Customerstatus.com Email for returning product - no indication of who/what or why

I just got an email from customerstatus.com. It started with

"thank you for contacting customer service regarding your return"

I did not contact them... Really there is no way to contact them. The email did not say what product, what store, how much it was worth, any order id or anything at all. You couldn't respond to the email and there were no links (always check the link before going to it or manually enter it into the browser) to any website. Absolutely no way to know what/why/who or anything. The only thing was an attached image, which had an address on it for a starbucks in meriden connecticut. Wtf? The best thing I can assume is that it was phishing.

In May of 2021 I purchased 3 Bell & Howell Sonic Soap dispensers. I filled each with the liquid soap and inserted 4 AAA batteries. At that point the dispensers were working fine. When it was time to refill the dispensers no sop was dispensed. I cleaned the units thoroughly and even changed the batteries and still no soap was being dispensed. The dispensers were purchased from Fresh Finds on May 3. 2021.
I paid almost 60.00 for these dispensers and I am very disappointed with the product. Please help! I have the receipt. Please contact me: Joan Andrasz 10 Sunset Lane, Columbus, NJ 08022 phone #[protected]. Would appreciate anything you can do.

Offered 2 pans at one shipping charge of $ 6.95 that was the TV offer

They decided to cancel one pan and after 22 days, ship just one pan for the same $ 6.95 and unilaterally cancel one pan.
They do not want to send the pan without having to pay again.

This is a bait and switch rip-off DO NOT BUY FROM GOTHAM PANS

Customerstatus.com Dont give you info, until you go to option#5

I place the order on (10/12/11 1 perfect meatloaf pan ( advertise on TV buy 1st-pay only shipping for the 2nd for $19.95 +shipping. Well they charge me $77.79 I try to cancel my order on 10/13/11 a day after I order it. I to call the Customer Service www.perfectmeatloafsite.com Having a printed copy of the confirmation #, order #, and order date: and I explain to them that my paper said the order Status was IN PROCESS and that my order will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks delivery being charge $31.80 for P & H so I told them to Cancel my order, but they decline. I was told I will have to pay from my own packet to send it back and insure it in case it got lost.

The advertisement on tv, that I ordered, is not what they say they are sending me. It said 20 piece set, I thought. I'm confused!

Very difficult company to deal with on return items. I'm returning an item because I didn't like it. At 70 this airfryer is heavy. I told them that on the phone. I was told to get someone to move it for me...like I'm going to call a neighbor everytime I want to clean it or move it. Sounds ridiculous. I told the woman I wasn't going to ask someone to move this thing everytime I needed it moved. She didn't like it and seemed proud of her company for making me the 'offer'. When I said what offer she said that I could keep the fryer and I guess get someone to move it around. I told her I did not want it. By her tone she was insulted. Anyway, I am returning it even if I have to pay for that. Next I'll see how much of my money is refunded. She said they'd refund my card $30. I was charged around $69 on the first installment. So much for 90 day money back guarantee.

I order from an ad onTV for a WATERJET only. I talked to a machine & had no option to speak with a person. Once they got my crecit card info they added a lot of other items to my bill before I was disconnected they said my total was 72.65. The WATERJET + shipping was 19.95 + 7.95. They confuse you by giving you all these other items but did not give me the option of saying I only wanted the WATERJET. I want to cancel the entire order or I will refuse to take it when it arrives. Confirmation #[protected], order# [protected]. Ordered Sunday 9/5/10. I talked with my credit card company & they said they would work with me on this matter.

The saqme thing happen to me, I order the twister for my twins and they didn't want it.I return the twisterand call to cancel everythig.Iwent to check my account the $43.34 was charge to my account anyway.I called twice and got two different stories from each person.

the first lady never put in the computerthat she would return the money to my account.
