ordered the "free trial" paid the $9.95 shipping...received the product...called to cancel any future orders being sent..and was told I was being charged for the "free trial" the full price of $49.95..because I did not call by day 14 of ordering the product...website very deceiving! If I want to return the product to get a refund they a going to charge me a 15% "reshelving fee" ..it's not worth paying the postage...just to get a partial refund! Companies like this should be shut down! Also, I didn't even get everything advertised in the offer...when I questioned that they said they've changed their policy but haven't changed the website to reflect that yet...So you only get half the product for the $49.95

This company is a scam, website states you can purchase 2 of their products get one free for $39.98 /month + s/h. Not true, you are prompted threw a series of extra offers, you answer no to all, and by the way this is after they have your billing information, (do not use debit card with these people) then when you get you confirmation number your bill is for 129.90 because they charge you for a three month supply. So in essence your not paying per month as you check off in order box, your are billed all at one time. Supposedly saving you money! If I wanted a three month supply at one time, I would of not checked off the box for 39.98/month plus s/h, duh!
Do not use a debit card, use a credit card, because your checking account will be held up till you get their order and return their product. And don't try to cancel order, they say it cannot be canceled till 72 hours later, which gives them time to take your money and ship their product, so you have to wait to mail it back to them.SCAM.
OF AND THEIR IS A RESTOCKING FEE OF $15.00! This is not written is their tiny little print at the end of their website.

I ordered a 1 month supply for 9.99 and that was supost to be it, unless i wanted to continue with the membership, that expressly denied.

Now i find a new supply in the mail and my credit card was billed 6.95 for the product and an astonishing 49.99 fos shipping and handling.

this is a fraudulent company and i will call my bank to adjust this.

wow, I can't beileve I am hearing this bad news from free trial product offer at Cylapril Institute!

I already ordered the free trial on my hubby' debit card with limits, I can only hope and pray for a good experience, I don't want him to have a over draft fee for something I just wanted to try!

I am so sorry for what all you people out there had to go through.

Take care all!

The terms and conditions are explicitly told to consumers as well as written on the website. You DO in fact get a full months supply with your order only to be billed on the 14th day as stated in the terms and conditions. It is not the employees problem if consumers do not pay attention to this at the time of order but all sales professionals who take calls for order are required to read from FTC approved scripts of the T&C's. All calls are recorded for quality assurance and they are reviewed by management to ensure that ALL employees are correctly performing at work. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OR DISPUTES? I hope I cleared this all up for all consumers of this product.

Thank you,
Teresa

This company blatantly rips off consumers. Their website is rigged to automatically overcharge the consumer for a significantly greater amount of money than their "come on" price of a $9.95 trial offer with free shipping. Their assumed business philosophy is to rope in as many unfortunates as possible with hopes that only a small percentage will seek legal recourse and refund through their financial institutions. This company is a bottom feeder who seeks to take advantage of the weight-challenged for their own profit by means of electronic theft. I encourage all victims to contact their state's Attorney General and Consumer Frauds division to eliminate this menace.

Product (cylapril) not received. I orderd cylapril on March 20th, 2017. I ONLY have a 14 day trial period, before Adrenal Fatigue Institute starts billing me $54.95 plus shipping and handling of $11.40 a total of $76.30.Besides all of this how am I even going to know if I like this product, I only have 5 days left and I still haven't received it.
After you call to order cylapril Adrenal Fatigue Institute sets you up for some type of insurance? During my phone conversation when ordering cylapril, I said I wasn't interested... But, still got calls regarding this issue. I guess the up side of this is that they offer you a Gas Rebate. Sense I haven't received my cylapril, I dout I will receive my gas rebate. Good Luck! Signing off as a Sucker Hope they prove me wrong...

I have adrenal fatique and I know some of the ingredients mentioned in this product does help with fatique. It takes about a good three months to really see the results. But their business practices are WRONG. I'm sorry to hear what has happened to some of you . I hope
you can resolve your money problems with them otherwise contact the better business bureau or attorney general in your state. I just saw a newspaper advertisement for CYLAPRIL at a drug store called CVS . Try purchasing it from your local drug store and avoid this kind of headache.

cylapril - also charged and no product..

But I tagged the telemarketer with the question "when does the trial start, now or when the product is received?" he said "when it's received." The conversation is recorded.

