that she would bend underneath herself. Cuddle Clones contacted me and ask for more pictures. They did a remarkable job with her position. The only thing I wished she had were toenails that were very prevalent on her tiny feet. Otherwise, they captured her facial expression, ear position, and color markings so very realistically. She looked so real that it actually startled me when I walked into our bedroom at the beginning. It is comforting to have her clone as I am learning to adapt without her. An IG is known as a Velcro dog, so this beautiful clone is a presence of her personality and companionship that we loved so much about her.

People walk into my living room and have to stop, because they think Maggie is sitting on the chair. The talent that these people have is beyond words. It is mindboggling how they took my nine pictures I sent and made her look just like Maggie. I cry every day for Maggie. This cuddle clone has her exact expression, the exact coloring, everything is perfect. People at first think she is real. Thank you, so much.

We had a cuddle clone made of my Westie Mikey for my 86 year old father who is in a care home with dementia. He loves it! The only problem is he is concerned about feed it. One time when I visited my Dad Mikey 2 had chocolate pudding all over its face! Luckily it was easily cleaned up! Best investment ever to bring my Dad a little joy and love! Thank you Cuddle Clones

Back on November 7th or so before the November 16th deadline to order a cuddle clone for christmas delivery and as of today I still have not received my clone that they said shipped on November 26th. I have had over 5 chat sessions and kept getting the run around that it was on the way and USPS has it which in they do not or have not. today in my chat i was informed it was LOST and are refunding my money which is all good but if you cannot handle the demand of a product you do not advertise comes from china do not have a business if you cannot meet demands and have the common courtesy to tell the purchaser earlier and not a week before chirstmas. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH...PLEASE DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY.

We ordered pajamas and they did take a long time to arrive. We had hoped for Xmas, but with only a few weeks lead we were not surprised they didn't arrive by then. The order hung and I needed to contact them a few times to inquire. We did get them eventually at the end of January. (so, about 7-8 weeks after ordering maybe?) They do look to run on the small side but based on reviews I ordered accordingly. The material is a soft stretchy material, not a sturdy cotton but poly. Why the 4 stars? Now the positive. The PJs are so so adorable! They were a gift for friends and were a big hit! When I made inquiries regarding the order, the customer service rep, Bryan, was super responsive. I had initially reached out by email, not phone so I cannot speak to that. I had contacted Bryan more than a few times and always he responded quickly and thoughtfully.

My Cuddle Clone of my Heart Dog, Miley, was made before she passed, so I could see just how much it looks like her. Since her leaving me, her Cuddle Clone sits in my bedroom so I can see it everyday. It is a beautiful likeness of my sweet furbaby! The quality is amazing, and having it gives me comfort when I see it. I also had a figurine of her made. It sits on top of the box with her ashes in it. It is an incredible likeness of her, and I am so very grateful to Cuddle Clones for doing such a wonderful job on it. For those of us who love our pets so dearly, having a company like Cuddle Clone that works so hard to make a product that looks as much like them as possible is so very important. I appreciate the work they do for us, and I am so very grateful that I found them! I will be having Cuddle Clones made for my two current pets as well, and I can't wait to see them!

I ordered a gold head Cuddle Clone order number CC-260819. Upon receiving this order, the nose had already fallen off, it was painted poorly and looked nothing like my dog. I had them remake the order as I was very excited to give this as a gift. I sent more photos and descriptions and the replacement was made. I received an email 7 days ago that the replacement passed quality inspection (if the first one passed quality control, I think there needs to be a check into who is quality checking these products). I have no received any updated shipping information in 7 days. I have no idea the status or location of my order. With the promise of quality along with the price I am extremely disappointed in this business. I have emailed 2 different email addresses, called numerous times, and messaged on social media outlets with no response. As of right now I give a 1 star rating.

Our cuddle clone has brought us so much comfort since losing our beloved cat nearly 3 months ago. Sometimes we get caught off guard thinking it really is her! From the back, our cuddle clone looks nearly identical to our cat. From the front, it's unfortunately a different story. The proportions of the head and ears are too big. But that's really just a small complaint since as I mentioned, from the back it looks just like her. Having our cuddle clone positioned on our cats favorite blanket has really brought us all a lot of comfort. Once we ordered the cuddle clone, it was clearly created with care and was delivered to us almost immediately. We couldn't believe how quickly it came in the mail! I would definitely buy more products from Cuddle Clone in the future, and refer them to a friend. I wish it didn't cost so much, but they clearly do a great job making sure they get your pets details just right. Thank you so much Cuddle Clones!

