I have done two orders from Daraz whose detail as follows by Selecting 6 months EMI plan using bank Alfalah Credit card on 11.11 sale. (Screen shots of both orders attached)

Due to some issue of Daraz with Bank Alfalah, My EMI plan was not started. So Daraz customer service Mr. Azam Pervez on 07th DEC 2019 at 10:28am. He said me that my EMI (6 months) plan will be started without Markup and Processing fee. (Call recording attached)
Today my bank Alfalah generated my bill and applied above two orders into 6 months EMI plan by charging me 18% markup and processing fee. (Screen shot attached).
Now i have complaint why am charged by processing fee and markup of 18% from my bank while it was communicated to undersign by your staff i will not charged Markup and processing fee on my orders. You are requested to rectify my issue on high priority. Otherwise i will be free to complaint against DARAZ regarding my orders at some higher forum as your staff has communicated wrong information to me.