I was billed, the 9.95 for shipping... no product... then 49.95... no product... then 56 and some change..no product. I was on the phone for about 2 hours, between the cylapril people and the bank.

Seems that there was also a debit card faud charge added and the only place it could have come from was the cylapril people. Now my card is frozen ... luckly for me the bank is waving the 25.00 charge to get the new card expidited.

The charge shows as "AAAPLAT" with some numbers after. Looked it up on the internet and yes it is a debitcard scam.

Well the cylapril people are supposed to refund the 49.95 and then the 56 when I return the product that's supposed to be here (the second shipment they say.. no tracking number for the first one, though), then go on line and get the shipping charges refunded through some rebate site.

Yet.. when you go to the rebate site.. they want to charge your card, also for a trial time... and maybe.. just maybe get the money back.

PLEASE, BEWARE CYLAPRIL...

I was able to speak to the cylapril people - two different individuals and they both gave me different information- ([protected] & [protected]) and they are supposed to refund the 49.95 and then the 56 when I return the product that's supposed to be here (the second shipment they say.. no tracking number for the first one, though), then go on line and get the shipping charges refunded through some rebate site.

The last individual said to use the "contact us" button on the rebate site and state that I was uncomfortable with leaving my credit card information.. but she didn't know what they might say. And the only way to get the shipping charges refunded was to go through this site.

Also a restocking fee of $15.00 for a product I have not received. I'm not sure if that fee is being waived or not..

i too am a victim of this fraudulent piece of **** company. I placed my order during the last week of February. I never received anything and quite frankly I had forgotten about it. I checked my bank account and saw that $49.95 had been taken out for this product. I tried and tried to call and was told they had an "Unexpected high volume of calls, please try your call again". I did. Finally i was given a recording telling me i was "caller number 10" and had to wait for 30 minutes to get down to call #1. I told them what happened and they didnt care. I was told i could not get a refund, that they could reship the product. I live in mail order and never have I been refused a refund for a product not received. That is just good business practice. Aside from the fact that this Cylapril is nothing but some random herbs that do nothing for your adrenal system. I have been ripped off and feel so much anger. I support myself on student loans. I should have read these warnings before i placed this order. I didnt find these comments until it was too late.
DOnt order this product. You will be treated like a liar and be ripped off.

That is exactly what happend to me. I order the trial that came with the free book. A month later I received additional products from them and realized they charged my card $6.95 for the month supply and $49.95 for shipping! I went online to figure out what was going on and after searching page after page on their site, I finaly found in extremly small print at the very bottom of their website that if you purchased the trial that came with the book, you were automatically signing up to receive the product on a monthly basis. I have tried calling them since February to take care of this and have not been able to speak with anyone. I am calling the BBB and reporting this rip off company.

Hey, chris segur4a! If you paid attention to what the website says, like I did, you'd realize that the TOTAL COST is $38.98 per month. You buy 2 months for $60 each and get one free. $120 divided by 3 months equals $40 per month! Do the math, you chump. I can't believe the laziness and stupidity the users of this form display. I thank god I don't work for the BBB or an A.G. office if you're the type of ###s they have to deal with all day every day!

I had the same problem...I tried to get their "FREE TRIAL" they charged me $126.85 plus the shipping and handling, then when I called they said they couldn't find my account information. I called 3 days straight, finally they told me it had already shipped and that they couldn't do anything about it. What's up with that?! I thought they "couldn't find my information". They obviously had enough of my information to charge my card and refuse to take responsibility! Those who reply to people "Being overweight and not having motivation to going to the mailbox", Either haven't had this done to them, OR they scam people in the same ways!

I, too was charged for shipping of 9.99, then another 56.90 and twice for 49.95 and did not receive the shipments except the trial offer and one other. Right now, I've been charged over $150.00 and not received and satisfaction by calling the company. I have cancelled the shipments and am going to file a complaint with credit card company.
The product may work, as I am definitely sleeping better and have more energy - but feel the scam comes from the over-charges and mis-representation of a 'weight-loss' product.