Cuddle Clones misleads their customers
Cuddle Clones misleads their customers. They advertise that they will create a stuffed animal "to look exactly like your pet". Mine did not look exactly like my pet, it looked like any stuffed animal that you could buy for way less money. When I contacted them they asked me to give them detailed notes of what was incorrect with the cuddle clone and I did so. I had to wait several weeks for the redone cuddle clone and it looked very similar to the first one and still did not look like my dog. Again it looked like any stuffed animal you could buy for way less money. When I reached out to them again they said that since they redid the cuddle clone that they will not return my money ($249, which I did not want, I wanted a replica stuffed animal of my dog.) and they would not redo the cuddle clone again even though my detailed notes were not followed. I don't feel they should be allowed to advertise an exact replica of your pet and then deliver a kind sorta looks like your pet stuffed animal.

They are the worst company and they are a scam. I ordered from them for Christmas and never got the item. When I contacted them, they provided an unfamiliar address and I don't live in that city. They now tell me it'll be 3 more weeks, ruining my holidays without offering compensation for the trouble. They are stealing money and running a poor business. I suspect they might even be misreporting to the IRS. They should be investigated and shut down. I will ensure the city they operate in is alerted about this so-called business. They ruin people's lives and moments that should be joyful. Their customer service is terrible. I would have rated them zero if possible. Everyone says how bad they are, and I concur. Since they made a mistake, they should issue a refund and still try to rectify the situation, but they don't; they just keep taking money. They should deliver the product, which I now expect to be subpar, and refund me. THEY RUINED CHRISTMAS.

This company is the worst. On November 8th I ordered two pajama bottoms. Easy, right? Ordered in plenty of time for the holiday and super excited to see my children's faces Christmas morning when the opened their package. It took a VERY long time and the package arrived two weeks before the holiday. All good? NO. The package only had one item. No problem, I thought. I will call and have them expedite the item. But no. There is not a working phone. (very convenient) Try the live chat. But no. There is no live chat. So, I use the email system explaining in depth the error. That should do it. But no. They send me a tracking number. Ummm. Did you not read my email? I only got half of my order. The next email. Oops. Do you still want it? That will take four to six weeks. The fiasco continues with no accountability and real solution. I should receive a full refund as well as the missing item. The item should have been rushed to me because it was the company's. I get human error, but they didn't make it right. I will find another company to display our cute pup.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They make you email them all questions. There is a "fake" number that they have on their website. When you call that number it just directs you to email them. They do NOT respond to your emails. I emailed them FOUR times. Finally I received a template reply which did not pertain at all to my issue. I ordered 4 pairs of pajamas on Thanksgiving night for delivery by December 24th. 2 pairs arrived on December 23. The other 2 did not arrive until January 5th. They were ALL way too small, like child size. Three of them were the same size (large) and all three of the large size were completely different in length and waist size. There is no rhyme or reason to their sizing. We always wear our pajamas on December 24th but none of us could use them because 1/2 of them didn't even arrive until well after new years and second because they were ridiculously undersized. We spent over $300 on this and all of the money was wasted. NO ONE WOULD RETURN OUR CALLS OR EMAILS. We are stuck with them, cannot use them and cannot get anyone to talk to us. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CUTE CONCEPT. This is a wolf company in sheep clothing.

After waiting 7 days after tracking# I still didn't get my pet in the time frame they told me, Waited over a month till it got to me once clone got to me I was excited to get it till I was in shock when I open package to see it did not look anything like my loss pet. Color was off,tail to long, tongue was out way to far in the front of mouth when it was supposed to be on side and the whole clone is supposed to be laying down which it does but falls over and feet are lop sided. This company plays with people feelings and emotions and then takes your money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BAD COMPANY AND THEY ARE THIEF*S ! By the way packaging was very bad for$270.95 you would have thought clone would have came in a box No in a bag shoved in my mailbox .Now company is telling me because I have a dispute claim they can not do anything for me, even if I send the clone back they say it's been to long I'm pass the 15 days, but because of the dispute was why I'm pass 15 days because it is a waiting period, so the lady pretty much said I'm screwed out of my money.

