I just got an email from customerstatus.com. It started with
"thank you for contacting customer service regarding your return"
I did not contact them... Really there is no way to contact them. The email did not say what product, what store, how much it was worth, any order id or anything at all. You couldn't respond to the email and there were no links (always check the link before going to it or manually enter it into the browser) to any website. Absolutely no way to know what/why/who or anything. The only thing was an attached image, which had an address on it for a starbucks in meriden connecticut. Wtf? The best thing I can assume is that it was phishing.

In May of 2021 I purchased 3 Bell & Howell Sonic Soap dispensers. I filled each with the liquid soap and inserted 4 AAA batteries. At that point the dispensers were working fine. When it was time to refill the dispensers no sop was dispensed. I cleaned the units thoroughly and even changed the batteries and still no soap was being dispensed. The dispensers were purchased from Fresh Finds on May 3. 2021.