Here is a copy of the written letter I sent to the Adrenal Fatigue Institute, by certified mail, on April 20, 2017;
I placed an order for the free trial bottle of Cylapril (which included the book, “Adrenal Fatigue”) about a month ago. I never received my order. I was charged $13.79 for that free trial and book, on 04/03/2017. My account was charged again for $54.95 on 04/17/2017, for what? I have not received any products from your company and yet I am being charged for it, again.
I want to cancel any future so called shipments, that I am obviously not going to get anyway and I want all my money refunded.
I expect to hear back from someone in charge promptly. If this matter isn’t resolved quickly I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, for starters.
Then---
On April 22, 2017, just two days after I mailed the letter, I finally received my so called “FREE TRIAL”.
I got my green return slip from the certified letter I sent on the following Monday. It has no delivery day on it, I will have to go to the post office to find that answer.
I just got another email on May 1, 2017, saying that they are charging me $76.89. For what? I wrote to them telling them to cancel. What part of that don’t they understand?
These people are stealing my money, What can I do to stop it?
Well to start with I have just filled a complaint with the BBB and with the FTC. I'm just wandering if should also contact the FBI. What this company is doing is fraud plain and simple, and since it is crossed many state lines, shouldn’t be a federal matter?

the product does not work and the "rebate " offer seems to be bogus too . I went through 100 pages searching for the rebate offer and it did not exist . I have a suspicion that cylapril caused me to Gain weight, rather than lose, as their tv ads "guarantee ". My credit card was charged twce within the same month after the order . I am now trying to get the 2nd charge refunded, after mailing back the product . But I was told that the first $59.00 charge was not refundable, so, so much for the "NO RISK " claims ! I hope that this is the last time I'll fall for one of these "miracle" claims ! thank- you, michael mcconnell, boston, mass..

I also got online to get free Cylapril and paid shipping and handling of $11.80 and I have been charged for the month of May 18, 2017 $54.95 taken out of my checking account, and then on June 1, 2017, they took $61.90. Why are they taking money from me when I have no product or any reason for this. I guess my recourse is to get a lawyer and sue the company. I can't afford this. D.Watt

I ordered Cylapril from a TV ad I saw. It said if you call, you'll get a month free and a booklet. When I called, the salesperson talked me into buying 3 months, and you get 3 months free and you have a month to try it, and if you don't like it, you'll get all your money back. I asked him more than once, I will get all my money back? I was told yes. He also told me he was sending me a 14-day supply of the Nighttime Cylapril to try. Well needless to say, I was charged $31.95 for this after only two weeks. And then I called within a month to return the Cylapril because I did not get any results. When I called, they tried to tell me they'd give me til June to try the product, and if I didn't like it, I'd get my money back. I was also told they'd refund the $31.95. I waited and waited, no refund. I called again, and asked about the refund. I was told a different story that I only had 14 days to call, and if I hadn't called within this time period, I'd be charged $31.95. So then I argued with him and said I'd contact a lawyer, and then he said, I'll give you half of it back. I said NO, I want all of it back. He said, you needed to return the product. I said noone told me I had to return the unused portion. So then I said I want to return all of it. And that I wanted to listen to my taped recording of the sales call because I was told one thing by the salesperson (basically lied to) and he was telling me something different. Suddenly his demeanor changed, and he said, if you want to listen to the tape, we can't send any money back to you. If you want your money back, then you have to promise not to listen to the tape. WHAT? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I said that's it, I'm contacting a lawyer. He said, alright, send everything back and we'll refund the whole amount you paid, minus shipping. I did send it back, and guess what? Did not receive the full amount. So now I am pursuing this further and will contact a lawyer and get a copy of the taped conversation, etc. BEWARE! of CYLAPRIL! If anyone has any other advise for me as how to pursue them and get them shut down, please let me know. I think we should all take them to court and sue for damages and all of the money they've scammed from all of us by not following what they promise in their ads.

After seeing a commercial on TV, I ordered a one-time shipment of product on their advertised website. Received order & paid via debit card.
The company e-mailed me approx 4 transactions that I did not order. When I tried to reply to their customerservice e-mail address I received automatic responses that my e-mail did not go through.
I then went on-line with my bank & verified that they were autmatically withdrawing from my account and I had not received product nor had I ordered addtional product.
I called Cylapril on 6/5/09 and continuous busy signal until I finally received an automatic answer that the company was closed and to call back during business hours on Monday.
I then called my debit card company and filed a fraud complaint, and cancelled my debit card so no futher transactions can occur. They have stolen more than $300 from my account without my authorization.

