Excellent customer service
My wife and I decided to give our son a gift of some custom shirts for his newest business venture. When they arrived he liked the color but unfortunately everything else (size, no logo) was wrong. Although this was our error we contacted customer service to help us fix it. We were relieved to find out our Custom Ink service rep Marki wasn't interested in who's fault it was, she only wanted the order to be right. She corrected the information, expedited the order at no charge and offered us a 30% discount for our trouble. On top of all that she sent us a return label for the shirts already delivered. Many companies claim your complete satisfaction but Custom Ink truly delivers it. You can't ask for more than that!
Greatest Customer Service I've Ever Experienced
So, I don't usually write reviews and I also have not gotten my shirts yet so possibly take my review about anything other than the customer service with a grain of salt. I ran into a problem with a logo on my shirt being copyrighted and thus the delivery date was pushed back since the company needed to approve it; however, I called Custom Ink on two separate occasions and their staff was extremely helpful and courteous. One of them even found my email address and emailed me directly after figuring out the problem directly! I cannot stress enough how amazing the people are there! Although I do not have my shirts yet, I am confident that they will look amazing! I will be going to Custom Ink for my tee shirt orders going forward.

The fabric quality, print colors and printing are good on the tee shirts I ordered, but Custom Ink didn’t print the size of the text and graphics that I requested. The finished product did not match the photos that they provided for my fundraising webpage. I was very disappointed with the print size on the tee shirts. Also, the Custom Ink webpage is very misleading on how much you can make on each shirt sold. The webpage says if you sell 50 shirts at $20 per shirt, you can make $10 per shirt or $500, but they later told me that depends on the quality of the fabric you choose and if you sell more than one age group like unisex, youth, toddler etc. I sold 64 shirts over a 3 week period and made $330.45 or $5 per shirt.
I placed a small order of 8 shirts for my group with a specific delivery date. Shortly before my order was to go to print, I asked to add another shirt for a latecomer, and approved a later delivery date. I also changed a home delivery option to be added to the group delivery. The customer service agent said it wouldn't be a problem, and actually expedited my order to rush shipping even though I placed the order later than originally intended. All through this their customer service agent kept me apprised of the fact that my delivery would now be 2 days later than he told me, and he was watching the tracking. And if it came too late for my event they would make it right. I literally received a personal call apprising me of the fact. Once I received the order, my shirts looked amazing, but unfortunately I was missing the one I added, and the one I canceled home delivery for to add to the group shipment. My initial contact to make the changes was met with a no problem, we can do that attitude, not one of you're inconveniencing us. And they added rush shipping at no charge to accomodate me. My second contact to let them know about the missing shirts was not one of blame, which I expected, but one of let us make this right, and we'll get the shirts to you ASAP. They've promised to ship them before my event date, and thrown in a credit for a future order. I understand that things can happen when you make changes to the original order, and my 5 star rating is for the excellent customer service I received when calling in to report the missing shirts and also for the great customer service I received when originally making the changes. Anyone can make online orders these days, but how a company responds with their customer service is the game changer. I can say without any doubt that this is absolutely hands down the best customer service I've ever received from any company. I would never hesitate to order from CustomInk again and would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for the amazing customer service, and the great shirts for my event.
In a world of lackluster customer service, I found them accessible, friendly and very helpful
In a world of lackluster customer service, I found them accessible, friendly and very helpful. Timeline was good. Shipping was free for my order. Product was of good quality.
They are my go to company
They are my go to company. After trying out other companies in the beginning, I settled on one company, Custom Ink. They are professional and always helpful if and when and issue should arise. Love them!
I started a fundraiser using Custom Ink's services
I started a fundraiser using Custom Ink's services. Their customer service is top notch. I forgot to add options to my fundraiser and with one call everything was added and updated within an hour. I have to offer a special thank you to a customer service rep by the name of Kayla H.. She helped out quite a bit and I always received quick and informative responses. Everyone loved their shirts and hoodies. Thank you Custom Ink and Kayla for helping me raise money for a good cause.
We ordered face masks, white, with our non-profit logo on them
We ordered face masks, white, with our non-profit logo on them. Pretty straightforward. After having being lied to by another company, we thought "here we go again" when they slipped a delivery date by a day. But they stepped up and beat the first date, prioritized shipping, and even gave us a discount. The masks came out looking just as we hoped, and the mask quality is good. Fits the face well. I think they sensed our stress and really wanted to help--and they did. Glad to give credit where it is due.
