Moved into an apartment that was not cleaned, with a lot of nasty dirty stuff. The fridge not working leading to the food items I bought such as meat, fish and veggies all getting spoiled. The moment the agent Akash took the money and cheques he became something different, not attending to calls, not visiting the apartment to do the repairs required etc. Have not been given parking access to the basement for more than 1 week now. They keep promising to do something to no avail. I wonder if DAMAC is bothered about its reputation. Imagine staying in a house without a fridge for 1 week with kids. This is so disgusting. I tried registering a complaint with the DUBAI Land website they closed my case in no time not explaining whether they contacted Damac or not. It is recking being new in Dubai.
Recommendation: Base on my experience I can never recomment DAMAC
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