I was conacted by these people with an offer I accepted part of the offer arefused the other part of theoffers, aftermuch expense and being very angry they refunded my money. Then on June 10I was called again and was told about a new product if I would just test it for $4.80 I went into great detail about all expense and trouble they had caused me before and that they were authoized to just take $4.80 and out of my account, but that did not happen the samething occured a second time, so if they are doing this to me they are screwing millions of people out of money, I believe this is called crimial intent and shows a pattern and this is called class action. I light of this I am going to alert the BBB and the state attorney general to look into this kind of business practice I am pretty sure it is illegal to take money out of someones checking account without authorization and according to the bank this is common accourance for these thieves. This company is a scam. They had some one from over seas Call Me about their promotion, the 14day free trial. I agreed and when I tried to call the # [protected] to cancell they had no record, so of course I couldn't cancell. They hen proceede to debit my acct for 139.85, telling me I know have to wait 30dys for a refund. I ACTUALLY had to call my bank to see if there was a contact phone # for the withdrawal. . I spoke to two of their customer service reps, if that's what you'ld like to call them. They were both VERY RUDE and IGNORANT. They would be Pamela and Patrick, I honestly believe they must work off of commissions. My acct was debited on the 20th of June and they tried to tell me it has all ready been shipped instead of trying to cancell the
order for me. This is a VERY SHADY COMPANY> NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM . There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all, and I hope that they get back what they give to there customer base. They have know have caused me to fall behind on my bills because of sneaky way in which they conduct their business.

That was what happened to me . I am still waiting for my refund they continue to lie to me about when my refund will be recieved. First it was quite rapidly, then it was in 5-7 business days, then 7-10 business days then we have 30 days to refund you. Also, they continually say they are logging information but then it all comes up missing. This product is not even FDA approved yet. This is suppose to be an instution . Hum, it is a productive scam . When will the attorney general step in and shut them down. I charged me 126.85 and continually lie. I wanted the adverstied 14 day trial and free book . So why is it ok for this company to rip off people ? When is someone going to step in and charge them with theft and false adversiting, and fraud ? If you noticed when you were getting ripped off they have a phone number for a call center ordering center, and then another for customer service and another for the adrendal fatigue instution . And if you reread you'll notice they lie all through their online website.

That is the best solution yet contacting the BBB and Attorney General and FBI because they are stealing money from accounts that is a federal offense. Please keep me informed and I will be glad to given them my complaints also. Because I was charged $126.85 for 3 month supply when I requested the 14 day trial and free book . I returned the two of the bottles they were unused and they recieved the delivery May 29, 2017 at 1:45 pm yet I have had seven different people tell me different refund information the last person was TIM he states"I tell everyone it takes 30-60days " but if you listen to what they say you supposenly have 60 money back guarentee then you are told you haev to cancel within 30 days and get a confirmation number . SO when is the FBI going to stop this company scam ? Also do you know at the bottom of the bottle it says that this product is not FDA approved .So how are they able to use this on people ? I did not sign up to be their guinea pig . This instutite needs SHUT DOWN ASAP and people need their money back . That is fraud, theift by decieption, credit card ripp off not sure what it is called but it is illegal . The website is rigged . The proper authorities need to stop these people. Wonder how many of them are running around with big fat accounts because of ripping us all off. And frauding the public on over the TV too and online.

I would advise to avoid like the Plague.
This Web site is Very tricky. Lots and lots of very small grayed out small print. That one time $9.95 trial offer will cost you lots of money if you don't cancel within 14 days. They don't mention that on the TV ad. On their Web Site in Very large print it says " If you're not 100% satisfied with the results of CylaprilT we will give you your money back guaranteed!". When you find out they charged your credit card $49.95 two weeks later they will say sorry we will not refund that amount. They will say you should have read the fine print; we will not refund your money. The funny part is that your trail package may not arrive until you have little or no time left to cancel before they start helping themselves to your credit line. I personally feel this is a very poor way to treat customers and terrible customer service. Had I liked the product and then discovered such deceptive business practices I would have canceled for that reason.

For those people out there researching this product before buying it... you do not have to order through this company but instead you can buy it locally at CVS drug stores, Walgreens, Duane Reade, Longs Drug Stores, HEB and Hannaford.

Skip the messy steps of ording online and just go buy some from the store, it's safer =)