I had a single order for a special event
I had a single order for a special event. Before ordering I called to see if the medium shirt ran small and was told it was a generous fit. When I received the shirt and tried it on it fit like a small. I contact customer service and was emailed instructions on measuring the shirt. After I sent back the information the shirt was actually slightly smaller than what the medium should have been. They put in a new order for a shirt in large size, made a few adjustments on the print and offered a softer shirt than the one received. I offered to pay for the larger size and improved shirt as the issue was a manufacturer problem, not theirs or mine. Did not charge me for either. They went over and above what I had expected. I could not be happier with the result.

Custom Ink Cups: Not Dishwasher Safe & Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered some custom cups from Custom Ink for a marketing campaign for my small business. I had used their services before for my company shirts and was pretty happy with the results. This time, I ordered 800 cups with my design, but when I received them, I noticed that the design could be scratched off with my fingernail. I was pretty disappointed, so I contacted Custom Ink and sent the cups back.
After a while, I received the next batch of cups, but this time, a warning card came with them that said the cups should NEVER be placed in a dishwasher. I didn't think much of it and placed a few cups in the dishwasher, only to find out that the writing and logo partially washed off! I was pretty upset and called the Custom Ink rep to complain. He told me that the website informs customers that the cups are not dishwasher safe, but I argued that the website only says "hand washing recommended." He said that there was nothing he could do unless there was a design defect, and since I was "warned" about washing the cups in the dishwasher, it was MY fault.
I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation, especially since I was counting on these cups to launch my small business in neighborhoods. My advertising budget was now used up thanks to Custom Ink with cups I couldn't even use to advertise with. To make matters worse, Custom Ink didn't seem to possess any corporate social responsibility or ethics when dealing with their customers. They offered to return 20% of my money, but I have yet to receive it even after two months.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Custom Ink. While their website may have warned about the cups not being dishwasher safe, I feel like they could have been more upfront about it. Additionally, their customer service could have been more helpful and understanding of my situation. I would caution others to be careful when ordering from Custom Ink and to make sure to read all the fine print before making a purchase.
Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with Custom Ink
I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Custom Ink. I spent all day working hard on my designs, making sure everything was just right, and then I went and spent a whole bunch of money on some T-Shirts to represent my business. But when they arrived, they were all messed up! The lines were crooked and the printing was all wrong. I was so disappointed.
So I called up their customer service and they said they would fix it. But then they sent me two more packages and they were just as bad! I couldn't believe it. It was like they didn't even care about the quality of their products.
I mean, I have a really simple logo and they still couldn't get it right. And they charged me a lot of money for it too! It's just not right.
I really don't think you should give your money to this company. They don't care about their customers and they don't care about quality. It's just a big scam.
Decent Experience Turned Frustrating: Custom Ink Cancels Order Without Warning or Communication
So, I gotta say, I had a pretty decent experience with Custom Ink. I ordered a shirt a few months back and everything went pretty smoothly. The site was easy to use and the design studio was pretty cool. But, unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when I had multiple people order and spend money on items, only to have the order cancelled without any warning or communication from the company.
Turns out, our shirt design was similar to some far right organization that Custom Ink didn't agree with. I was pretty frustrated and called them up to see if we could adjust the design and get the order replaced. They made it seem like it was possible, but after making the adjustments, I didn't hear anything back from them. I had to call them up again and they told me that I would have to start the whole process over again, collecting money from everyone and all that jazz. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but got disconnected and had to call back.
To make matters worse, they didn't retain any information from my original order, so I had to go back to the group ordering and request all the information again. They did offer a $30 discount on the replacement order, but it seemed like they didn't really care about how much this had inconvenienced our entire group. I even suggested that they should proof the graphics before collecting money and not cancel orders without first contacting the organizer, but they didn't seem too interested in my feedback.
Instead, they sent out emails saying that I had cancelled the order to the entire group. I asked them to send me a quote on the best offer they could do to make things right, but I'm still waiting on that. All in all, it was a pretty frustrating experience, but I'm hoping that they'll come through and make things right in the end.
Custom Ink Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Billing Issues
I gotta say, I was pretty stoked when I found out about Custom Ink. I mean, who doesn't love the idea of getting their own custom designs printed on shirts and stuff? So, I went ahead and placed my order, using the PO option for payment. I sent over my PO, got it approved, and sent it to Custom Ink to finalize my order. Easy peasy, right?
Well, not exactly. When I checked my account on their website, I saw a message telling me to call customer support. So, I did. And let me tell you, that was a mistake. I was put on hold for what felt like forever, and when I finally got through to a rep, she couldn't help me with billing. Apparently, they don't have billing reps you can talk to. What kind of nonsense is that?
Anyway, turns out they wouldn't take my PO number because I needed to send them a purchase order with a signature and a promise to pay message. Like, what even is that? I was so frustrated with the whole thing that I just cancelled my order and went to AlphaGraphics instead. And you know what? They were great. My order will be in on time and everything.
