I would like to make a formal complaint against Mr. Rob DANDO, the top manager of currys 2356 Cheltenham GL51 9DU. I have been their loyal customer for years, bought all my computers and printers and care plan from there, and I have always been pleased with the service. but recently the store has gone to the wall.
The computers which should be communicated to the customers to be collected, would not be communicated, the computers which should be repair out side, get forgotten to be send and customers had to go back and remind them of it.
On 05/01/2023 I bought a computer, printer, fridge freezer and three years of care plan. I was promised that on 08/01/2023 it will be delivered between 07.00-21.00.Till today 13/01/2023 have not received any of the items, worst of all there has not been any communication with me.
There suppose to be three technical people and rest are sales people, the only person from the technical team whom man the desk at all times is Mr. Robert Burton the other two are never to be seen also the sales team never want to engage with the customers, do not make eye contact, hide at the back of store, if half of them leave no one will notices. I have made the same complaint to the head office in shefild but no action was taken.
Almost every day there is a QUEUE of customers with their care plan want to see a technical person and as usual the only person over there is Rob Burton and as usual the rest of the staff are right at the back of store talking with each other, last time, by my account it was seven of them, more over I was witness (TWICE) that customers where arguing with the staff that why there is so many staff and ONLY Robert Burton has to deal with all.
YOU SHOULD SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES, TO BLIVE IT.
The top manager has not got a clue what is happing in his/her store, or he/she wants an easy life and that is why the staff are the way their are.
