After now waiting over 2 months since my settlement was agreed, and mya I add other people (ex employees) also have not received settlement. I have not had one single phone call or email now for weeks, every time you call anyone you are put through to answer machines and I cannot find any where to make the complaint.
For a long time they spoken badly to us, and pressured us to do everything they wanted, now they still advertise like everything is ok, and they are not paying commisions or settlements, only to selected people. The senior management mr ziad chaar and mr john especially are known as the damac mafia and are only interested in telling lies to the investors and destroying lots of lives while holding a fake smile, and all this to win a higher position in the chairmans eyes.
Someone needs to bring this company to answer, his heighness should shut this company down or force a take over, there are things going on internally that are not right.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I also was lured into paying almost 200000AED AND requested a refund within my contract cancelation period, they have ignored me all the time. The sales team dissappeared, I have not been settled but instead advised that I am going to loose my money. These people thrive on foreign investors who they steal from and their government and rulers protect them.
Once our money is with them... They won.
It's only about time that Damac be brought to books and their country should display ethics. Although they seem to have a great country but it all from stealing. They have proved it, read all the trails above how people are being conned?
Damac must be brought to book.

U r absolutely right, they a bunch of thieves, making money from other people's hard work...
It is going to catch up with them soon. They turn deaf ears after they take your money. They rely on their government to protect their scams.

Buying offplan via installment contract is absolutely frustrating. The terms are in Damac’s favour and they don’t protect the consumer in terms of delays and communication.
The terms in the contract don’t put the exact date of handover and how and when and there are usually delays.
I live in Damac Tower 108 JVC - Dubai, for the past 10 days i can't access the car parking with my access card, i have to call security every time to open the gate for me, all documents submitted and DAMAC admin can't solve the problem.
There is a security named Latif in merano tower in business bay , that most of the tenants are complaining from for his unacceptable behavior and way of talking . He asks for money and food from every person . This isn’t acceptable , please find a solution as soon as possible .
I bought an apartment with Damac in Merano Tower in 2016. Upon completion, they offered to lease it on my half. I agreed and signed a contract with them for two years. The contract has now ended but they are refusing to handover my apartment back to me. They don't reply on my emails any more and keep coming with excuses.
It is now the 3 November. I have been paying a mortgage for 2 months. For unit gpm3b/9/902.
I am contacting Damac everyday by chat, email and phone calls.
Noone is able to tell me how can I start the handover and how do I get my keys.
Damac has created a holiday vacation rental company called StayCAE to conduct fraudulent business with another name. Do not rent your property with StayCAE as you will never see any revenue. This company is crooked to the Core and generates the revenue for themselves. Read their contract and you will realize how fraudulent this company is. I will never by another property thru damac or use any of their products and services
I have a unite in Damac heights DRZ/73/7303 my intention to generate a rental lead is getting almost difficult for 3 months because of security at the vicinity and it's not only for my self it almost become social already if something is not done ASP it will be frustrating scenario towards our property.
DAMAC management issues permissions to disturb people's lives by allowing renovating the entire apartments that generates loud noise exceeding 60 dB for weeks. Sometimes the noise comes simultaneously from different units in the area.

We have paid 24 percent of the total amount of 1 RK room.
Now Fahad relationship manager is saying to pay the full amount , then we will get the registration paper after 1 month

We purchased December 2019 a Villa in Damac Hills 2, the Vila became unavailable after making a downpayment. They didn’t want to return our downpayment so we were pressured to buy another one. We payed 45% of the total amount and signed the contract. After endless lies and keeping us for hours and hours in their office to finely get the handover witch took 4 months, little did we know when we went to the DLD section of Dubai that we where mentioned in the ownership of the Villa but also at the same Time they have put us as tenants so we had a ownership certificate and a ejari at the same time. They have registered a Ejari without a tenancy contract without our knowledge. This is when my brain released an alarm. I made many complains at Damac and the Rera sections but no this was done and we got totally ignored. 2 years later we made a case against Damac for issuing a Ejari without a tenancy contract and as we looked further in to the case we saw that the signed contract mentions another Plot number as in the Ownership certificate. No we Ware fighting Damac in front of the court for fraud. People check every single number and word that comes from damac. By the way the Villas are have the worst quality we have repair amid purchase every few weeks new materials for the house. It was the biggest mistake to buy or invest in Damac.

The relationship manager is dishonest. Customer Service say they escalate problem, but after months, have not heard back.
Damac Living App is garbage, their IT has not fixed problem. Would not purchase, because if there is problem will take them years to fix.
I was handed over apartment on September 1 2023. On September 14 2023 I noticed veryy bad smell. I complained the maintenence department but they said warranty is over. I told them that this is a building issue not only my apartment but now there is no response! Did not expect this in a new apartment and this response from damac !