The thing that really gets me about Custom Ink is that they didn't explain their procedures correctly. I asked for their W9, which is something we need for our records, and they gave me so much pushback. We work with a lot of vendors, and I've never had this kind of trouble before. It's just not a good look for them.
So, if you're thinking about placing an order with Custom Ink, I'd say think twice. Their customer service is pretty bad, and they don't seem to care about making things right for their customers. It's a shame, really. I had high hopes for them, but they just didn't deliver.
Impressive Custom T-Shirt Company with Great Graphics and Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Customink when I first ordered from them back in 2020. I wanted to surprise my hubby with a custom business shirt featuring his logo, but I couldn't find any other t-shirt company that had the specific tool graphics I needed (he's a builder, you know). But Customink had 'em, so I went for it.
Now, I'm not the most tech-savvy person out there, so I was a little worried about using their editing tool to get the design just right. There wasn't an option to erase or hide certain lines, so I sent some notes along with the order to ask them to adjust it on their end. And you know what? They did it exactly as I asked! The tool handles were hidden behind the anvil, just like I wanted.
Fast forward to December 2021, and my hubby has worn that shirt to death. So we decided to order 5 more this time around, for a total of $205 AUD. It took about 5 weeks for them to arrive, which I thought was pretty good considering we're still in the middle of a pandemic. Unfortunately, this time my notes were overlooked and the design still had the tool handles in the final product. We were both pretty disappointed after waiting so long, and I was worried that we'd have to pay for shipping and send the shirts back to get the error fixed.
But then I emailed the company and Gracie got back to me super quickly. She let me know that a replacement order was already in the system and ready to ship, and she even gave us a $25 voucher to use next time as an apology for the inconvenience. I was blown away by how helpful and responsive they were! It's not often that you find a company that goes above and beyond like that.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Customink to anyone looking for custom t-shirts or other apparel. They've got a great selection of graphics and their customer service is top-notch. I'm already looking forward to our next order with them!
Disappointing Experience with Custom Ink: Delayed Refund and Design Issues
I gotta say, I had an experience with Custom Ink and it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. I wanted to get some t-shirts made and I used their tool to see how my designs would look on different colors. I was pretty happy with what I saw, so I went ahead and placed my order. But then, I got hit with a "hold" - they said that the colors in my logo wouldn't look good on their shirts. I was like, "What? They looked perfect in the tool!" So I started a chat with one of their reps and they were helpful at first. But then, they said they needed to get back to me with more info and then... I got disconnected from the chat. Not cool, man.
So I figured I'd call them up and see what was going on. But then, I got hit with another "hold" - apparently, my design might be too similar to someone else's and I might need a letter from that company to be able to use it. What the heck? So I called Custom Ink and they told me I could either contact the other company myself or they could redesign my logo. I wasn't too thrilled about either option, so I decided to cancel my order.
Now, here's where things get really frustrating. I paid for my order with cash through PayPal (balance), which I've been using for like, forever. And when you refund a balance, it's supposed to go back into your account right away. But Custom Ink told me it would take them 5 days to process my refund. What the heck, man? I just gave them a $1,000 interest-free loan for 5 days! Not cool.
So yeah, I wouldn't recommend Custom Ink. I found out later that there are plenty of local businesses that can do the same thing, and they're way more competitive. So if you're looking to get some shirts made, support your local businesses instead.
Custom Ink Embroidery Review: Excellent Customer Service & Quality Shirts!
We just got our embroidery order from Custom Ink and we're stoked! We've been talking to them for like 2 months because we wanted to make sure we got the right shirts. They sent us 3 different samples until we found the perfect fit. Every time we talked to them, it was super easy! I love that their online chat has a real person you can talk to. You can even place your order through the chat if you don't want to call. And if you do call or chat, you can customize your shirts however you want! We decided to put our company logo on the left chest and each employee's name on the right sleeve.
I ordered through Emily Wilburn and she was awesome! There was one little mistake when she sent me the purchase link (forgot one shirt), but she fixed it super fast before I bought anything.
A few days after I bought the shirts, they sent me an email with proofs for us to approve. It took about 3 weeks from the day I bought them to the day they arrived at my door. I think that's pretty good for a custom embroidery order! We got 51 polos in total. We went with the Nike Dry Essential Polo. I saw some reviews that said they didn't like the shirt quality, but remember that Custom Ink doesn't make the shirts themselves. They get them from different stores. I recommend getting samples (ours came the next day with free shipping to Ohio, which was sick).
