"I went to Rivoli Eyezone in Dubai Mall on the 2nd floor this evening. I was looking for Tom Ford sunglasses and took a photo of the model I liked. However, a staff member named Prasant behaved rudely, stating that I shouldn't take photos due to their internal policy. Despite trying to understand, I left without making a purchase, feeling disappointed about my experience with Rivoli today."

Higher price charged on my new purchase
Please note that I am a vip customer of your purchasing watchers from 2008 with you.
Resonantly I wanted to purchase (hugo 1530296) from online and I have a nag of checking the same physically prior to purchasing the same.
I visited your al ghurair center (hour choice) branch and requested the sales men to provide me with the same watch. And I specifically told him that I have seen the watch online and I came to check the same prior to buying.
He told me that we will provide the watch of the same online price and billed me.
I though the price was correct when I came home I got to know that the sales person has cheated on me and charged a higher price.
Online price was aed 546/- I was charged 682.50. I am looking for the refund amount from you as I have purchased more than 10 watches from you shop hope you do not want to loose a client due to a fraud sales men.

The customer service making fake promises with the customer for repair and change parts. I give my watch since last months for repair under warranty and change the bracelet but three to four times I got fake reply from customer service. On 28th May on call they said I get it my watch on 2nd June but on 1st June I got regret message from service center that it will take two weeks more. And on call again they said I will get it on 16th June my watch. But today 15th June they are asking me again one more week. I don't understand what kind of fake promises with customer. I have changed mind after purchase of Rado watch and want to return the item within 14 days of purchase but the authorised shop has refused to accept return and refund. Eye glasses defect
With great respect for the brand and trust I bought eye glass from mall of emirates in the month of January 2023.
Its remorseful to update that, the faith on brand is tarnished because of not understanding customer grievances.
Within two months, I observed scratches on the nose frame, which is diminishing the look of new eye glasses and looks very weird after spending 850 aed.
After reporting to the store representatives They denied to help me out without listening me properly although I have two years warranty.
I need proper solution or else will escalate it to dubai consumer court.

Leather Bag Montblanc
My complaint is for the Rivoli shop Montblanc in Dubai MOE.
They represent Montblanc and unfortunately they do it in a very bad way. I own several Montblanc products and the customer experience when you need to do repairs is not good, it should be premium as the price is premium.
Complaint 1
First the charge you for a quotation, which is unheard of. So in order to know how much will cost me to repair I have to pay.
Complaint 2
I asked them to replay the logo that fell off. They came then telling me that the Handle has some stiches out. Then after many weeks they came with a quotation of 1100 AED to replace the handle. When the whole bag costs 4000 AED.
I find it a reap off to charge 30% of its value for a surface that is not that cost.
In any case I have stopped purchasing Montblanc due to how Rivoli behaves.
On top of it I sent the an email complaining and they dont even reply.
Desired outcome: My desire outcome is either they Charge a reasonable amount for a fix. Or they give me back my bag and without charging me for a Quotation.
Longines eyewear
I have purchased eyewear from mega mall Sharjah, UAE - Longines and lenses. With in weak I got skin allergy and so returned the product to store. After few days message came to choose other eyewear when done, store is not responding from more than a month. When revisited Mr. Chika said only frame no lenses will be replaced. Before he is the one who confirmed that entire eyewear will be changed. My number is [protected] please update me on my concerns.

I gave on 26 Jan and utill now the watch is not replaced as its under warranty.

Bad product - tissot and poor service
I am sorry to write this regarding your product. For a long time, I wanted to buy a luxury watch and ended up choosing your product. It was very unfortunate that the watch was not functioning in hardly 2 months.
I had bought this watch from Rivoli showroom in City Center, Doha. The customer service was good but I am really unhappy with the product. It was really disheartening to see a brand new luxury watch in this way. Look at the amount of scratches it had after repair.
Attached the photos for your reference. I am also attaching another photograph of my old watch (Silver color - Another brand - Way cheaper than Tissot) and I have been using it every day for 3 years now. I am really surprised, how can someone damage a watch that is meant to be repaired. Mind you, the purchase date is August 14, 2022.