Keep in mind, if you are outside of the U.S. these babies are expensive. But they sure are neat. when done right they are definitely a cross between taxidermy and a stuffed animal. While some aspects left me in shock at the spot on features (i.e. the pose, the needing to second look as you pass by them), there were a few things that were left to be desired up close (i.e. off eye colors, clumsy spray painted on paw pads rather than real stitched in toe beans). I did order 2 plush clones (brother and sister) and was hoping to have them made similarly as they were in real life. I did receive an email contact halfway through the process to provide more pics of them together which made me feel like it wasn't a total assembly line production and they were reading my detailed instructions. And in the end, they came very complimentary of each other with still their unique sizes, poses and coloring fairly nailed individually. They didn't take as long as advertised to ship which was a nice treat, and even got to me before Xmas. Although with exchange, duties and shipping, it was a hefty bill, the clones are definitely nice to have around the house as a tangible reminder of the precious babies we once could hold and pet. Watch for sales the company puts out during certain times of the year and if you've been thinking about it, go for it. They seem to promote a policy of wanting to make it right if you are not satisfied, so feel free to follow up if it came out completely wrong.

Buyer beware! I never write reviews but since I was dooped out of nearly $200 by CUDDLE CLONES I want to save others from wasting their money. I would not purchase from this company. I ordered two sets of pjs on NOVEMBER 29th for nearly $200 with high hopes that they would be legit and be a nice way to memorialize our elder dogs for Christmas gifts for my adult kids to wear on Christmas Eve. One pair never arrived and the other was the wrong size. So totally wasted my money. What's worse is when I reached out to CUDDLE CLONES, a Benjamin S lied to me and blamed Christmas shipping delays by USPS (I ordered them November 29th!). When I sent him the proof with the USPS tracking information to show as of 12/24 the item hadn't even shipped yet (label was created on 12/7 but it never shipped), he never had the decency to respond to my email. After I emailed him the tracking info with proof it didn't ship, magically, the next day it shipped without him even acknowledging their mistake. The pjs just arrived today - 1/3, over a week after Christmas and 5 weeks after I ordered them and again, the second pair is THE WRONG SIZE. So now I have two pjs that don't fit anyone in the house so I threw away nearly $200. The company did nothing to make this right other than blaming USPS when it clearly was the company's fault. No refund or even partial refund. He offered coupon for next purchase. Why would I waste another penny with them when I didn't get what I wanted. Go to Etsy to find a similar product and a company that actually stands by their ethics and credibility. This company should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of Christmas shoppers

THEY mess up your order, YOU have to pay shipping TWICE! Let them try to fix it instead? THAT VOIDS YOUR REFUND OPTION! BEWARE! This company is very disappointing! The biggest disappointment is the misleading advertising of "100% satisfaction guaranteed"! If you want a refund (even if THEY MESSED UP YOUR ORDER) you have to pay return shipping and you will not be refunded the original shipping. So in the end, you pay for shipping (twice!) and receive absolutely nothing! If instead you decide to send it back to them to let them try to "fix" their mistake, they don't tell you that by sending in your cuddle clone, you are voiding the option of a refund if you are still unsatisfied after they fix their mistake. Does that sound like 100% satisfaction to you? Not to me either! I can't believe they wouldn't still honor a refund if their first attempt to correct their mistake isn't satisfactory! I will be posting every website possible and verbally sharing with every person who will listen about my experience with Cuddle Clones until they stand behind their satisfaction guaranty and make this right for my family! What a disgusting business model to prey on the emotions and vulnerability of a grieving family, offer an overpriced faulty product, and make the customer pay to have it corrected. I sent as many pictures as their ordering process would let me and filled every box with descriptive specifications. My cuddle clone had VERY obvious discrepancies from my photos. Not knit-picky stuff either. Things like BRIGHT WHITE paw pads (have you ever in your life seen a dog with bright white paw pads?)! The production team was simply too lazy to paint the fur on the bottom of the feet (it is worth noting that my cuddle clone is laying down so the bottom of his paw pads are exposed and easily visible). This product is far too expensive to have problems like that.