Overall, we had a great experience with Custom Ink. I included a picture of one of the proofs (I don't have any pictures of the actual shirts on my computer). They're a great company and super easy to work with!
Toxic Work Environment: My Experience Working at Custom Ink
I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Custom Ink. I worked at their place in Reno, and let me tell you, it was a real nightmare. The people there were just plain toxic. They were always forming cliques and playing favorites, and management was just as bad. They didn't care about anything except kissing up to their superiors and making themselves look good. And if you tried to speak up about anything, they'd just shut you down and tell you that you were the problem. It was a real mess.
I mean, I'm not one to complain, but this was just too much. The people there were openly lazy, manipulative, and even downright bullying. And when I went to HR, they were no help at all. They were all part of the same clique, and if you weren't in it, you were out of luck. It was like they were purposefully trying to make me sick and traumatized.
And the worst part? They had this parting agreement that said you couldn't sue them for anything, even emotional distress or discrimination. Can you believe that? It's like they knew they were doing something wrong and wanted to cover their tracks.
Honestly, I regret not quitting sooner. I should have known something was up when I first started there. But I thought I could tough it out. I was wrong. It was the most horrible work experience of my life. And I know I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience with Custom Ink. They're just not a good company to work for.
Custom Ink Masks: A Total Rip-Off - Save Your Money!
So, I recently got a set of 12 masks from Custom Ink. I was pretty excited to get them, but then I started seeing some really bad reviews about them. I mean, like, really bad. But I figured, hey, maybe those people were just being too picky or something. I mean, it couldn't be that bad, right? Wrong. When I got them, I was seriously shocked. I mean, how could a brand that's supposed to be pretty well-known (at least, I've heard of them) sell something like this? It's honestly kind of ridiculous.
So, I went back to the website to check out the descriptions again. Maybe I missed something? But nope, they were pretty accurate. I guess I just didn't read between the lines enough. Lesson learned, I guess. But seriously, these masks are a total rip-off. Don't waste your money on them.
Instead, here's what I recommend: take an old t-shirt, lay it flat, trace the shape of a mask, cut it out, and make a couple of slits on the sides so you can put it on your ears. Boom, you've got yourself a mask that's probably just as good (if not better) than the ones from Custom Ink. And it won't cost you a dime. Plus, you can make it in whatever design you want. Win-win, right?
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in Custom Ink. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. I mean, who would want to buy from a brand that sells such low-quality stuff? Not me, that's for sure. So, if you're thinking about buying from them, I'd say steer clear. It's not worth it.
Incompetent Design Team and Poor Quality Shirts: A Disappointing Experience
I sent in a file with the details for the shirts I wanted, and asked for help designing three different images. I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted to see, but instead of re-designing it, they just put my crappy image on the first round of templates. I had to re-explain everything that was in my original email and file, and they made some basic modifications. We went through about four rounds of changes, and every sample round they had major errors. Many of them were items that were in my original file or comments from the previous round of samples. I truly do not think that they even read my original file or any of my follow-up emails.
It was the fourth round before they even told me that I could not get the colors I wanted in the small quantities that I wanted, even though that was specified in my original file, and I had re-mentioned it in all of the previous rounds of samples. They wasted a lot of my time re-designing the last two images when we were not even allowed to use them. I did my own re-design and ordered nine shirts from a competitor. Those turned out great! Yours not so good.
(FYI: I tried to buy the images that we had been working on from you guys even though I did not really like them. I was told no, so you guys wasted all of our time and did not even want my money at the end.)
As for the actual shirts, first of all, the image on the back of the shirts was printed sooooo high on the back that they basically touched the collar. The women's t-shirts that your people had suggested were not actually a women's cut. They are square and boxy. The two women's ones will not be worn and therefore were a waste of money. I am going to re-create that image myself and order those from your competitor as well.
The good thing that came out of this is that I learned a lot of design techniques from the internet so I can do my own design work in the future. Bottom line, I wanted your team to take my ideas and create a cool image. They are supposed to be creative, talented, artistic type people, so I thought that part would be easy and fun. Instead, they simply cleaned up my original images. No creativity. No talent, no ability to even just make the multitude of changes needed each round to clean up their errors from not having actually read what I wanted. Many of the changes I had to repeat several times since they were not listening. I just kept thinking how pissed off I would have been had I actually been paying for this service. Normally you charge for this lack of service! Wow!
The only good thing I can say about your group is that they were friendly... incompetent, but very friendly.