Good afternoon,
I’ve bought a longines watch from your shop in Abudhabi mall 2019 and i hardly wore it 3 times because i’ve other branded watches. When i decided to wear it the battery was dead so i’ve changed it outside your store together with 2 other watches with chronograph technology as well(namely tissot and certina).
After changing the battery only the longines watch wasn’t working properly regarding its chronograph. I sent it to your service center who advised for doing maintenance and greasing and will cost 945 Dirhams.
Is it logic that i bought watch with 5000 Dirhams and pay such price for maintenance?
Is it normal for a Swiss watch to malfunction in this short duration despite minimal use?
Please i want file a complaint to check for this malfunction and this exaggerated cost to repair.

Delayed shipping
Hi I bought a tissot watch online via Rivoli shop website on May 31,2022. After paying, it shows that the delivery date was June 5,2022 just in time for the flight of my friend who will bring the watch to my country. But the order did not arrived. I sent them email, but the only reply was There was a delay and it will reach by June 8,2022. But that never happened. June 8 came but the watch did not arrive. How come such a big company like Rivoli has sa very bad online shop service. Smaller companies are even better with their customer service and faster deliveries. My Orders not yet received
I ordered 2 Calvin Klein Ladies watches last 16th of February 2022 at 8:49AM, But until now (24/02/2022) I didn't receive my orders.
Nobody from Rivoli even try to contact me or give me any update regarding my orders. I even tried so many times to send them messages in their website-comments section and call their customer service. Unfortunately, only answering machine is responding. I didn't even have the chance to talk to any customer service agent.

Ck watch repairing
I had given (at MOE - Dubai) my CK watch to replace the belt which cost is half of the price of the watch when I gave watch was okay, but when I got to return back it has many marks on the watch, now they asking more than half price of the watch to repair it. so the total cost will be more than the watch cost.

Defective Kenneth Cole watch
I purchased a brand new Kenneth Cole watch from Rivoli group showroom named as HOUR CHOICE located in Sahara Mall on the 14th Dec 2021 which was a gift to be delivered in India during my annual vacation. However little did I know that this was a defective watch and would not work. I immediately called the showroom from India on 16th Dec addressing this issue and was asked to bring back the watch. Today the showroom executives very unprofessionally rejected a refund which is against their terms and conditions. I give in Marina mall Rivoli after purchase set watch and bracelet to adjust size of bracelet, they took it saying after maximum 3 days will be ready since i inform them that I'm traveling after 8 days.After 3 days nobody contact me, so I called store which they give me email to track my repair and number to call.Nobody answer my call, so I sent email to follow up.Nobody reply me on my email.Which should be unacceptable!You should reply on your costumers email.after 7 days waiting I called customer service again, in morning, they told me they will call me back, THEY DID NOT, I called back afternoon and then they put me on call with manager who said that they can't adjust size.So bracelet is there 7 days and they didn't do anything.If they inform me that before I would look for other solutions.

Timberland Sunglasses
I ordered Timberland Sunglasses from Deira City Centre Rivoli showroom on 16th July 2021 for 935AED with a black shaded power glasses. After one week (after EID Holidays) I was told the power glasses can't be made and so I had to change my frame.
Later I was given a assembled sunglasses with power glasses where the right lense was not the same power that I gave order. Then again they said they will rectify and after a week they gave sunglasses with green shaded with improper finishes.
Again I went to the showroom in Deira City Centre Rivoli, I told them the defects and then I told them clearly to give me Black shaded powered Sunglasses to Juhi and Mangesh (Branch Manager) they called as.
Mangesh himself came to my place on 23rd Aug 2021 evening around 8PM to deliver the corrected glasses, but again the sunglasses delivered was green shaded and the fitting is too bad.
I request you to refund the full amount paid or give me good Sunglasses as I wanted.

I went to the dubai city center branch of rivoli for a mont blanc wallet, the salesperson Lauren was rude and very unhelpful. I requested for an alternative salesperson and she said she is the only one available. She is the worst an organization can ever get. She wouldn't take things out of the shelf and show and whenever i requested she would say its not a wallet, then show me a wallet she wouldn't.