Ordered my cuddle clone in September . Several weeks later I received an email they forgot to put the pouch in it, that I paid extra for. I asked that it please made correctly so it was sent back to their warehouse. I hear nothing on this until the end of November when I get a conformation it was shipped. It sat in "transit" from Nov 29-Jan 2021. I asked numerous times during this time, if they could give me an update. Every time it was basically, "it's out of our hands." I filed missing mail with the post office, which was difficult because I have no idea what the package looks like. But Cuddle Clones "customer service", if you want to call it that only gave me the link to file it. No help at all. I asked for a refund numerous times and was told at first if after two weeks the package didn't arrive, I could be refunded. After two weeks, nothing had arrived so I asked for a refund. This time I was told a refund wasn't possible but they could make me another one. Why would I want another one and wait another 5 months. I finally got the package on 1/6. I open the box and the product doesn't look like my dog through the face at all. The rest is pretty close. I refuse to send this back to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping for their error. I finally get an email from the company two days later to let me know it was delivered. Obviously I knew this. The customer service rep obviously didn't read through the email thread and gave me some excuses why it took so long, the mail was slow during the busy holiday season. Yes it was but this was ordered in September. Clearly not the holiday season and yes it was finally shipped during the holiday season but it was their error why it had to be sent back in the first place. I also pointed that they didn't read through the email thread to see that this has been an ongoing problem. I was told "they deal with hundreds of customers a day so sometimes they miss details." This literally has been a 5 month back and forth process. Hard to miss at least a dozen emails. But thank you for pointing out how important your customers are to you that you can't take the time to read through the issues that have been presented. So their solution for compensation is a "generous" 20% off my next purchase. Um I will NEVER purchase another product from Cuddle Clones. EVER.
This was such a disappointment and waste of money
This was such a disappointment and waste of money. Charlotte and I have exchanged around 15 emails by now and I'm just floored by the lack of accountability. When you sign up to make the thing, they have you give all these different photos of different angles and body parts (so good luck if you're dog is dead like mine). My dog had a roan coat, which are individual black and white hairs (think cattle dog) and the photos accurately displayed that. I had a photo that showed the back of her ears are black, I mentioned in my order under the specifics section that she has and overbite, pointed out that the back of her ears are black, and that the hair on the underside of her tail is longer and white. They contact me to ask if my dog's coat is apricot with grey undertones? I said no and clearly explained that her coat is black and white and that what they're looking at is her skin, which I felt was very apparent if they actually looked at the photos. This made me nervous so I was sure to reiterate her other specifics and she reassured me they would be done. Then I receive this thing in the mail. My boyfriend called it a dollar store stuffed animal they bought and airbrushed. They made it grey with tan splotched around all over, tail isn't white, ears aren't black, no overbite. So I emailed them saying i didn't understand why none of my specifications are included and why she was grey when I had specifically had a conversation with them about her coloring (additionally why there is tan around when I said she is black and white). We keep going back and forth without them specifically addressing issues for a while until they finally say something to the effect of "we do everything with airbrush and that's the best we can do so we suggest returning the doll for a refund." I asked "what about all the other things I've listed besides her fur color that you didn't do?" So they said they would fix them, we came up with an itemized list of 5 things to be fixed and I sent it back (nuking my option for a refund): X 1. Her ears are supposed to be black ? 2. Fix her chest ? 3. More black on the nose X 4. Overbite X 5. Underside of tail is supposed to be white When I received it back again, only 2 things had been addressed, so I wrote them back again with pictures included (which I had been providing photo evidence from the start) of what was (or rather wasn't) fixed and I was met with blame shifting like "I'm sorry you feel..." "I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations..." But I have photos from before and after that very clearly show nothing was done to "fix" the corrections on 3 of the mentioned areas. Additionally, there are plenty of examples of black pets available to see in their products online and it's nothing like these ears. A partial refund was offered of a whole 20% back so I took that. It's not even that I hate this thing because it looks enough like my dog, but the fact is I included specifics in their specifics section for them to just be ignored, I was ignored flat out when asked about her coat color, I was lied to about them fixing the corrections, their refusal to take responsibility when it's right there in their face, and/or refusal to communication what they will/won't and can/can't do both with each other and their customers. I read a review sadly after I placed my order from a customer who said they clearly take their time for the *** celebs but everyone else gets bottom shelf. I think they were right.