Custom Ink Complaints 17
No Integrity. Fake and rotten culture equals low quality product. All fluff and marketing
As the product they put out reflects the rotten core of the company and the ethics of the employees. NO INTEGRITY. TOXIC. ABUSIVE. HARRASING. I worked at this place in IHP in Reno NV. It was the most traumatic and abusive experience. Very toxic and cliquish environment, extremely unprofessional. Management is inadequate and favoritism is king. I could not believe it at first, because the conduct of some of the employees would go from openly lazy to manipulative to psychotic to bullying. I would talk to managment. They don't like anyone who is smarter than them and open and honest, because they don't know how to neither want to deal with any issues, which there are a plethora of. Right away I was the black sheep and the "offenders" were the favorites, because they know how to play the game of kissing up to that management. I then went to higher management, thinking there would be integrity and understanding and support there. NO! I was simply told I was the problem. I went to HR! They are all a part of a clique. If you are not in that clique and are a thinking and logical individual with good work ethic who is bothered by rude and manipulative behavior - you should get out. They will make you sick. That was the case. I kept thinking I'll stick it out. Could not believe it was this bad. It was, and it did make me sick and traumatized. A toxic work place with a crowd mentality and a group that is purposefully abusing you in order to bring you down - it is ugly and dangerous for your well being. I regret not quitting as soon as I felt that something was really wrong with the FAKE culture of Custom Ink and many of its employees. In their parting agreement they have a paragraph that you can not sue them for emotional distress, discriminations and such... I am defiantly not the only one this had happened to. Only manipulative chameleons survive there and move up. An honest person with dignity and respect CAN NOT! THE MOST HORRIBLE WORK EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
You don't realize it till you actually see these!
I bought these masks recently (a set of 12), and soon after ordering I began finding a whole lot of negative (read: terrible) reviews about these masks. But you know how it happens to everyone else, but you can never get conned! So I waited hoping the folks who wrote those reviews were just too demanding, or had simply very high expectations. And then I received them the other day. My first reaction was just amazement that a well-known brand (at least relatively speaking) had decided that this was a reasonable mask that could be sold. Wow! Really?! I then immediately went back to the website to see the descriptions. Maybe they cheated me? But no, not technically! Their description is actually quite accurate. I am sure they have good marketing folks and good lawyers who read these things. No they did not technically cheat. I was too stupid to not bother to actually read between the lines (that by the way, is the price of trust these days!), and perhaps too eager to find a mask that my family and I could wear about in these scary and uncertain times. And perhaps too naive to think a well-known brand would obviously make decent stuff. So you see, you don't realize it till you actually see these masks. One word to describe them, honestly: Rip-off!
Here's what I would recommend you do instead - those of you all who have not yet wasted your money on these - take an old t-shirt, lay it flat, trace the shape of a mask, cut it along those lines, and make a vertical slit each on both ends (which can then be pulled around your ears when you wear them). You now have exactly the same 'mask' - for no cost and possibly in a design you might like, and depending on the quality of your old t-shirt material quite possibly a better mask. The best part of doing this is that you have saved your money too in the process. Good luck!
Oh, I must mention also, that like me, I would venture to guess, most folks who bought these 'masks' are left with a bad taste in their mouths, and like me, would always steer clear of this brand. Good long-term brand building strategy, Custom Ink! I hope your short-term profits are worth it! Way to go!

On Monday August 24, 2020 I placed a custom T-Shirt Design order online using Custom Inks design builder and placed an order for 48 shirts *** Tagless T-Shirt Stonewash Green with 8 color printing on front and 2 color on back. The total price for the order was $971.34 with a $5 discount equaling $966.34. I received a proof email for the design and an order confirmation. It should be noted I am a repeat customer having ordered for 10 years not large orders but a customer nonetheless. I have never had an issue previously. On August 25, 2020 I get a call from a woman working for Custom Ink named Whitney L who tells me that they cannot do the order in part because with the type of shirt I am ordering in her words "the ink falls off the shirt" and could I pick another shirt or they can "redraw" my art work and that would be a different option. She then goes on to say that if I increase my order of 48 to 72 they could print the original order. This took me back for several reasons. The first is that internet orders have to follow some base of truth in advertising as governed by FTC, and State and Federal law. Secondly, once you place an order it is presumed the order is good, and the job can be done. To increase an order and literally attempt to extort a customer into paying for 24 more shirts at an increased cost is deceptive and dishonest business practices. If an accredited business who claims to care about customers understands that they are fulfilling an order then they should fulfill the order. I further told Whitney that if she can't fulfill my order then refund my money and I'll look for another vendor. She doesn't seem to understand the customer's perspective so I ask to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for ten minutes. After which an individual named Jason got on the phone and lackadaisically told me he would "hear me out." I told him I didn't appreciate the customer service I am experiencing, I am a ten year customer, and when I put in an order, the order should be fulfilled, not passed back to me and tell me I need to pay for 24 more shirts to get an advertised consummated fulfillment of an online order. He then told me "he is not going to listen to anymore of this abuse" and hung up on me. I then had to call Custom Ink to find out what was going on. I reach a lady named Becky who tells me that what Whitney stated is not correct that it is more costly to print the shirts that's why they want a larger order and I explain to her then the website should have a buffer mechanism to properly express what can be ordered. In my case, my order was approved online. Becky, further stated inter alia that my money would be refunded but she would like a chance to see if they can do the order as advertised. I stated I would be willing to do that but I am very aggravated and annoyed with Jason and the Custom Ink company in that they do not understand customers. I further explain that I was willing to bet that if the company employed CRM a customer retention management software which tracked inter actions between employees and customers meaning time spent on the phone and results - did the cal lead to a sale, retained customer or increase order ; Jason and Whitney would probably have the lowest performing results. Any employee that does not care about customers orders, and further hangs up on them needs a different line of work. I am a business owner and hire many people. I know what works and what doesn't. This is untruthful advertising that seeks to extort customers into larger orders or pass off other printing options to save company expenses at the customer expense. I do not believe the founders of Custom Ink intended this and after reading their formation I wanted to bring this to their attention as no employee would connect me.

