I have been complaining for more than two weeks now, i initiated the return of three parcels from 7 aug 2023. now its more than a week i complain all platform your chat, your email, and other landline all are some faro on those seats none of these are update on to my profile and i am so sure then lost all my three parcels, i ll gave the screenshot below so show you the truth.
These parcels are taken from me on 15 aug vice versa without return slip. One was taken by zubair and two by a small height delivery boy. all those parcels are on your scheme 3 warehouse landed safely but not updated on my return records. 2 days later slip arrives and I sign it with already tekken remarks.
I have complained for 10 day on all platforms, call center helpline, chat and email but all firuan play drama and no kind of help. more than 2000 rs amount is block my you fake team. i hope this mail goes to some upper department and they help me out with this.