Pleased an order for pajama shorts and pants Dec 4 with an extra fee to guarantee Christmas delivery. It went straight into production according an additional email I got. NO UPDATE SINCE. It says unfulfilled, no tracking info etc. I have now contacted them 4 separate times by email, chat on instagram, and when I called…magically they’re having issues with the phone. Purchased several items on October 20. Was notified I had to make a change to an item. I followed the steps provided. Weeks later was notified that item was cancelled. Placed a new order that I was assured would be received by Christmas. Contacted them several times as the holiday approached as it was a personalized item. Was assured that it would arrive in time. It arrived the day after Christmas. I would have paid rush shipping but was told it would arrive - I would have cancelled it if I had not been told more than once it would arrive. The nose was seen on crooked, the ear was wrong and the legs were misshapen. My *** has requested a refund from them. What she received is a generic email saying to return the clone within 15 days for a refund. Our fear is that we return it and don't get anything back since it is just a generic email. However, when you "click on the link" nothing happens. I received this email three times and no link works. I called the business and no one answers. I have sent multiple emails and there is no reply. I have contacted business via their website "contact" page and still no reply. So, they have taken my money, but will no longer communicate. The cover came with the wrong colors and looking nothing like our pet. They offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and when we reached out to redeem this, they offered to remake the cover (but we could not return it again if we were unhappy) or a full money refund. With the poor quality of the first cover, we chose a refund only to find we would have to pay to ship the product back, supply packaging, and are STILL waiting for our refund.

Order *** for $152.42 Cuddle Clones for 5 items. I have only received two items which total $32.00, These two items (golf balls) according to their tracking system haven't even shipped yet. Their system states that I received two pairs of expensive socks on 11/24. which were actually the golf balls. I have not received the pajamas at all either. I have written to them 3 times explaining that the two items that haven't shipped are the only items that I received (those two items were only $16.00. They email back weeks later just sending the shipping information. They didn't even read my emails, their 800 number is not answered it says they are having tech difficulties and to email. I want my money back they owe me 122.42. They have not even replied about the socks which they say are delivered...I dont have copies of the 2 other emails that I sent, because they havent replied to them.

I purchased two items on November 10th. There is a standard $30 flat fee for shipping. On top of this, I paid an additional $59 for the "Four Weeks Rush" shipping option. We are at the four week mark and one of the two items has a tracking number, but the USPS website shows that they haven't received the item yet - only the shipping label has been created. It has been this status for a week now. The second item was said to have passed their quality control and was sent for final packaging on November 16th. That is the last update I have received. It has not shipped and the representative I spoke to has no update on its status. At this point, at the very least, I would like the additional $59 I paid for "Four Week Rush" shipping refunded to me as they did not meet that timeframe. My biggest concern is that this company is a total scam as I paid them $477 total four weeks ago and I have received no proof that my items exist or will ever arrive. Thank you.

In addition, the customer's credit card is charged at the time of purchase, making it easy for the company to scam customers. All of this is especially cruel to me and so many others who have lost their beloved pet. All we want is honest service and a comforting product of our pet. recently lost her best friend, her 16 year old dog. my siblings and I wanted to ease her pain and decided on a stuffed animal that is made with your pets exact features. It was $230. I ordered it early July. July 23rd I received an email saying it was "shipped". well a couple weeks later she still hadn't gotten it so I called Cuddle Clones and they told me it was sent and to contact USPS. Even after that email exchange I still waited another couple weeks and then contacted USPS who told me it was never dropped off! I then tried calling Cuddle Clones and when you call their 1-800 number it says "we are not answering calls email us". so I emailed them TWICE. tried to use their "chat" feature, says nobody is available to help. I wish this about the money I spent but it's not. *** was really looking forward to receiving this. Not only am I asking for what I ordered, I want some sort of compensation. When I received the pants, I thought they sent the wrong size because they were so small, like a kids small! But the tag said XXL. These pants would not even hardly fit me and I am 5'4", 134 lbs. They were tight around MY waist. I em them and said NO WAY is this a XXL and would never fit my husband who is 6' tall and 205 Lbs! They asked me to take pic of the pants so I did. I sent them several pics with me measuring the waist. 14" waist! 28" inseam" I said HOW is that XXL. They said they will check their size chart. Then I received an em the following week stating that "according to our size chart, this is correct". THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS AN XXL! Maybe in TINY TOWN! I also took pics of a pair of OSU PJ pants that were XL and that was a 17" waist! So they credited my account for $11.94 on 12/22..That is unacceptable! I should be refunded my entire amount. My husband NOR I can wear these pants. They are too small. Maybe if I had a 13 year old in the house, but I don't. So they owe me $47.79! This is just not right. Thank you!