Disappointing Custom Ink Experience: Late Delivery and Poor Printing Job
The service on CustomInk was pretty good, I gotta say. I was excited to get my order of T-shirts for my event, and I paid extra to get them expedited. But then, things went south. My order was put on hold, and I didn't get it until a day late. And when I finally got my hands on those shirts, I was pretty disappointed. The back of the T-shirt was completely lacking from what I was promised, and the black ink I paid for on my back design was left out entirely. I mean, come on, Custom Ink! What's up with that?
I'm hoping I can contact Custom Ink support to fix this issue, because it's just not acceptable. Luckily, the participants at my event are close with me, so if I can get a new shipment, we can replace the shirts easily. But if this unlucky thing were to happen to anyone else, their whole event could be ruined because of a lousy printing job on Custom Ink's part. That's just not cool.
I really hope I can get my current shirts fixed or entirely replaced for this issue. I mean, I paid good money for these shirts, and I expect them to be done right. If I knew that the print would severely be lacking and I didn't get my order on time like how it has turned out right now, I wouldn't order from Custom Ink again. That's just how it is.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Custom Ink: Shirts Came in Too Small and Unhelpful Reps
The customer service at Custom Ink is just terrible. We ordered a bunch of items, but they all came in way too small. Even our smallest girl, who is only 5'4" and weighs 110 pounds, had a shirt that was practically painted on and looked like a belly shirt. When we called to complain, we spoke with a woman named Adrianna who was not helpful at all. Her attitude was really rude and she didn't seem to care about our problem.
Adrianna told us that if we wanted any help, we would have to return all of the shirts so they could measure them and see if they were actually too small. But even if they were, they wouldn't be able to do anything about it if the shirts were within 1/2" of their size chart. Apparently, they couldn't resell the shirts to someone else if they had been opened, so we were just out of luck.
We were really disappointed because we had planned on ordering a lot more shirts and promotional items for our upcoming events. But after this experience, we won't be using Custom Ink again. It's a shame that one customer service rep's bad attitude can ruin an entire experience. So if you're thinking about using Custom Ink, don't waste your time.
Great Website, Disappointing Quality: My Custom Ink Review
The website for Custom Ink is really great. It's super easy to make your own design, add more stuff, switch things around, and then order it all. But, I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with the quality of the stuff I got. I only got one hoodie and one t-shirt, both Hanes, and they weren't great. As soon as I opened the package, I could tell that the material was really stiff and rough. I was worried that they would shrink a lot, and I was right. I washed them both in cold water, and then hung them up to dry, but they still shrank a ton. I ordered both items in Men's Medium, and I even measured other hoodies and t-shirts that I have that are also 'medium' to make sure they would fit, but they're both totally unwearable now. The hoodie is over 4 inches shorter than my other 'medium' hoodies, and the t-shirt is so stiff that you could almost stand it up. I ended up giving them both to my girlfriend instead. I would order from CustomInk again because the website is so easy to use, but I wouldn't recommend the Hanes stuff.
Disappointed with Customink's Quality Control and Customer Service
I've been ordering shirts from Customink for a while now, since 2013 to be exact. I've never left a negative review before, but I feel like I need to share my experience with others.
The online website is easy to use, but I've had some issues with the layout. Every time I order a shirt, the design is off center or moved around. It's like the person printing the shirts is blind or has no experience. It's frustrating because I never get the shirt that I ordered, and they look bad.
But the customer service is amazing, or so they say. They have 1500 employees spread out over a dozen offices around the country. But they seem completely disconnected when it comes to quality and product. They offer free replacements, which is great, but I spend more time taking pictures and sending exact placement measurements for the print. And yet, they still send more misprinted shirts. I have a large box of misprinted shirts!
The problem here is communication and quality control. Customink doesn't seem to have either. It's all a facade. They promise great customer service and quality products, but they don't deliver. I'm disappointed because I've ordered from them so many times, but I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Disappointing Experience with Custom Ink: Poor Quality and Late Delivery
I placed my order on February 26th with Custom Ink and was promised that my merchandise would be delivered by March 15th. However, I was disappointed to find that I only received one shirt. I made six phone calls to inquire about the status of my order and why only half of it was done, but the customer service representatives were unable to provide me with any information. They kept telling me that they were having issues with their printing company, but I told them that it was not my problem. I had been guaranteed my merchandise by the 15th.
It wasn't until March 20th that I finally received my entire order. When I received my shirt, I was disappointed to find that the quality was not good. The picture was poor, and Custom Ink had stated that they would contact me if there was an issue with the photo and needed to send a better one for the quality to be good. However, none of that happened. My pictures were horrible, and I am now waiting for new shirts from a different printing company.
When I finally spoke to a manager, they promised to expedite my shirt to me for next day air as soon as it was completed. However, when I received the email that it was finally done, it took five days to get to me. And to top it off, the shirt was still of poor quality.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Custom Ink. The customer service was lacking, the quality of the merchandise was poor, and the promised delivery date was not met. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for custom merchandise.
Custom Ink Review: Disappointing Experience Designing Custom Polo Shirts for Final Four Anniversary
I gotta say, I was pretty excited to design a custom polo shirt for me and my buddies who've been hitting up the Final Four for almost a decade now. We wanted to commemorate our 10-year anniversary with some sweet shirts featuring pics from our trips and all that jazz. So, I went ahead and started working with Custom Ink to make it happen.
But let me tell you, it was a real pain in the you-know-what. After going back and forth with them for weeks, I finally had to throw in the towel and cancel the whole dang order. Why, you ask? Well, let me break it down for ya.
First off, they wouldn't print any photos that had university logos on 'em. Like, what the heck? These shirts were just for us, not for sale or anything like that. But apparently, that's still a no-go in their book.
Then, they wouldn't print the year and winner of the Final Four (like, "2018 - Virginia" or whatever) because of some supposed copyright infringement. I mean, come on, who owns the rights to the name of a state? It's ridiculous.
And to top it all off, they wouldn't even print the year and location of the event (like, "2019 - Minneapolis") for the same dang reason. I call bull$#*! on that one.
Long story short, I'm never using Custom Ink again. But I wanted to give y'all a heads up in case you're trying to design some similar apparel in a hurry. Don't waste your time with these fools.
Terrible Quality and Service: Our Disappointing Experience with Custom Ink
We decided to give Custom Ink a try after hearing about them from a friend. Our first order was a complete disaster. It was like they didn't even care about our simple design. They even sent us someone else's order by mistake. We tried to work with them to fix the issue, but the replacement order we received was just as bad. The embroidery on our products looked like it was done by a child. The blue stitching was all over the place and there were white threads sticking out everywhere. It was a mess.
We spent over $2,000 on backpacks, pens, and shirts, but the quality was terrible. The logo on the pens was barely visible and the stitching on the shirts was the worst we've ever seen. We were supposed to receive 9 shirts in 3 different colors, but they sent us 9 shirts in only 1 color. It was a huge disappointment.
We've been patient and understanding throughout this whole process, but enough is enough. We will never use Custom Ink again and we will make sure to tell everyone we know about our terrible experience. If they don't issue us a refund, there will be consequences. We trusted them to deliver quality products and they let us down. It's unacceptable.
In conclusion, we do not recommend Custom Ink. Their lack of attention to detail and poor quality control is not worth the money. We hope they can improve their services in the future, but until then, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
CustomInk's Sizing Chart Fail: A Frustrating Experience with Nonprofit Shirts
So, I was pretty excited to get some shirts for my coworkers at our nonprofit. We all wanted to show off our team spirit and look cool doing it. But when I started handing out the shirts, people were like, "Uh, these are way too small." I was like, "What the heck?" So I reached out to CustomInk, since we had used their website to order the shirts and they had a sizing chart and everything.
But instead of being like, "Oh dang, sorry about that," they just sent me the same sizing chart again and told me to measure the shirts. Like, come on, I already did that! So I did it again, just to prove that the sizing chart was wrong. And then Jen S. was like, "Okay, now you have to trade shirts with your coworkers so we don't have to reprint as many." Are you kidding me? I already wasted a whole day and a half dealing with this, and now you want me to waste more time?