My friend ordered 2 canvases of the same photo for a friend. This order took place on August 24th. She then moved and changed the address to my address. During that time, Cuddle Clones canceled the order and stopped shipment. They didn't tell my friend that the shipment was canceled. She had to reach out and get the Canvas remade, because of the shipping issue. It takes 2 weeks to get these remade. I ended up taking over the order and following up with Cuddle Clones because she was going through some hard times. I reached out last week and they told me that the new canvases were made and will be shipped and that they would send me the tracking information. ALSO, the only way to contact Cuddle Clones and reach a real person is via online chat. Which is outrageous that they do not have a real phone number you can call to talk to someone. They have a phone number online you can call, but it only tells you to email their info email or online chat with someone. I still haven't received my tracking number for this order and reached out again today. Mind you that is it now OCT 13th and I still haven't received my purchased product (8 Weeks). They proceed to tell me that the product isn't made yet and will send me tracking info when it ships. Not sure how my product hasn't been made? They have been jerking me around for 8 weeks.

After weeks in production, they sent my item which looked NOTHING like my puppy, even with many pictures and descriptions sent to the company during the order process. I emailed, and they offered a remake. I told them exactly the changes that needed to be made, and sent even more pictures, descriptions etc. On the second remake, they sent some pictures of the finished product to be approved before shipping. NO better. NOT EVEN COMPARABLE. They offered a third remake. Received the third set of pictures on a third remake and it STILL looks NOTHING like my puppy. Their advertisements are horribly misleading, as the actual product looks nothing like a clone, as promised. I told them I wanted a refund, and they REFUSE to give it to me. I am not paying hundreds of dollars for a stuffed animal that looks as comparative to my actual puppy as something I can buy in a store for $20.00. These are NOT clones. My puppy has been in our family for 16 years. My daughters first dog and her best friend. Poor pup, ***, is getting older and doesn't have much longer to live. There was a statement on their website that the order would be received before Christmas if placed by 11/26. Two and a half weeks later, I've received a few emails saying my orders have shipped; however, *I am not able to log in to my account check tracking *I am not able to reset my password - when I click the link to reset the password, I never receive an email with a link to reset the password *I am not able to track the order via the link in the emails stating the goods are on the way as the link is not functional at all *I am not able to reach anyone at the company - the number they provide (P: +***) does not accept calls or take messages. There is an actual human voice/recording that states they are experiencing some technical difficulties with the phone system and c***ot accept incoming calls at this time *I am not able to use the live chat feature on the site but there was a functioning live chat feature when I placed my order *I am not able to get through to anyone via email as no one answers my emails - I've sent numerous emails to *** as directed on the website I literally have zero recourse as there is NO MEANS to contact this company and even receive an update on the orders.

I ordered a Cuddle Clone on May 4. However, when I went back to change one item of the order, every customization I had chosen was reset. I noticed this seconds after placing my order and called Cuddle Clones (CC) to correct this (I wanted the position of the plush to be sitting, not laying down). I left multiple voice mail and emails to their customer service. I also tried to chat (but the chat was not working, and it actually has not been working for WEEKS). I received an email response on May 8. The rep apologized and said they had been overwhelmed with orders for masks. He assured me that he updated the position on my order to sitting. I received my order on June 15: the Cuddle Clone plush was in the laying down position, not sitting as I had requested and been assured they would get right. I called CC that afternoon. I explain the situation and that I want the CC made the way I had asked for (sitting). The rep said she would send an RMA. I did not get a RMA, and I had to email CC again (their voice mailbox was full). I received a reply from *** on 6/25 with the RMA. I was informed that once I send the CC back, I am no longer entitled to a refund or further changes. I feel that I did everything in my control to inform them of the mistake when I ordered my CC. Their website and automatically generated email states "If you need to change something in your order, please contact customer service." I did that. I feel I should not be penalized in regard to a refund for the corrected CC. If I get the remake, and there is another mistake or the CC looks bad, then I am stuck with it and out of $250. I am not returning the CC under a normal customer dissatisfaction scenario. I am returning it because the CC company made the error; they do not seem able to provide adequate customer service. This whole thing has been upsetting; I ordered the CC for *** as our beloved pet was tragically killed by a car, and we wanted something to remember her by.