And then, to top it all off, when they finally sent the new shirts, they were still the wrong size! Turns out, they had put in the wrong sizes when I sent them via email. So now four of my coworkers are still shirtless, and we missed out on two opportunities to wear these shirts. I'm so annoyed, and my impression of CustomInk is definitely not great right now.
Custom Ink's Censorship: My Experience with Their Refusal to Print My Message on COVID Vaccine
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with Custom Ink. I wanted to make a shirt with a message about the c o v i d vaccine, but they shut me down real quick. I mean, I paid them good money to print what I wanted, but they refused to do it just because they didn't agree with my message. That's not right, man. It's like they're trying to silence me and my beliefs.
And get this, they even tried to tell me that my friends who got the vaccine didn't really get infected with c o v i d. Like, what? That's just not true. I know for a fact that they did, and I wanted to make a statement about it. But Custom Ink didn't want to hear it. They're clearly in cahoots with the globalists, trying to control what we can and can't say.
It's just crazy to me how much censorship is going on these days. They don't want us to know the truth, man. They're scared of what we'll do if we all wake up and start speaking out. But we can't let them win. We have to keep fighting for our right to free speech and our right to express ourselves.
So yeah, I wouldn't recommend doing business with Custom Ink. They're just another company trying to silence us and control what we can say. But we can't let them win. We have to keep speaking out and fighting for what we believe in. The truth will always come out in the end.
Custom Ink Review: Great Shirts and Sweatshirts, But Disappointing Hats
So, I was looking for a place to get some custom shirts, sweatshirts, and hats with my farm logo on it. I found Custom Ink and decided to give them a try. I ordered a bunch of shirts and sweatshirts for my family and farm workers, and even some for other folks who were interested in getting some apparel with my logo on it. The shirts and sweatshirts turned out pretty good, I don't have any complaints about that. But the hats were a different story.
Out of the 20 hats I ordered, more than 15 of them had an off-centered logo. The logo was ranging from 1/8"-1/4" from the middle seam. I contacted Custom Ink and they told me to send pictures and then send in the hats to be fixed. They said they would fix them based on the photos I provided. So, I sent the hats back to be fixed and waited for a week. After a week, I received an email stating that they would not be fixed because "they are within the acceptable range." They said that as long as the center of the logo is on either one of the stitching lines next to the center seam, it is acceptable. Most of the hats were pretty much on that line or farther away.
Now, I have 15 hats that have an off-centered logo which costed me $30 per hat. I am really dissatisfied with how Custom Ink handled this and will not be ordering hats from this company any more. If I spend decent money on apparel, I expect them to look the way I drafted and finalized! It's really frustrating to have to deal with this kind of thing, especially when you're trying to promote your business or farm. I would not recommend Custom Ink for hats, but the shirts and sweatshirts turned out fine.
total scam! avoid!! they stole my money!
Ordered several T-shirts from CustomInk and never received my order and when I contacted them they said that they had to cancel my order because it was not in stock. They said they were just about to send me a message. Yes, right. I demanded a full refund and they said sorry no refunds!
That moment I lost my temper and raised my voice. They only said that I was rude and nothing more. Of course I was rude, who wouldn't be?
They took my money, then they cancelled my order and refused to refund my money. They simply robbed me, that's what happened!
I don't recommend them and I will report them and will post bad reviews! Stay away from this good for nothing scam!
Very late delivery
Ordered a custom print shirt and paid some extra money for rush delivery (they promised it'll be here in 3 days). But my shirt did not arrive on time and I really needed it for an event.
CustomInk customer service rep was absolutely unhelpful and was not able to tell me the exact delivery date.
My shirt arrived 8 days later. I can't say anything bad about the quality, it was a nice shirt and I kind of liked it, but still, it was not delivered on time.
They also refused to refund me the extra I paid for the shipping. Will not use CustomInk again.
They failed to make the logo on my t-shirt
I have worked too hard on my logo. I have placed the order on www.customink.com. I have sent the logo to this company and asked to make it on my t-shirt. I was shocked that the seller mixed my order and made completely wrong logo. When I sent the t-shirt back, I asked to make my logo. I sent the logo again, but the company again failed. Please, don’t waste your time with these irresponsible people.
They twice sent me wrong order
The company www.customink.com is awful, so better don’t deal with them. I bought sweater from them, but they delivered wrong size of it. I immediately returned it, but when I got a package from them, it turned out that the writing was misspelled. I tried to return it again, but the seller took it back and stopped to communicate with me.I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
